Great friendly staff

Hes never updated my policy coverage, didnt return phone calls and wont even acknowledge my presence in person. Ive been charged way higher premium for the exact same coverage as neighbors and have no claims history so theres no explanation for it. Ive had enough.

Joe is friendly and very knowledgeable. He takes the time to get to know you and review your coverage to make sure your changing needs are met. I have submitted two claims in the years that I have been insured with Joe, his staff (especially Lori) was extremely helpful in assisting with my questions.

It seems like COVID doesn’t exist in this place...Employees disregard Boulder county health orders about masks. It feels unsafe and it’s so unprofessional.

I have had problems understanding insurance and felt my needs were not being met. I was not sure how to go about make appropriate changes but knew i was not getting a plan i thought was fair. Joe, who is not my agent reached out to me and offered to help me understand insurance needs for my home and auto. After speaking with Joe i was able to find a plan which seems to be a much better fit for my needs. Joe reached out with no hopes of gains other than to help a friend. I cannot thank him enough other than to say, If I ever would recommend an insurance agent it would be Joe, because i would not only be recommending an agent to you, but a friend who will watch over all your insurance needs! I have now transferred my policies to a different insurance company all together. The experience I had with this office made me despise State Farm. I used to work for an insurance company a few years ago, so I know what good customer services in the insurance industry is supposed to be. Here is what went wrong. They never answer the phone, no return phone calls, Joe is never available, lack of knowledge from the staff, incorrect quotes on changes and other issues. I felt like they did not care enough to keep my business. It seems like the ladies that work for Joe hate their job or maybe Joe is just a crappy boss to work for. Maybe proper training on the system and in customer service should be a priority for Joes staff instead of him demanding more sales. If they do not know what they are doing how are they supposed to keep customers. retention is just as important as new business, Joe. I once walked in and they were all huddled in the back talking and laughing completely oblivious to the fact that they had a customer in the office. I had to get their attention just to be helped. I would not recommend this Insurance company. If you do decide to get insurance with State Farm, I would choose a different agent.

Either these folks are really busy or the phone lines are set to voice message right away. Dont bother calling in...joke...your better off going outta your way to visit them in person.Well look furthermore into competitors. We get the run around from this office. Had an accident back in 2012, state farm really didnt want to deal with it or help us, we had a roof issue with high winds and tried filing a claim, no help due to issue not being a sudden incident. Just NO after NO. Thanks guys

Very disappointed with this office. They never answer the phones or return phone calls they quote you one price then the price goes up the next month. They make a lot of mistakes. Joe only has you come in so he can sell you more insurance but doesnt solve the problem. Would not recommend to anyone stay away from this office!!

I hate this insurance company. They are a joke. Never return your calls. Send you mail to the wrong place. I try to make a payment but I have to sign a thousand pieces of paper before they take my money. If you want insurance worth your time....dont go here. They suck!

Best insurance agent ever and a really nice guy!

Joe went above and beyond for me. I had to get my windshield fixed and grossly overpaid. Within an hour or two of telling him my situation I got a call from Joe saying the auto-glass company had a gift card waiting for me! Joe takes care of me very well!
