Mike the maintenance man is always very fast and making sure things are fixed fast and done right. The warranty guy came out and said it would possibly be 2 months for our dishwasher to get fixed cause the part had to be ordered. Mike called them and had them bring a new dishwasher instead within a couple days. Thanks Mike for taking care of things so fast!

Loved living here, the apartment was beautiful quality especially for the price and the grounds were always well kept. Nice and quiet and the staff was always responsive and friendly. The maintenance guys were always quick to respond and help if needed and always pleasant to be around. Complex is in a great location, lots of beauty and places to walk and bike and close to everything.

*I did not live here* Stonebridge at Twin Peaks has been one of my top prospective apartments while making the move to Colorado. Hannah in the leasing office has provided amazing customer service, and she has been very responsive and attentive in trying to find me the best possible future home. The renovated units are absolutely gorgeous, especially on the third floor with vaulted ceilings. Due to financial constraints, Im going with a community that is allowing me to be a little bit lower on my budget, but if my budget wasnt as tight, I would make Stonebridge my home in a heartbeat.

This has been the best experience we’ve had at an apartment complex as well as the move in experience. The entire team was so helpful with getting us into a unit that really fit our situation and was willing to accommodate with us when our timing didn’t match right and bumps came about, and just more than I could ever hope for. I usually get so anxious about moving into a new place but the team at stone bridge really helped make it a easy smooth process. The experience living in the community has been just as amazing if not better. The vibes of the community are so welcoming, and the staff have been joyful to work with and to about daily’s with. I couldn’t be happier with an apartment complex or recommended a better place to work with!

I love Stonebridge! The apartments are beautiful and the surrounding common areas are maintained to a tee! All the trash is picked up DAILY! Truly one of the best experiences (a new apartment person after living in a house for years) Ive had living in an apartment. The patios are amazing and private. The office and maintenance staff are second to none! This complex is everything you wish for in apartment living! A+

I have lived here for 15 months and have had no problems or complaints with living here. They have been extremely kind and understanding with many situations and been extremely helpful. Hannah is fantastic and an absolute gem who I cant believe isnt sick of me yet since I feel like I have blown up her email first handedly for the past 2 months. She is kind, positive, understanding, and responsive. Carmen at the front is super lovely as well and was the person who showed me the apartment first last year! Im super happy to say that I have resigned and been able to stay here and am so happy about it and would not have been able to do it without Hannah and all her help! I dont know much about pricing around Longmont, but compared to a lot of what I have found, it seems reasonable and like I said, they are responsive, inclusive and always on top of things. The cherry on top is that maintenance is fabulous too! I have only had to put in a few requests, but they were all handled as fast as they could have been and that is something that I feel is most important with apartment complexes these days! It is also very quiet, clean, safe, and have had no issues of any kind with any fellow neighbors. I definitely am satisfied here. Thanks to all you guys for making it a great place to live :)

The staff here is always amazing. They came out on Christmas Eve multiple times to make sure I had heat for the holiday. Sam and Mike were both very professional and handled the problem accordingly. I even got a follow up text from the office over the weekend to make sure I was comfortable and everything was being taken care of. That’s what good service is and it is very much appreciated.

I have lived at Stonebridge for a little over a year. The two bedrooms is set up like a double master and we really liked that. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. Any problems with your apartment are addressed and taken care of in a timely manner. I have had a wonderful experience living here. You are close to everything as well and only 25 mins from Boulder.

The office staff were great and very helpful. The glitch was the fact that they are very very overworked and busy. Reaching them by phone and/or email is not satisfactory at all as they are too busy to answer either one. Allowing this overload situation is NOT good customer service. I am in the lodging and hospitality business as well and would never allow my front desk people to be so overworked and unavailable that the customer needs were not met graciously. I understand this is a corporate operation and the one shoe fits all however this shoe doesnt fit at Stonebridge at Twin Peaks. I almost chose another apartment (I had put my deposit down) just for this reason as they treated me graciously and were attentive to my requests. I felt the front desk was so overloaded at Stonebridge and the second choice indeed offered the customer service. Again kudos to Carmen as she did the best she could given the situation. Apparently I am not the only person experiencing this as I have heard other people with the same complaint. PS, I also found the paperwork required to be excessive. A 38 page contract is ridiculous, and very difficult to navigate. Lots of things in the initial contract are then overridden by all the appendages...(6-8 pages of appendages). The competition had a 2 page document and was a larger establishment than Stonebridge., just FYI. Gail Ellis

