Called Greeley about a quote wanted insurance information about my roommates who Im not comfortable asking for personal information from. Tried calling Loveland as they were recommended by the dealer. Was met with attitude when I asked questions about the difference in nature of policy between California vs Colorado was pretty much told well if you stop speaking, I would tell you. Okay so I cant finish asking questions first. Hmmm. My coworker recommended Longmont, who was pleasant enough. Told me Id be recieving a call shortly with some numbers. I get a call back... from GREELEY. Saying no other office will touch my quote because they had already started one. Okay... so a courtesy call from LONGMONT would have been appreciated BEFORE handing off my information. Very unprofessional.... and after all that??? Still no quote
