We have used the Longview facility many times. We order our labs from a third party and have never had any issues with locating them. The blood draws are adequate and quick. The results are reported within 24 hours. Not the friendliest of staff, but I dont care as I am not there for chit chat.....just want to get my blood drawn and get on my way.

I made an online appointment (which was wonderfully easy!) for a company-required biometric screening, including a blood draw. When I arrived, I was unable to check-in via the link they sent me in a text (hence the reduced star), so I walked in. I could not get the kiosk to work, but the young woman working there, Neketia, quickly checked me in and was able to get my orders, as I had been unable to print them out to bring. There was no one else there waiting, so my visit was extremely brief - I was in and out in under 10 minutes. Neketia was very kind and friendly, and extremely adept at drawing blood. I barely felt it, no bruising at all, and was very quick!

I was able to make my appointment on line. I came in and checked in on the computer. I waited in my car. The phlebotomist was excellent, happy, and friendly. I would recommend this place.

The staff at this Labcorp are not friendly and definitely need help on customer service skills. They. Never greet you when you walk in, and they dont update you about what they are doing at the time or check you in if you are the only patient waiting. There is also only one person working in this location, which is ridiculous! I am going to look for another location. This place is a waste of my time.

I made an appointment online. I checked in via the link on my phone and waited in my car for a text to tell me to come in. I choose to go to Lab Corp because I have had some negative experiences with getting blood drawn. They are experts in their field and this time was no exception! They are friendly, professional, and kind. They are my go-to for lab work!

One person here to do everything, check in and testing. Ridiculous. LabCorp, you seriously need to staff this location. Especially since it’s in the medical district of Longview. Inexcusable. One girl had to leave because of the long wait. She was going to be late for her job start time and was told to just come back tomorrow.I can see why the comments that the lady at the front desk was rude. She has to do it all and a full waiting room at that. She wasn’t rude to us, I feel for her though.

Had orders for simple blood work I had ordered online from a third party company and did not have an appointment. I was in and out within 20 minutes. The procedure itself only took 2 minutes. Was very pleased with the short wait and efficient technician. The staff all seemed pretty miserable and distant .. not friendly at all.

LABCORP LONGVIEW IS HORRIBLE. They NEVER answer phones, customer service is nonexistent and they do not care about their patients. LabCorp in General is a company that should not exist based on how they treat their customer base. Rating LESS THAN 1 STAR

Went in for a drug test. Very short wait and the process was very fast. The staff was friendly. Not sure what others experienced but my visit was overall satisfactory.

We always get very friendly service here and accurate sticks (expertise at drawing blood is an under-appreciated art form :-)Labcorp staffs this location with only one nurse so sometimes there is a slight wait but it is worth it for the excellent and compassionate service once you get back.Were thankful to have access to a good lab location!

Debra Danzy was very inefficient with a lack of sense of urgency. She was not very friendly, she was inaccurate with entering my data on my documents and I had to correct each error and she was trying to tell me to write my signature with my first name and I only write my signature with my middle and last name. So, It was the worst experience I had ever had as a customer.

If I could, I would select negative (-) stars. This place is very unprofessional. The lady at the front desk was rude to my husband, who had taken our five year old son for blood work, the entire time they were there. My husband said the person who drew the blood was rough and had no bedside manner whatsoever, and all but ripped the needle out of my sons arm once the blood was collected. I called to ask about results and the lady who answered was rude to me and told me I wasnt getting the results anyway - that they ONLY send them to the doctor who ordered. When I called the pediatricians office 11 days later to see if they had the results, they hadnt gotten them; pcp called LabCorp to see why and was sent the results right away - only to find out that LabCorp did the wrong test, EVEN THOUGH THEY HAD TWO ORDERS FROM SEPARATE DOCTORS IN THEIR HANDS, and now my FIVE YO has to go get stuck AGAIN. He is a micropreemie who still has some aversions to medical procedures due to his 8 month hospital stay when born, before finally coming home. But apparently that matters not to this facility as they were too careless to perform their job accurately the first time; now I have to watch my son get stuck again and have a meltdown, unnecessarily. But we will not be going back here. Thanks a lot. Maybe try hiring people who are qualified for this work and at working with the public. :( I will call and make a complaint....I will post another review on here afterwards, if need be!

Hello LAB,the phone number on the web site is a joke, long winded and you can not talk to a person. When they say that they will connect you to a person.... you hold for a long time and then they ask for a code. What is up with that. people need a code to speak. Then they hung up on me. I dont even think I could of entered a code that fast. I needed to confirm that my Doctors office has called in my test work order. best you fix it. Thank you but you have not helped me in the least. or have you.

One of the few places that do drug testing/screening in the area. Usually the reps behind the counter have cocky attitudes when people arrive but once being seen theyre professional. That first impression is odd though.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! If you can spare the time to do the 30ish mile ride up to Tyler for a Labcorp, do that! Youll be doing yourself a favor. The office opens at 7:30AM, I arrived a little after 8AM and already there was nowhere to sit. The same person that was signing people in, making phone calls and office paperwork is the same nurse that is going to stick you! There is only 1 person in the whole place doing everything and she is rude. No people skills, whatsoever. But wait, it got worse. Somewhere in between my 3 AND A HALF HOUR wait, a woman walks in there. As soon as she sees the receptionist/nurse, she yells Not her, she doesnt know what shes doing. God, I should have just walked on out behind her. I know for a fact that I am an easy stick. As easy as they come. My vains are practically made for it. Ive NEVER not had anyone get blood from me on first try....until now. Not only did it look like to me like she went in blindly, she blew my vain! I get my blood work done pretty regularly due to my condition and this is a FIRST! Not only that, but it was extremely painful as she dug in there trying to look for a vein that was practically jumping at her. I doubt she noticed, she was in such a hurry to get me out of there. If theyre not going to get this person some help so she can concentrate on what shes doing, then they dont need to be operating at all.

I made an appt for 130pm so i could get blood work done on my lunch break. I arrived 10min early. I wasnt seen until 210pm. I was late getting back to work. Doesnt making an appt mean that you are seen at 130? Every other labcorp Ive been to has never had an issue with this. This is a very unprofessional and unorganized facility. The woman who drew my blood was on the phone the entire time. Touching the phone and then me contaminating her gloves.

The lady behind the desk was SUPER rude and cruel. We were only 2 min late to our appointment and she made that VERY clear that we were. Very bad customer service and a VERY long wait for an appointment.

Front desk attendant was unpleasant. I booked an appointment online. There was no call for confirmation or anything. When I arrived, and they did not have orders, she,was very cold. A very unprofessional experience, wouldnt refer them at all.
