Rude unprofessional people and their policy is ridiculous I highly recommend Premier insurance they gave me a more reasonable price and the due date of the insurance doesn’t change every month like in National Insurance 🙄

These people are amazing.I have had a policy with national for about a year now, and they have never treated me wrong. They have always provided feedback to lower my policy price more and I still can not find a cheaper place. If you are looking for affordable insurance with great smiling faces that have your back than these are the people for you.

I have been a customer for 7+ years. I havent had a ticket or accident in 6 years. They raised my rate $15 a month for no reason. Customer loyalty means nothing to National Insurance.

People here are rude as can be they are scam. I have been with them for a few year and then out of no where they raise the price 120 dollars with out telling me then when I tell them i want to cancel. It is going to cost me 105 dollars because they renewed my police with out even telling me. How can they raise my price and not even ask if it is ok or I want to stay with them. Just a bad Business and rude employes!!!!!!

Worst place I have ever been to, the girl had no idea what she was doing - EVELYN (her manager was sitting right next to her and couldn’t help)Made about 20 phone calls, took about an hour to get a quote and I just wouldn’t recommend it or Evelyn needs more experience or a trainer next to her while processing these quotes