Wish I could give a review of this place but I didn’t even make it to moving in here.A friend and I applied and were approved yet had our lease agreement canceled after barely 24hrs of it having been sent to us.I‘ll try to get our $200 deposit back but have little faith that this giant renting corporation even cares about individuals. Proceed with caution.

First the good -- The location cant be beat; Im within 10 minutes of just about anything I could want or need, including doctors, dentists, shopping, movies, the library, downtown, etc. The apartments are spacious with an open feel that I love. The main selling point is the large utility room which has a full-size washer/dryer installed and a good-size closet. There was ample room to add pantry shelving and another large utility shelf above the one that came with the room. This increased our storage immensely! The exterior of the buildings is pleasing, with arched openings on the downstairs patios. And the office staff couldnt be more friendly and helpful! The one maintenance guy is clearly overworked, but he still manages to answer requests within 24 hours most of the time. Main issues for me are that the gas fireplace doesnt really work -- it barely puts out a small flame and we smelled raw gas the few times we lit it. When I brought this up, I was told to open a window as the fireplaces are old and thats just what they do. Um...the whole point is to stay warm in winter and NOT feel the cold outside air! So the fireplace is basically useless and takes up a lot of wall space, though it is pretty and adds to the aesthetics of the living room. Nice to have a mantle, too. The other issue is that too many people dont pick up after their dogs and the poop disposal areas arent emptied often enough. They start overflowing over the weekends. If I were running the place, Id make sure someone emptied them at least every Friday afternoon and preferably once during the week as well. But really, those issues arent all that major in the grand scheme of things. Overall, very happy here.

Almost everything got taken care of at the apartment. The only item that went unresolved was changing the code on the garage. Maintenance could not seem to get the outside controller to take a new code. I’m ok with that flaw. They were very courteous and professional.

We are long-time residents of Stonebridge and have seen many management changes. We have noticed that Mike, the maintenance manager, has done numerous things to improve the property. On an individual level, Mike is always conscientious about tending to our myriad requests. He does this in a timely manner, efficiently, and courteously. He is a person of considerable integrity and is extremely patient and personable in the bargain. We hope he never leaves his job here.

The maintenance staff responded to my request promptly. My heater had gone out and they responded that very day. The parts necessary to complete the repair needed to be ordered so the staff provided me with a large space heater as a temporary solution. With in two days the heater was fixed and is working tremendously now. I was never cold in my apartment. Thank You!

I hoped Mike would be in the maintenance room and fortunately he was and came to my rescue, repaired the handle and voil`a I was in. Stonebridge is lucky to have such a good man. This place has gone down hill Fast!! The office is no help. Instead of helping the people who pay to live here they just tack on fines and play childish games. When we first moved in before Stonebridge was bought out this place was amazing. Now I can’t wait to leave.

Update: After negotiations with the management, they did refund the $130 dollar cleaning fee.The management team that was running the place when I first moved in a year ago was top notch! They were so good, responsive, and friendly. That is not the case anymore.The place was sold and a new management team started. They have been very unprofessional and difficult to communicate with. They rarely answer the phone. They have never returned a call to me after leaving a message. If you need something you have to go to the office, which is very inconvenient, especially since they don’t open until 10 am. If you work during the time they are open, you have to make special arrangements to drop off your rent or ask questions. The old management had a rent drop box, which was so convenient, but the new management removed it. You have to go in to the office to pay rent, unless you want to pay another fee to pay it online. They will nickel and dime you to death in fees. They are unfair in estimating how much of your deposit they will return. They charged me $130.00 for cleaning and the place was spotless, I even cleaned the windows! During the walk-thru he commented on how nice I kept the place and that it was so clean!Parking can be a nightmare. One of my neighbors had 5 other people living in his apartment and all of them had a car. Trying to find parking later in the day is nearly impossible. There are several broken down vehicles that just sit unlicensed taking up parking spots. People without a disability parking placard or plate park in the handicap spots and they will not do anything about it. They need to have assigned parking or at least a sticker system of some sort and someone to enforce parking rules. For the amount of money they charge, at least one vehicle per apartment should have a decent place to park all of the time.They enter the apartments frequently and with very little notice. If you have an animal that is fearful, etc… be prepared to have to take time off of work in order to have these people in your apartment….often!The only good thing about the new management is the maintenance guys. They are nice and work hard!

