The first and last time I went, one of the ladies was on the phone and wasn’t paying attention to how much acrylic she was putting on my nails. My sister told her respectfully “ ma’am the acrylics are thicker than they should be, would you mind redoing it?” At that point, she starts arguing with my sister, clips the nails which was highly painful, and threw us out and told us never to come back. I’ve never been more in pain, disrespected, or humiliated in my life until that day. It’s Nice to know that that behavior is considered professional.

They start feeling some type of way when you request a certain person to do your nails. They’ll make fun of you and crack jokes in their language and then they’ll all stare you down and laugh too so you just know they’re talking about you. I used to like to come here but their attitudes are far out of hand. This will forsure be my last time coming, period.

Don’t get your eyebrows don’t here !!! While doing my eyebrows the lady was looking everywhere except my eyebrows. I showed her a picture of what I wanted(they were thick brows ) and gave me the thinnest brows ever. Waxed off half my eyebrows, the front of my eyebrow (not the tail ) was waxed off . Eyebrows were 2 completely different shape not only that, they’re rude and the wait is so long, I used to get my nails done here now I won’t even give them service. Save your money and go somewhere else

The nail Solon was very good I loved the outcome of my nails the price was cheap and the married couple did a very good job her name was Vi )idk how to spell it) nd I think the other guys name was jack I recommend!!!!

Got my nails done today by Vi. She was great. My goal is 2 long from the tip. Ill have to be patient.

I usually come to this place and i come today to get my nails done and people were acting like as if i was rude and my money was too good to be taken. I asked nicely if i can use the rest room and they told me no. Then i spent 20 minutes looking for one. Then they told me deny of service because i said this experience reflects on their tip. I am a usual and i enjoy coming here until today.

So this review has been amended. Long wait but beautiful nails. Staff stayed well after closing time to finish with the clients. That waited for a long time. I recommend Michael. He was patient eveb though he was tired. He did not rush through my service.

Worse service ever cut me I had an appt and still had to wait over an hour and was told just painting my nails was $10 and after the job was done I was charged $30 aside from me taking my own nail polish will be reporting to BBB for bad business practices too

They refused to change my nail color or even work on me.....2 nails broke within a day but only on the tip since they made them to thin.I told them to nicely to fix it but they were mad that i said they broke because they were to thin. Theyre so rude.

I love love how Michael does my nails . He takes his time and is a perfectionist. There a little pricy on gel .My nails alone was 44 and toes were 35 alone . So yeah PRICY . If they were more sanitary I wouldn’t mind paying this amount for my mani and pedi . Other then them not being sanitary and pricy I come and get my nails done here all the time

If you want basic nails then this is the place. They dont use a plastic lining for their pedicure chair which is very unsanitary. Limited amount of gel colors and they dont carry Swarovski crystals for nails. Like I said if you like basic...this is the place.

Nancy does my nails and ann does eyebrows. They are very good. Sometimes a wait if its crowded. Otherwise go 1st thing in the am

The worst place I came in and waited behind a another waiting with her friend to get her nails done... The owner of the shop asked me what I wanted I stated I wanted a full set after a 45min wait the girl before me went up next So Im like cool Im next but nooooo her friend decided last minute she wanted her nails done.... NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN

This place is the most unprofessional and run down nail salon in the vicinity. The salon is trashy and unsanitary. A lady of Asian decent with brown Michael Kors boots gave me attitude after I nicely asked for her to do a design on my mother’s nails. The employees all have a nasty attitude and no sense of customer service. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not come here. This place deserves to be out of business. AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS.

Had to wait a hour and a half to get attended. The end result was good, liked the way my nails looked. Just really packed and rude employees.

Rude and racist! They tried to get me to pay before doing my eyebrows because I told them the lady who answered the phone hung up on me and was rude. They started speaking to each other in their language and told me to pay first. I asked why and she said you mean. And refused to give me service. These people are rude and disrespectful and racist. Do not give them your business. Inails on Pine is better. I usually go there but they were closed. Tina does my eyebrows, she is a kind person. Inails on Pine ave.

You get what you pay for. Id go here for a quick mani-pedi or something simple. Theres limited parking available and they get really busy. I would suggest going before 2 pm to beat the crowd.

I went here before and the guy that worked here (not sure if he still does) he keep hurting my finger and keep running over the same cut. Didnt even apologize. I asked for white nails and almond shape. He gave me some fat marshmellow looking nails. Never went here since then.

Ive tried many nail shops here in Long Beach since relocating two years ago. This nail shop is busy and wait time can get obnoxious BUT these are the best long lasting nails ever!! I get gel and havent regretted it since. They dig out my terrible ingrowns clean my nails great and always give me the best service! If you need services before an event its best to go in with TIME to spare!! Cash only. Bring extra cash if you wanna buy knock offs from street vendors. I wouldnt reccomend the lashes I trued it once and lost 80% of my natural lashes and have been getting them done since December at another location still have two bald spots but life goes on ;)

Please dont let other reviewers fool you! This place is beyond unprofessional! They are rude, discriminative, and unlicenses. They do not except cards, there prices that are not posted! They make prices depending on who you are! Horrible service!!!
