Absolutely horrible. The apartment was unlivable. I moved in and proceeded to realize the door to my porch did not lock, the AC did not work, the toilet only occasionally flushed, there was a gas leak coming from the furnace (confirmed by Excel Energy) and an array of other issues that make the apartment less than ideal for someone moving in. Maybe Im lucky and havent had bad experiences thus far renting in many different states and countries, but this is absolutely ridiculous. I will give anything to get out of this lease and live on the streets on this point.

Its a nice area and quiet but I moved in here with a microwave that is completely broken, not even going to ask how no one notices this before... Its been 3 weeks and they were supposed to fix it last week and now Im supposed to be on a list apparently. Also there was a pee stain on my living room floor, and whoever repainted the unit and put the toilet in did a terrible job. Im thinking about ending my lease early I highly recommend looking at every other option before this.

Hailey in the leasing office is super helpful and always friendly. She works hard and is always willing to listen and address any problems as soon as possible. Malcolm in maintenance was great, he came and replaced my sink the same day he figured out the problem, within a few days after I reported the (non-emergency) issue, and he was professional and efficient. A new maintenance manager was recently hired and hes been working hard to keep everything up to date. There have been occasional delays with some things, but nothing out of the ordinary for a business in the middle of a pandemic - weve lived here since before then and its been a comfortable, safe, and affordable experience. Its a really nice-looking complex and they put a lot of work in maintaining its appearance. The price is reasonable for Longmont and weve had no problems with bugs or mice. Its mostly young families here, we havent had any real issues with noise or other disturbances. Overall weve been happy here.

If I could give them zero stars I would. This place isn’t worth it. It’s the cheapest in town for a reason. They take months and months to get anything fixed for you. My kitchen sinks back flowed and flooded my kitchen and living room and it smelt like throw up for days. I had to beg and beg for them to fix it. It was awful no one should ever been uncomfortable in there own home. I had a mouse problem towards the end of living there and they did nothing about it. I had to take it upon myself to get it taken care of. They want to fine you for every little thing. I had some cute lights hanging on my patio and if I didn’t take them down it was going to cost me $50. Yet my neighbor above me was able to keep his lights up. They do not care about there propriety at all. You won’t get your deposit back and they try and tack on all these extra fines at the end of your stay. Don’t make the same mistake I did and take a ton of pictures. Every little thing that’s wrong make proof of it so they can see that. It’s an awful place to live. Do your best to find anything else but this company isn’t the right one.

I would say our move in experience has been great. We were provided with a sheet to make note of anything wrong in the space. The space was clean and the appliances were in good condition. Hailey was especially helpful in putting in our first work order for us to fix our ac unit and provided us with all the information we needed to get through this process smoothly.

* I did not rent here * When searching for an apartment, the customer service at the rental office is something I value as a key factor in my rental decision. Alyssa has provided fantastic customer service and has spent the time and patience to answer all of my questions. The only reason Im not renting here is because Im super sensitive to smoke, and their policy allows you to smoke on your balcony. Thats probably not a problem for 90% of people. And everything else seemed fantastic, good prices and friendly staff in a convenient location.

Do not rent here. They will kick you out and say you put in a notice even though you never did. They will forge one just to charge someone else more money. They are about the money. They dont care about the residents. The tile is falling off the wall in the bathtub and has been for months and they refuse to repair. This is the worst place in Longmont to rent from. Most people will tell you how this apartment complex is the Hood of Longmont. They even make deals with squatters to stay here for free. People move from here because the management is very rude and nasty to everyone. The girls in the main office are nice but the assistant manager and manager are both rude.

The office and maintenance staff are amazing people. When I first applied, I ended up having to move in earlier than I had anticipated and they were extremely accommodating. General maintenance issues that arise are taken care of promptly. It’s hard to find a place to live that’s dog friendly, and I really appreciate their willingness to accommodate well behaved and well trained large dog breeds that other apartment communities immediately decline. When my husband and I moved into this apartment a few years ago, we really struggled with the management and communication. Once the management turned over a couple years ago, things really started looking up. Hailey, one of the leasing professionals in the main office is a gem and was so wonderful to work with. Every time we had a question or needed help with something she was working on it right away and was always professional and kind. We never felt like something fell between the cracks when we were interacting with her. Youre going to run into problems anywhere you live, but having people that help you deal with it makes all the difference.

