Absolutely the worst communication in human history! I have called & called. Left message after message. Email after Email. All I have got in return is 2 automated messages about availability. Its currently 9:30 am and it is supposed to be open. Guess what? Locked up tight. No one there. For the love of God can these people return a phone call? And if you call now it hangs up before you can even get to voice mail.*update*Ok I sent a email that was provided in the statement below and all I got was we are out of the office. What the .....Ill continue to update my experience. I find this remarkable. If something happened to the place would they know?The message below is probably also automated. Because in the time they posted that they could have called me.
By far the worst experience trying to get in contact with someone for an apartment I have gone over there multiple times I have called multiple days of the week all different times and still I’ve gotten nothing back I did the email thing they have on their website for someone to contact me personally and didn’t get anything back on that either. If anyone has any advice on how to contact the office please let me know I was looking to get a tour of an apartment and it says to contact the office for more details and that’s kind of hard to do when nobody ever answers at this point I feel like it’s useless and this company is going to go down simply by not having anyone in the office or contacting people back.
Evan is absolutely phenomenal and probably the best maintenance man in Longmont! Elizabeth in the front office is pretty darn awesome herself! I definitely feel that this is a hidden gem of a complex in Longmont.
Well kept grounds & the Manager is great!! My daughter lives in a 3 bedroom + 2 bath & shes been happy for a long time.👍☺👍Its close by to many various shopping areas too. I have lived here since beginning of March and have had nothing but problems. There hasn’t been a leasing agent in office in almost a month. My fridge is broken and has been freezing my food. My vinyl flooring is coming up all throughout my apartment along with many other things I’ve complained about since moving in. And they do nothing. I’ve put in maintenance request, called left voicemails, my emails quit going through it’s been 4 weeks and I’ve heard from no one.
Karina was awesome! Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable! Nice area and close to the stores and restaurants! Income sensitive. If you are looking for a nice 2bd/2b or 3bd/2b you may want to check Quail Village out!
UPDATE: Besides the response to this review, I received 2 emails; the first didnt have the correct application info and the second was to tell us there werent any 3 bedroom apartments available. Recently another 3 bed was supposedly made available, but the application payment page is still not working and still no one is answering the phones..My roommates and I are trying to apply here, but the application fee page is broken. Ive called twice, gone into the office, and sent an email and have gotten no response and found no one in the office. Im hoping by leaving a review I can get them to contact me.
Is there anybody who works here? I’ve been trying to contact this complex for about 2 weeks now... I’ve called, I’ve emailed, Ive even stopped by the complex DURING business hours and there was no one there…not sure what else I have to do to get in contact with the office…
Extremely poor communication.We applied for an apartment at Quail Village on July 13th 2020, were approved on July 22nd, our move-in date was supposed to be August 7th. Since July 23rd, Ive been trying to contact the property to get the last details for the lease figured out. The property manager has not called me back or provided information by email as promised, even after multiple conversations on the phone. Today is August 3rd and we still dont have the lease or information where to send a payment check. At this stage it seems like a scam, so beware!
Cheri did a great job keeping me in the loop in my application process. She is friendly and approachable. I feel very comfortable going to her with any questions or concerns I have.

I was lucky enough to find this apt. The apt was perfect for my needs, location, financial, the staff is amazing. I have a great apt, the neighbors are friendly, courteous and feel safe here. I have lived in Longmont for many years and this is the best. I would recommend anyone to come by. The office manager is very knowledgeable and answers your questions honestly. Mary Durant Apt 3205
My daughter lives in a nice 3 BedRoom /2 Bathroom here The Manager, Sherri, is really helpful and makes sure everythings in order, clean, and safe.. Maintenance has always been on top of things here . Nice place to live. A larger playground with more playthings would be nice for the little ones.
Quail Village is a nice, quiet place to live. The staff is very nice and maintenance work is completed as quickly and efficiently as possible. The location is great (across from the rec center and museum). Were glad we moved here.
They are not quite. You must buy a parking sticker if you have more than 2 cars to the tune of 100.00 which they get free from tow company. Have a now run foset of hot water that has yet to be fixed. Consisting in the big bed room, you feel the wind coming through the walls. People play music loud at all hours of the night. They cant keep a maintenance person.
Very nice and close to many stores for easy shopping.
