My parent have always had Allstate and have been treated well. When I bought my house and car, I had high expectations. Being young, I didnt know a lot about the different offers. I did shop around and Catherine gave me the best deal and explained anything and everything so I would fully understand what I was getting. 5 years and counting since i got in contact with Catherine, and she has been amazing the whole time.

All State, Catherine Davis and Michelle left us HIGH AND DRY. Beware. We decided to call for them for a quote on our home and auto policies in late 2018. Spoke with Michelle who reviewed our histories and provided us with a very reasonable quote. We finally decided to move forward with Catherine Davis All State after about 3 weeks from our initial call. We cancelled our old insurance, paid our entire auto policy upfront and our new All State policies were in order around Christmas time. We were absolutely SHOCKED to receive a letter from All State (not even a phone call) only several days later informing us our homeowners insurance had been cancelled!! They cancelled us due to a previous hail claim on our property which had been THOROUGHLY discussed since our initial conversations with Michelle. Since then we have received very little answers from Michelle, Catherine Davis or anyone at All State in regards to this mess. Our mortgage company has threatened to force their private insurance on us at ridiculous rates. Meanwhile Michelle is in meetings everytime we call to try and get answers. It has been insulting and humiliating to be blatantly ignored and disregarded by this company, not to mention the amount of time it has taken to try and sort this all out. Its very unfair. We are good, hard working people with great credit that got SCREWED for trying to support a local business. Learn from our mistake and dont take a chance with Catherine Davis All State.

Catherine and her stafff go above and beyond to serve our every need with insurance. Our family of five have ever changing needs and she has provided exceptional service and advice. When my oldest graduated from college and left the state to start her career, Catherine personally contacted an Allstate agent in her area to assure that all her needs were being met. She treats us like we are her own family. Her advice has been invaluable and we would recommend her to everyone!

After nearly 15 years of being a customer they sent us a partial refund and told us we did not comply with their high standards. Laughable. She did not even have the stones to call us after several attempts to contact. Zero professionalism to say the least. It’s crazy to think that we know more then them about their own business. I would never recommend to anyone.

At any time I call I am treated courteously and my problem is promptly answered and taken care of. With a car accident on slippery roads at 11 pm Catherine was on the phone with me and her team was working on it by 8 am the next morning. They took over from there and we have had no worries. WOW! Davis Allstate office is amazing, they are always professional and know me by name . Awful! I received a promotional homeowners flyer in the mail from an agent in Denver, but generally I prefer to keep my business local so I called Ms. Davis agency for a quote. The assistant proceeded to grill me about personal information unrelated to my request for a homeowners insurance quote. She asked about employment, my driving record, etc. I made it clear to her that I was only requesting a homeowners quote and yet she persisted. I refused and repeatedly pointed out that my driving record has nothing to do with my homeowners policy, but she became argumentative and refused to back down, citing nebulous insurability concerns. I ended up calling the agent in Denver and had a MUCH more professional experience and none of the invasive 3rd degree interrogation.

Catherine Daviss office is stellar. I would highly recommend them for many types of insurance and financial services. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful...great when you need it most.

When we moved to Colorado we knew we wanted to continue with Allstate and we also had to get home insurance. We chose one close to where we were living at the time in Longmont and walked in to figure it all out. Lindsay Owen could not have been nicer or more patient. She sat us down, explained everything in detail and was so informative that we had relatively few questions.A funny thing happened that day. She said...oh and you will need to get the addition of free windowshield option...because of all the hail...we both looked at each other and said...no we don’t need that...and Lindsay calmly explained that ALOT of people need this option in Colorado. Never having lived here...and knowing our daughter had a cracker window shield...we said ok. Well wouldn’t you know it the VERY next day a truck drove by carrying gravel...and a piece hit our windshield and it cracked...so the next day...two days after we got our policy they put a new window in the car...free!! Thanks to Lindsay we didn’t have to worry.She has been really helpful with our move from Colorado to NC as well...helping us get in touch with an agent in North Carolina and advising me on what I would need...all in all she made our life easier...Thanks!!