Living here, like living anywhere comes with its challenges. The maintenance and upkeep of any apartment being one of them. I have found the ultimate solution to these small inconveniences and his name is MartΓ­n.I wasn’t aware that A.W. brought on a new Supervisor, but I am glad they did. He is so knowledgeable and he gets the jobs done. My hardwood floors were peeled up, 24 hrs later they were fixed. Water Heater exploded, new water heater and carpet drying/cleaning to take the smell away. The glass of the lamp in my kitchen was broken, he ordered one. (He even kept me updated on its arrival. πŸ€·πŸ½β€β™‚οΈ )If you have an issue just ask MartΓ­n, he has a top-notch crew and they get it done.

Dont rent from this people. Our experience was really bad. For starters they never fixed anything we asked them to. A pipe broke in our bathroom, they never fixed it. Our washing machine broke and they never did anything about it so the last 2 months we were there we had to go do our laundry somwhere else. They didnt even replaced our kitchen light that broke, so it stayed like that for the last 4 months we were there. On top of this they had the audacity of charging us 900 dollars when we left, 900 dollars to fix things they never fixed when we were there. I would not reccomend this place at all.

I typically loathe apartment-hunting. It’s stressful, nerve-racking, and all around a process that nobody wants to deal with. However, my outlook on apartment-hunting has been completely changed ever since I stopped at Advenir at Wyndham. From the moment I walked in to the leasing office to the moment I received the keys to my new apartment, the staff made what I’ve always known to be a strenuous process an ABSOLUTE BREEZE. If anyone stops here to look at apartments, make sure you ask for Hailey Esposito, I am not exaggerating when I say she’s the best leasing consultant I’ve ever had. You can truly tell when someone cares about your wants and needs, and Hailey does. She was kind and patient, and answered every question I had in great detail. She told me from the beginning that all she wanted to do was help me find my next β€œhome” in the easiest manner possible, and she did just that. I’ve been living in my new apartment for 3 months now and it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! The property is beautiful, the staff is always warm and welcoming, and I definitely found my new β€œhome” that I won’t leave for the foreseeable future. 10/10 recommended, thank you Hailey and thank you Advenir at Wyndham!

We moved out of our last place due to the poor management and their neglect to solve our problems. Obviously we are aware that living in apartments your going to have problems, but when we started looking for a new place it was imperative that we knew before signing any paperwork that the management team would have our backs. We were a little hesitant after reading other reviews but they all were far from off. We did a tour last Saturday with Hailey and couldnt be happier. The place was in our price range and looked well maintained. She was realistic and direct when we gave her some of our concerns about the property. Of course no place is going to be perfect, Hailey did a great job telling us everything great about the place but also somethings that we may not love but how her management team would take care of any problems. As we were going over prices we were greeted by the manager (I think her name was Krista) we told her our concerns with it being an older property and she walked us through all the changes they made. She made us feel excited about moving into an updated apartment. When leaving we compared the property to others around but one thing we couldnt find anywhere was the welcoming feel we got from the moment we walked into the leasing office. Thank you Hailey and Krista for making us excited to move!

I was forced to leave the my lease for safety reasons after trying to get a flooding apartment fixed and some appliances. Criss (maintenance guy/ meth head with no teeth from the looks of it scary ) tried to fight me in the lease office in front of the staff including management for asking for the flooding & appliances to be fixed. No action was taken, and i had to leave the place to be safe & Now they are charging me for the things I tried to have them fix multiple times. Things that where broken when i moved in and that are on my move in check sheet. Now i have to go to court to settle. Avoid them at any cost. They are truly Crooks, Thieves immoral people with out a conscious just out for a buck.

