The people who work there dont know how to communicate with you properly especially about an issue. Not to mention theyre pretty rude.

Worst insurance company ever. My brother got hit my one of their customers and most body shops flat out refused to repair the vehicle once they saw the name Fred Loya Insurance. After searching extensively for a shop who would even touch the vehicle, it was eventually determined that the car was totalled. Fred Loya Insurance was only willing to pay up to $15K for the car, even though it was worth over $20-25K, and they refused to pay for the rental car too. Luckily my brother had full coverage insurance on the car and they are just going to sue the pants off Fred and his cronies. This place should be shut down and the owners in prison.

I have been going through this insurance office for over a year now they have always treated me really great Perla in particular is one of my favorite employees there she is always so kind and answers every question I need resolved!

I literally paid $80 more a month to go across the street and get better customer service. You get exactly what you would pay for. I wouldnt recommend to anyone.

The agency in Longmont need to have better communication or better training on knowing what their telling their customers.One said something over the phone, you get there and its a different thing!!Seem very inexperienced, unprofessional and impolite towards people.

I stepped in to make a payment for a friend while being attended a spider walked across the desk however the lady did not “notice” then she had a bunch of moths on the floor (dead moths) & dead spiders

Garbage. I insured one vehicle with this company, bare minimum coverage, ridiculous price. Got two vehicles covered with another company with better coverage for $25 less a month. Cancelling your insurance with Fred Loya is near impossible, and they will try to get all the money they can from you. I had to put a stop on my bank account to cancel with them. They only want to steal as much money as possible from you, go with someone else if you want a decent experience.

Customer service does not exist at Fred Loya, its about making sure they get their money. The process of cancelling a policy was a complete and utter nightmare with this company and then they still take out their money and give you the story that its gonna take 10+ Business days to refund you minus a $50 leaving their company punishment charge. All this after they raise your rates and cant tell you why other than they did, this even with a driving record with no violations or accidents. beware..be very wary of this company.