We have lived here for a few years now and I have to agree with all the other reviews about the new management company. Carmen, one of the two people who work in the office should not be working in the customer service industry. The office staff always seem to be overwhelmed and unorganized. I judge this from the very little contact Ive had with them. The communication between the office and the community members is lacking and when we do get an update its more of a reprimand and a rule reminder than anything else.I too would have given a much higher star review a year ago before the change in management. We used to have a welcoming, friendly and helpful office staff, community events and appreciation days. Now you have to send an email to make an appointment before you can come into the office.Bottom line if you are looking for a place to live with a friendly front office atmosphere and a sense of community this is not the place. Keep looking.

Have lived in several apartments but no management team has been as bad as this one. No respect for peoples time. They wanted to charge us double the rent, which is absurd and when we decided to go another direction, VerraWest (so much better!!), it took two months to get our deposit back after getting the run around, on the phone and in person, several times. Would not recommend to anyone looking for a new apartment.

My husband and I give the staff a FIVE star review for their warm nature and for being very knowledgable and straightforward. Kathie and Rachael are on it! :-) The units were absolutely beautiful - all the sleek finishes you want, plenty of kitchen and living space, good size bedrooms/bathrooms and extras including a laundry room! It was an impressive use of space in a layout for 1026 s.f. The FOUR stars are based on, for us, the higher covered parking rate, lack of storage options on the property, and we personally wanted to be closer to downtown. While in the end we did not go with Stonebridge, it was a difficult decision and we almost chose this property as the space was almost perfect. Plus, we had faith in the management staff. We will definitely recommend this property to others and will keep Stonebridge in mind for the future.

If I could I wouldnt even give this place one star.I was so excited when we first moved into Stonebridge at Twin Peaks. The complex was clean, the units spacious and renovated, and the amenities were kept clean and nice. The last management team was also just wonderful. They were easy to contact and always provided the best customer service. If they were still the management team I doubt I would be giving such a terrible review. When we found out that the management company was changing we were worried as there tend to be some hiccups when that happens. Let me just say that we should have 100% more worried than we were.The team that works in the front office are some of the most rude and disrespectful people I have worked with. They are impossible to get a hold of and when you do they are not helpful at all. Just today I have been trying to get a hold of someone since 11am. I have left four messages and emailed them yet nothing. They are also terrible at letting us know what is happening in the complex. We receive literally last moments notice that work is being done in our unit and they have they expectation that it is fine. We wanted to renew our lease but they have yet to send us a new one so we have decided to move. They are not honest and have lied to my face more times than I can count.I really dont understand how they make it so hard to reach someone or even answer questions. If you consider living here make sure you are okay with never knowing what is going on and being treated with disrespect for wanting answers.

I was very happy to move in here. Now, not so much. Theyve changed ownership of the apartments and since the sale of the apartments, theyve replaced everyone who was working here with their own people (right before the winter holidays I might add,) and I no longer want to live in this apartment community. The old staff knew every resident by name, had everything organized, and were pleasant people to be around. The new staff has been here for more than a couple months and have no idea what theyre doing. I am moving out as soon as I am able, and I really dont recommend living here now. Its really a shame because this apartment complex was very well-maintained and the front office staff was extremely helpful when I first moved in.