We moved in 2019 moved out as soon as we could without breaking the lease. The move in process was pretty smooth although be aware, it is a credit based process to move in. They do admit to that and tell you the rates. We ended up with a $600 deposit (not including the pet deposit). When we entered the unit on move in day the unit smelled like it had been owned by a heavy smoker. Assuming the walls werent wiped down to help get rid of the smell (especially because about 6 months down the road we started noticing residue on the walls built up still from previous tenant). We noticed, unfortunately after covid hit, that we had a leak in the utility closet which was causing mold in the utility closet, bedroom and bedroom closet as well as so much water leaking out that the floor outside the utility closet was filled with so much fluid it leaked every time there was even slight pressure. We contacted the office and maintenance team. No response for a week. Despite numerous emails and phone calls. We go in on the weekend as the covid office hours were basically made so you couldnt really go in. (Monday-friday 12-6 closed Sunday. Limited hours Saturday as well) Then they responded with the fact that they were short staffed due to covid and were having issues accessing the resident portal. But after talking to the woman in the office that day, all day, to get the situation dealt with, she let it slip that they had access to maintenance requests. Which is where the initial concern was placed. And after contacting them a few days after original request was placed, they said we needed to wait our turn. After we did, to my understanding, the standard situation of dealing with a water leak that caused mold we started having a rodent issue. Multiple holes throughout the unit were noticed. I caught about 10 mice in a 6 month period I think. And throughout all these issues I had made it abundantly clear to the office and the maintenace team that my dog is friendly just high anxiety and vocal. Please make appointments with us to come in so we can remove her from the unit that day as we were gone up to 12 hours some days due to work and did not see that fit for kenneling as it would limit her access to food and water (she is a 55 lb mutt). Despite this, and the office saying they could do this we had a VERY difficult time getting any maintenance work done and had multiple incidents of the maintenace team marking the request as complete with a note saying they never entered the unit because of an loose dog (they never came on the specified dates when dog was outside of unit) and basically told us to fix it ourself. Noticed a lot of water damage throughout the unit as well after living there for a while. They also charged me for 2 small hair balls I forgot to clean off the window sill in the bedroom as well as cleaning each individual blind slate by hand at move out then said we never provided a forwarding address when returning keys even though I had them provide me with a copy of the original move out paperwork. This place is a joke. Dont waste your time.

The staff is very welcoming, and helpful when trying to get approved. I enjoyed the first week living here, until I started having lots of negative experiences. The first one was noticing all the little details such as horrible paint jobs, the cabinet doors weren’t straight, the doors had patches of paint, there were lots of patches on the ceiling. I’ve had two ceiling leaks since oct 29 (moved in in March). They haven’t done anything to open up their gym, or pool since I moved in. Their rent is pretty pricey considering you’re not getting any use out of the gym/pool. Not only that, but the staff is very rude. Since COVID hit, lots of families were affected. They don’t offer any payment plans, or aren’t willing to work out any deals with their tenants. Say bye to your savings, because these people could care less if you go homeless; they just want your money. I would definitely not recomend these apartments,SPECIALLY if you have a family. If I could rate my overall experience I would rate it a 0. Look into PMP if you want the same quality apartments, except cheaper.

I’ve been living here with my girlfriend for going on 1 year and 4 months and all the reviews are wrong since we moved in every problem we’ve ever had was fixed within a couple days every time we had a rent issue they were very understanding about everything they always pick up the phone every time we call they’re always there when we need them Martin is a really good maintenance supervisor and all the ladies in the front office are awesome including Alyssa if you are considering moving here this is a very good place it’s very quiet there’s never any cops It’s just a very quiet neighborhood highly recommend if you’re ever looking for your first apartment

We almost didnt even bother with a tour after reading a ton of negative reviews, but I guess they have made changes ?.The only thing I am having an issue with right now is maintenance, they came in to fix our AC, and didnt finish the job. It has been getting over 80 inside the last couple of days 😑Other than this issue that we have been trying and trying to resolve, everything has been great. Building B is very quiet, neighbors have been beyond friendly. We renewed our lease and will be staying another 15months

Ive been dealing with constant noise from the upstairs neighbors. Their kids run, jump and slam around all night. Ive made dozens of complaints to management and nothing gets done. Ive had items stolen from my car port multiple times. Someone backed into my car in the parking lot and never said anything about it. Got about 5 new dents in the side of my car from people opening their door into it. This has been a miserable experience and I look forward to leaving.

I highly recommend this place! They are absolutely awesome! After reading other reviews I almost didn’t even tour. That would have been a serious MISTAKE! Alyssa made all of the difference! She gave us space to look around the model while also being there for questions. I didn’t feel pressured to make a decision right in that second as I had with so many other places I toured! They give you a welcome bag which is just awesomeness. They checked in a few days after moving in to make sure everything was going alright which no other place has ever done. One of the cheapest and worst apartment complexes around. For starters, the maintenance and cleaning crew they have is enough for a 1 star, had to call maintenance back to my apartment to fix the sink pipes and doors, and had to get them back there 4 times to fix the same thing. The fitness area has almost nothing, is dirty most the time and half the weights are missing and never replaced.Apon move out, after not only having a security deposit down and animal deposit down, they kept both and said neither covered anything apon move out. Blinds took a chewing on the strings by roommates cat, animal deposit again, land lords said blinds where not destroyed by a cat, and was done by a person, refused to talk about it more. The bath tubs are coated in a very cheap coating of what seems to be, wall paint. As some pealed off due to wear and tear, they charged me for this as well, above 200.00Id stay far away from this place. May be decent priced for longmonts outrageous rent prices, but they will nickel and dime you to the point you may as well have gone to Legacy apartments.

