I went in super excited to get my nails done, I asked the lady if she was able to do a specific design and she said no problem. Then when she was putting the base of acrylic she said I do not know how to do design and can ask someone else, I said okay. Then she says pick something easy because I have to leave, I thought someone else was able to do my design, i wound up hating my nails, she rushed me and still charged me $73. Unbelievable never coming back.

The entire staff is friendly and professional. They do a great job. They even did a custom dodger logo for me.

Horrendous customer service. I showed up on time for my appointment and waited an hour...no one bothered to say sorry for the wait or came over to check on me. When I saw they helped someone who came after me, I just got up and left. What’s the point of making an appointment if they are just going to make you wait? Very disappointed.

I have been patronizing this location for many years.i have had manicures and pedicures by most of the ladies that work here. Sophie, Emy, Jenny, Holly, Mai and Tina are amongst my favorites!! I have never been disappointed by the attention shown, the quality of their work and their willingness to remedy anything that has gone wrong between appointments! The salon is kept clean, and runs smoothly.

I am so disappointed that this place even calls its self a nail salon. The customer service is horrible not to mention they have a few nail polish colors to choose from that are all dried out. I could have done a better job at home.They rushed through the manicure and pedicure leaving my nails with dry skin and jagged. The paint job, well my 2 year old could have done a better job. I will never go here again and I recommended spending money at a nail salon that will take an extra minute to make sure you get what you pay for.

I love this place, my mom has been seeing Lucy at this shop for nearly 20 years. The staff is great, always friendly and welcoming. They do a very good job for a reasonable price.

Came in for a simple dip powder nail removal. The tech absolutely ruined my nails and my nails are now peeling and chipped. She took no care of my nails and drilled right past the powder and through my nails. And then I was charged $8 for the removal. Disappointed, as this is my only bad experience here after coming here for a long time.

An amazing salon!! Everyone is very nice and attentive. Great prices and service! Clean and friendly with lots of chairs so very little wait time for walk ins.

Fresh air outdoor pedicure very relaxing

Linelle is the best ever!! It took me 8 months after I moved to the east cost to find a good nail place. I finally found it!! Great professional and sweet people that really make you feel cared for.

Very friendly hard working staff, prices are affordable

I went there a week ago and left without getting my nails done. I tried to explain the lady over 3 times what I wanted, she said yes, shook her head and smiled but could not understand a word cause she does not speak English... She hurt my nail trying to get my acrylics off... I got scared... tipped her a few dollars to stop and ran out of there. Make sure that if you go there the person who is helping you out speaks English and understands what you want.

I have had my nails done by Jenny a few times now & I couldnt be happier. It is a little out of my way but is well worth it especially since access to the 22/605 freeways is only about 5 minutes.