Im happy to report my experience has been the extreme opposite of Philips. Ive lived in countless apartment complexes over the years and this one, so far, is head and shoulders above all others. Rachel and her team are very friendly, professional and extremely accommodating!! I moved in a couple of months ago and theyve all bent over backwards to fix every issues Ive reported, large and small. The grounds are gorgeous the neighbors are super friendly and the Staff truly love pets! They provide tennis balls, treats and have a great, well kept dog bark onsite. I was worried that the property isnt smoke free but Ive yet to smell anyones smoke, of any kind. I transferred from another Holland property where the manager hid in her dark office all day. I see Rachel walking the grounds daily and shes very outgoing and pleasant. What a welcome change from my last apartment. Thank you Rachel and Team for making Stonebridge a great place to live! I have been living here since end of 2010 to currently mid 2013 and have been enjoying my stay here. I like the layouts here and the staff is also friendly. I have stayed at four apartment communities, prior to this one, in different cities. Never saw a good staff but the one here is really good. I would definitely recommend this apartment community to others.

A few months ago, this would have been an easy five stars. However, the new ownership has proven to be very disappointing. Office staff is unfriendly, not helpful, and doesn’t return phone calls. Stonebridge Apartments has declined....going from exceptional to mediocre, at best.

Highly unprofessional and poor management. The front office is terrible at letting you know anything before last minute. They never, never return your calls and its nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone and when you do after weeks of trying they are rude. Wont be renting from here again. From the short few months we have lived here all the negative reviews turned out to be true unfortunately. Carmen the front office, has a horrible additude and cant do her job because she dont know how. All she says all the time is I dont know which is obviously true and Ill call back never not one time did we ever get a call back sense we lived here on so many occasions. Fire Carmen and make it a better place. Listen to the voice of the people

This review is not a reflection of the apartment itself, but rather the recent change in management.When we first moved in, everything was great. We had no issues and staff were friendly and responsive. With the switch to new management, the disappointment began. The first thing they did was change out everyones bathroom faucet and showerhead (restricted flow) and they really suck. My roommates have both complained about staff acting rudely when they go to the office to ask about anything. For awhile, we were not receiving notices that we have packages in the leasing office. They changed to a new key card system to access the pool/gym after office hours, but it took over a month to program the cards, for which I inquired about. I was told there was a programmatic hiccup but was assured that I would be contacted when they were done. 4 more weeks passed and I still heard nothing so I inquired again in person only to find out that they were finished weeks ago, but we were never notified. Recently, maintenance made a visit (for which we knew about), but left a mess on the floor and did not lock the apartment when they left. Overall, we have been very disappointed with the decline in management around here. If you never have problems or questions, its pretty nice. But as of late, I sadly cannot recommend anyone rent here.

This community just changed owners... Which originally I envisioned as the big bad wolf taking over. I really loved the old management team and I was really sad to see them go. However, the new management has truly blew me out of the waters. The office staff is extremely friendly and goes above and beyond every time I ask them something. The maintenance is amazing too- they have one of the old maintenance employees still along with a new guy and they are both so nice and professional. I recommend this as a place to highly consider if looking in the Longmont area.

If you have any pets please please PLEASE do not go here. They say how pet friendly they are but it’s a lie. Me and my gf moved here from Pennsylvania and this was our first complex together, how horrible of a year it was. Trees not taken care of that fall on our car, hot water tanks that leak into your apartment. We had the employees smoking weed on the job, they have a horrible staff who bombard you with spam calls and emails daily. Rachel the top dog has a hard time getting around the place so she sits in her office and spams emails with promotions and such.The staff are not professional and the men are just plain creepy.

The apartment is good and the leasing process was easy. Everything works well and the area is well maintained. The big problem is the people that dont respect the pool times. They should leave the pool at 10pm, but its normal to have people talking and laughing until 12am, or even until 2ap, what is REALLY annoying if you leave close to the pool. The managers were informed but they didnt worry at all. According to them I should call the city police (Obviously I wont call them almost every night). Im felt really frustrated with their careless answer.