We set up auto payment and they always took extra money from my bank acct.1.They took extra $12.00.2. Same thing happened took extra $12.00.We have already talk to someone in the office! still happen the same things. They dont credit to my bank acct. They just gave us credit for the next month rent.3. This month they charge me extra $189.00😑. I dont really understand why you guys took extra$$.Always rise their fee too. So many fee in the statement. Also their tax are $25. I recommend who live in this apartment always check your rent statements. They use to took extra money! Also their maintenance are unhelpful. When i submit work order. No body show up. I have to go to the office and ask again and again.We have to wait maintenance to come 2 to 3 week also.

The staff is very professional. Alyssa was able to address all of my questions and concerns. I viewed apartments all over the Boulder County area, and feel that the staff at Wyndham Apartments were the most courteous that I encountered in my housing search. I am excited to live in such a welcoming community. The location is wonderful! I can access major roads, walking and biking paths, and shopping all within a few minutes of the complex.

Ive lived here for a little over 3 years. In that time, Ive had to submit several routine maintenance requests which were all promptly handled (usually within 24 hours). The office staff have always been super helpful and friendly. Everything I have seen gives me the indication that the staff genuinely wants to make their residents comfortable while working within the constraints mandated by the company.

If I could rate 0 stars, I would. Cheap rent is made up by large move out costs and variable charges in rent bill. Upon move out, the staff neglected to give us copies of our move in paperwork. Apt was disgusting on move in, stained carpet, but we were charged carpet cleaning anyways. Very unprofessional records and transparency with a staff that wont return calls or emails.

My fiance and I recently relocated from California, and due to COVID, we were forced to find a new place to live from afar. We read a lot of reviews online, but we also know to take those things with a grain of salt. We are so glad we trusted our gut because the staff at Advenir at Wyndham made this process so easy for us and were available on short notice to answer all our questions via email.We had a few maintenance issues upon moving into our new apartment, but the staff was quick to remedy them. We submitted work orders and the maintenance team was here within 24 hours to fix all the issues, despite still being short-staffed and behind from COVID.It was a stressful time moving from out of state and doing everything virtually, but we love our new place and could not be happier with the way we have been treated by all the staff here.

Lived here for a couple years and the rent went up both times we renewed. Talked to other tenants and rent always gets increased here. They charge ridiculous late fees as well. Maintenance is decent but the office staff and management are not there to help you in any way. Covid 19 hit hard and they never did anything to help tenants. Not only will they nickel and dime you to death with fees such as for covered parking, but they will have your vehicles towed just 2 days past registration expiration, even if they are legally still in the grace period for renewal. Then they blame the city for the towing even though the cars parked on the street do not get bothered. There is a Florida license plate right outside my window that has been expired for 3 years but since its on the street, it hasnt been towed. They have a private contract with the towing company and as such, they benefit from these underhanded dealings. Also, they tow all the way to Denver so it costs a fortune if this happens to you.The rent is way too expensive for Section 8 quality housing. Several of the apartments require nearly daily maintenance. For a year, our upstairs neighbors AC leaked into our storage closet, leading to mold which they tried to charge us for. When the substandard quality leads to pests such as roaches, arranging to meet their exterminator becomes a complicated dance. They say he will come on Friday at 1. He shows up at noon. He says he will come back the next week to follow up, he doesnt come back for 3 weeks. When he does come back, they call to schedule his arrival between 2 and 3 but he showed up at noon and we hadnt quite finished clearing out the areas they want to check. So they are charging us for the inconvenience they suffered. Despite everyone in my living room hearing the phone call with the lady in the office confirming his arrival between 2 and 3, the manager then chimes in claiming she overheard the entire thing and calls us liars.When we moved in, they assured us that while it is a drug free community, marijuana was fine. After signing a year and a half lease, they threatened to evict us for marijuana use because its federally illegal so it still counts as an illegal drug to them. Medical or no, they dont allow it, do not allow them to lie and say they do just to get your signature.Living here has cost us so much, please save yourself some trouble and pick somewhere else.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! We lived here for a year and the day we signed our lease was the day we made a huge mistake. Trust the reviews, Theres a reason so many units are constantly available. Our AC went out in the middle of the summer. Our heater went out in the middle of the winter. We would spot cockroaches at-least twice a week inside the Unit and the gym. (Even After they had an exterminator come in.) The gym was never maintained. The equipment never actually worked . Our shower and toilet had a nonstop leak. There was Dog poop everywhere. The swimming pool was ALWAYS dirty and the Management was NEVER helpful. We left our Unit absolutely perfect, yet they still found a way to try charging $300 because of β€œTouch up paint”, and a β€œCleaners” fee, while cleaners were never actually hired. Save yourself regret and money because I wish we would have !

