Smh no longer going here for a full set only to get my feet done ..two nails broke less then a week of getting them done smh

Love this nail shop, been coming here twice a month for the last 5 months consistently. Previously I was on and off through out the years due to living situation but now that Im stable in Long Beach, this has been by far the best location that provides quality work for a fair price. I usually get a layover on top of my real nails (the powder dip) and they do so well and keeping my nails looking clean and natural. I have found a home!

I made an appointment for a gel fill & a manicure (to clean up my cuticles). The acrylic application was uneven and my coffin shape quickly turned into square round. My assumption is that the gentleman who started my fill was not licensed; there’s no way a licensed nail tech could be so careless. Then, a lady completed my manicure (POORLY) and didn’t notice the terrible job the previous nail tech had done. This horrible experience was finally over! I look at my nails and I am LIVID! I express my concerns and yet ANOTHER nail tech tries her best to solve my nail problem. I just paid and left. Never going here again!

People here are friendly and really take their time to do my nails right. Everywhere else would cut my skin even when you told them that you have sensitive skin. Well worth the money and they do color dip! 👍

I found this spot when I lived in Long Beach. Even though I live in Orange County now I still come here to get my nails done! Its been my nail salon for 15 years! I love it!

Do not get your eyebrows done they dent have the skill

This place is an rip off I understand they been out of business for awhile but its wrong to say one price then charge another. Went in for just eyebrow waited half a hour to even be greeted. Then was told by the man 6 dollars for eyebrows and was charged 10 dollars once job was completed. Not to mention they werent following cdc guidelines no social distance or cleaning between clients were being done and the lady didnt wash her hands or sanitize the equipment before moving on to next client

Really nice people and they do a great job. A little pricey though. But, ask for Connie!!!!

The best service Ive ever had at a nail salon. My mom os paralyzed and cant get around very easily. They accomodated her every need with a smile. They listen and do exactly what you request.

🙅🙅🙅🙅🙅🙅 Im Sorry, I CANNOT RECOMMEND this place for lashes. The 1st time my lashes Only looked OK. lasted for two weeks. 2nd time, they lasted for 3 days before they started coming out. I went back for Helen to fix on the 4th day. Helen had such a BAD ATTITUDE!!! She really didnt speak and would not have said bye if I would not have initiated it. Customer Service Skills are not Good, Lousy, Stink. Not friendly. Made me feel Tolerated and NOT APPRECIATED!!!! I DO NOT PLAN TO RETURN. NO, I CANT. I will do without lashes or go to someone who will appreciate there customers. BYE STAR NAILS 😡🙋🙋🙋🙋🙋.4/19/2019 Lashes started coming off again yesterday so I removed them all because no one wants to walk around with half lashes on and half lashes off or Gaps in their eyelashes. I called to let Helen know what happened. She try to make excuses. Said maybe you have oily lashes etc. I WILL NOT GO BACK. NO NO NO NO NO.

The customer service is high quality however when i came to do my pedicure, i wanted full acrylic set and three of the woman that were there had no experience and told me I could not get them because there only nail technician had just left. Disappointing!

EVERY time I come here, its a great experience! Helen does a beautiful job on eyelashes and Mye is the perfect one for a pedicure!!! 15+ years coming here!!

I went over there a while ago and the lady burned my skin while waxing my eyebrows. The nail work is okay but not great. I definitely dont reccomend going to this nail salon.

They were ok they did my nails&lashes very good but they were to rushy be doing the designs I wanted,u paid 81.00 to do all that I wanted should at least take there time if a person is gonna pay that much to begin with.

I love this place especially connie my nail lady.
