This is the first time I have got my nails done here and I was more than pleased with my experience. They went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. Kathy was able to do my nails EXACTLY how I envisioned them. And Vicky made sure I was happy with my pedicure, even going as far as redoing my gel toenails because I didnt like the color I chose. Exemplary customer service! I highly recommend.

Place is clean and professional. Parking on street and I got slot easy. Massage and deluxe spa is good. I was serviced by Hannah and she did a good job.

This is the second time that Tao (Cathy) has worked on my nails. I love that shes professional, meticulous, and quick. In addition to my nails, Tao fixed my eyebrows from a bad haircut. Although I live on Florida, I cant wait to come back.

Came in as a walk-in today. They saw me right away for a gel pedicure & full set. The ladies were very pleasant and friendly. The nail salon was clean and they kept the doors open to allow the air to circulate. The only downside was that the massage with the pedicure was very short. I was told I could pay more for a longer one but because of time I wouldn’t be able to that day. They had other precooked appointments coming in which I totally understand. I’m thinking about return and paying for just a foot massage. The pedicure chairs are super comfortable so I’m sure the comfy chair with a foot rub would be heaven!

This was a walk in mani/pedi for me in a different state and everything was wonderful! Kathy did my nails and they are on point! She took her time and helped me achieve just what I was looking for. Vicky did my pedicure & it was so relaxing. Both ladies were just so kind and welcoming. I highly recommend King Nails !

I enjoyed a relaxing gel manicure and deluxe pedicure after work and I didnt have any appointment. I came as a walk in. The ladies are very sweet and nice. They took their time and made me feel comfortable. I appreciate Holly and Hana services.

Pro: they saw me as soon as I came in the door, they were able to create an embellishment for my nailCon: I asked at the beginning before I sat down how much it was, the woman apparently in charge, Vicky told me $28. Then when I went to check out it was $35. Vicky kept saying she told me, I kept telling her she didnt. After five rounds of this I told her that we were never going to agree, and to stop raising her voice at me. She kept arguing. To her credit, eventually she said $28 was okay

The reason this place gets 1 star is because there were multiple things. First they dont listen to what you want they just do whatever they want. Second they quote you one price but then change it. So according to the prices listed for my services I should have been charged about $60. When its time for me to pay they say there is a fee for using a card which was not posted anywhere and then they turn around change me $100.00. I dont know why the hell there is a $40.00 service fee. And nothing was mentioned or placed anywhere for the customer to read. So this is why they get a negative review. Dont lie to your customers.

Staff were pleasant enough, but the actual manicure and pedicure I received were terrible quality. My nails are chipped and uneven one day later. The nail polish selection seemed very old and the polish was low quality. Unfortunately I will not be a return customer.

NA was the professional nail manicurist who took care of me and she was the most kindest and most hardworking woman I’ve seen. The people are very sweet and I loved the environment!

Staff was highly unprofessional, rushed through my pedicure. The polish on my toes was thick and lumpy. The price list thats on their website is outdated. Not worth going back. I DO NOT recommend.

Don’t even bother. Asked for an acrylic French tip, priced at Acrylic for $21 +$5 for the French... manicurist used natural tips and proceeded to try to work backwards by doing a sloppy gel French. Photos speak for themselves. Turned around and charged me $45. Not coming back, do not recommend.

Na is frickin hillarious she has a beautiful voice! Enjoyed there company. We were visiting from Salt Lake City UT We now know where to go to do our nails. Sarangh ae Unnis yah are thee BEST!

This quaint nail salon is located just a few steps from the Westin hotel and does a wonderful job on their mani pedis. The staff is warm and welcoming and do their best to provide a service to keep you coming back. Had a wonderful gel done and it lasted over two weeks, great color selection. I would definately recommend this salon. P.s. they also do great eyebrow waxing.