Management changes every 3 to 6 months and youll be double charged for utilities which has never happened in my 15 years of renting all over Colorado. My car was broken into and I never received a call back from the new manager. Even if there is nothing she could do I at the very least expected a call back saying sorry this happened on our property. Fred in maintenance is awesome and very kind. I just toured the units and I love the location, it’s really close to shopping and food in this area. Also The apartments are super affordable and extremely nice and the community here is really wonderful. Alyssa in particular and the other girls in the leasing office were very helpful and very professional, I couldn’t recommend it highly enough!

They charge interest during covid. I spoke to front destroy we was squared away their words now they have this intrest on what I didnt owe. So now due to covid Im homeless and in debt. I came in for a tour today for a walk in tour and the lady was very nice and helpful. She toured me a 2 bedroom model they have and it was very cute! I love the location of these apartments, as they are close to Boulder or Loveland! The only thing I wish they had was garages but they did have carports which is not to bad either! I got a email today asking how my experience has been living at Advenir at Wyndham so far. When I moved in my apartment was clean with a move in goody bag and a hand written note by the staff on the counter. I had A couple of work orders and maintenance fixed it very quickly. Each and every time I go into the office I am greeted with a smile. The leasing staff Alissa and Shay are very friendly and whenever are helping me give me their full attention! The managers Krista and Patty are also very nice. I have lived in many apartments and this one is the best. The staff is definitely hard-working! You can tell they genuinely try and care about the residents.

Wish I could give it no stars. Lived here almost a year then when i wouldnt re do my lease early they gave us a notice to leave in 3 days in the middle of winter! It was a few days past the 1st after paying rent. They said they would not refund any of the money and a month later got a paper from a debt collector saying i owe them $4,000 for breaking my lease which i didnt. Place is a waste of money and everything is half done. Please dont waste ur time or money. Youll regret it when you move out. And youll be paying $$$$$$

I really need several documents and records that I submitted to these people when I lived here. I had given written notice 3 months prior to my leaving a month early. With justified reasoning. SWAT had to subdue a man living beneath me who stabbed his girlfriend in the neck. Tear gas through the window and ensuing chaos. My daughter got her foot sliced opened twice by glass that was at THE BOTTOM OF THE POOL. Cigarette smoke would filter into my apartment somehow. So I brought in the manager at the time to experience it for himself. Needless to say the management agreed and accepted our terms of early termination. Only for new management to take over and then suddenly they want 3000 dollars 3 years after Ive left. This is preventing me from renting a new place and the folks in the office are nice but incredibly unhelpful. Ive been given all the documents they claim to have. Which the manager had to fish through a box to retrieve.

This is by far the worst facility to live in. Management was unprofessional and rude. Apartments are small and overpriced. My husband and I lived there for a year and during the winter they never shoveled our driveways or sidewalks which was very inconvenient and unsafe. The maintenance never picked up dog droppings. The hot tub was never running. This place is just terrible. I would rather live in my parents basement than this place.

The apartment itself is beautiful and I love how beautiful it is during the warmer months. Maintenance doesn’t do what they need to, it takes many times before things are fixed where it is safe. I am being charged double for my utilities from the property and from city. Management is ok sometimes not as nice on certain days and other days very kind and wanting to help. When it snows they do not take care of the snow on the sidewalks or in the parking lot, so it melts and turns ice. My fiancΓ© has fallen and hurt himself a few times because of the icy sidewalks. I would give it more stars but there is more bad then good. I hope for the best and I hope they fix the issues.
