DO NOT GO HERE! They were nice however the person doing my nails messed up painting on my gel on my right thumb (third pic). Another thing the SECOND DAY MY RING NAIL BROKE! Idk what they use but it’s not it. It’s day 7 and I only have 7 nails and one of them hurts super bad to the point I’m scared I have infection . I’m so disappointed. I cut my right hands nails do I can start to remove them today. Paid 60$ for nothing.

I needed the color to be changed and it was already super late. I called them at 730? Ish. They close at 8 and still took me in. A few imperfections nothing major. Kind of pricey for being in the hood. The lady kept burning me on the edges as she was trying to rush. My fault for being a last minute customer. Would use them again if I am in a pinch.Cost was $22 for a gel nail color change.

I went to this salon to get a fill on my nails and did not receive what I asked for. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they did not let me know they did not do ombre. I asked for a shorter length and coffin style but the person told me no and said that was ugly. He refused to give me the shape and I had to choose something else. Even then I did not get the shape I asked for or the nail color. I was not happy

I had an excellent experience. I was warmly greeted by May. This was my first time coming here but I couldnt resist the prices where it is on the window. I had my feet and eyebrows done by Ret she was wonderful just kind of wish the massage was more than 2 mins on each leg as I had hip surgery in September but it was good. I had my nails done by Tee Tee she is great, she takes her time and is very beautiful for 67 years young. As she says a great diet and exercise brings joy and I see that with her. I will be going back. They are making changes as they had old nail designs up that they do not do any longer stated they are for decoration, I see they are trying. I paid $5 for eyebrows, $50 for a gel manicure and pedicure with my fill. That was good as my nails are long. I recommend them. They are good, I felt comfortable.😉😁

The nails were nice, but were DIFFICULT and PAINFUL to remove. One of my fingers, it took 2 hours of me trying to remove one nail because it HURTS. And its BLEEDING

If I could give negative stars I would!!!! I didn’t even leave a tip which I’m highly against not tipping.I had to ask her for a file to even them out and yet still they look uneven and rough.

Poor quality and they dont do designs or anything special, gel nails will break within a week, they dont have many colors to choose from, they dont understand English!

The weird old lady rushed my nail job once another customer came in, I assume she does the eyebrows too cause that’s why the customer needed. She left gel sloppy and thick all over my nails and SKIN

First and last. She rushed once they had another customer and my simple gel color change came out sloppy, too thick, and the shape horrible. I told her and she played dumb. And I got the feeling she made up the price?

The nail technician was very rude when I ask for clear product on my nails she said “go back to your old place we don’t have clear” I ask what color is this in the small cup, she said “don’t know this the only color we have, go back to your old place your nail looks yellow” try to explain I use clear because I am a artist my nail change color....she wasn’t hearing any of this, she got up from her chair and said again very rude “go back to your old place” I had been a manicurist for many years and never witnessed this kind of talk to a new client.She said she didn’t even know what kind of product they used which is a very bad sign, very, very bad signAlways treat new, old, any client great so they can spread the word how excellent your place od business is.

Went to get a pedicure, and the lady was doing a different client before me. She used the same tools, and towels she used on her, on me and did not sanitize them at all. I was so mortified. I wanted to just ask her to please stop. But felt obligated since I had already st down. My boyfriend went right after me, and again used the same tools. She did not even try to disinfect them at all! She also yanked out the sides of our nails, thinking we had ingrown toenails and we didnt, they were left bloody and in pain. We are hoping we dont get some sort of infection or fungus due to the lack of cleanliness. Never going again!

Been coming here for a while now, great service always friendly and clean and the nails are awesome, only thing I would suggest is they get different types of polish besides gel .. like chrome and dip .

My mother and I went in to get pedicures. They can clean decently but paint jobs are bad. The designs looked messy and they covered it up with diamonds to act like it never happened. Then they expect you to pay full price. I do not recommend this.

I go there exclusively to get my nails done. I have tried several other places throughout the years and nowhere else beats the price and cleanliness of this place. They are nice if you try to talk to them and dont make you feel like they are talking about you right in front of you. Ask for May

Been coming here for years however yesterday i received thee worst service ever. I asked for a medi gel and the lady started my nails then she go over to help one of her employees and leave me sitting there for 20min and never said anything to me. So she thought she was gonna come back in finish my nails after a 20min wait with no apology she never went over to wash her hands. On top of that i got a rush pedi polish is peeled already. I WILL NOT BE BACK

Waited an hour just to be seen . Since it was 30 minutes from closing by that time they did a half assed super disheartening job. I usually am not a person who complains but the people who work here need to either retire or hire efficient staff. A fill goes for about $15 yet she tried to charge me $22. She then lowered it to $20 once I said something. Also the lady kicked me out once she was finished without letting them dry because they were closing. Needless to say I will never come here again.

I went yesterday to get acrylics done. It was an hour before closing. The workers were rude told me the could do the acrylics but they were busy. When I asked if they could do them today she rolled her eyes and said no. Honestly I am not coming back here. If they dont want my money Im not going to beg them to take it. Btw there was nobody else waiting and there were 3 of them.

Now I see why they have only 2.9 stars. I asked a woman on the phone how much for a fill, she says I need to come into the store to determine how much I need to pay for a fill. I ask her what’s the most they would charge someone for a fill, she says “ok, bye.”

Dont ever go here worse ever. he did my nails messed up and i ask them to be redone he said ill have to pay more smh

I got a mani/pedi on Monday and now I’m missing work because I got an infection on my big toe. Will most likely lose my toe nail. They don’t clean their tools. I don’t usually write reviews but just don’t want this to happen to anyone else.

I wish I can give them zero stars instead of one. They are so rude here I came for manicure and pedicure and the lady refuse to give me a manicure. I will never be coming here again

Terrible! Nail tech held a conversation with other nail tech: yelling the entire time he did my nails - so of course EVERYONE else followed suit & it was loud... SLOPPY, sloppy JOB by the time he was done & I tipped DESPITE because I dont like to be that person - only to get home and have HALF the gel PEEL OFF! *because of the sloppy job & less than quality polish usedNEVER going back, NOTHING spa about this place

Just left.. Apperently Thi Thi didt know how to remove jel nail polish. Instead of soaking the nails in polish remover ..... In the process of removing the polish with some type of utencil she tore my toe nail. Instead of her apologizing. She had the nerve to tell me my nail was already broken. Best believe i will be calling Sacremento and the Health Dept on Tuesday

Had proplems with french tip acrylics getting water damage after only 1 1/2 weeks I am a stay at home mom and my hands are not in water a lot they shouldnt be any reason why this should have been happening to my acrylics.This is now my 3erd bad experience with this place 2 times with the acrylics and another time with a spa shave a got done where the lady was rude and disrespecting and lied about the spa pedicure I DONT REOMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. Was promised, buy one of the owners name the bill to redo my acrylics an I go in there and then he says he never said that yet I have time date name information and was yelled at and treated with a lot of disrespect I will never come back to this place as long as I live.
