At first I thought they needed to be more friendlier upbeat outgoing etc customer service seemed so low but over all Loana I think did my nails really nice I enjoyed not having to coach her. Nancy did an awesome pedicure really sweet lady. Maybe need some nice relaxing music could make it a little better too despite the flaws I’m glad that the outcome of my nails still turned out perfect. Thanks ladies happy holidays xoxo

The shop does not open at 9am. The owner arrived 15 mints late didnt apologize for delay. Asked me what I needed done and told me the girls are coming 45 mints late. I left and went somewhere else. Bad customer service never going there again!

These nail techs are THE RUDEST people Ive ever come across! Ive come here 3 times, each time hoping it would be different and thinking maybe they were just having a bad day? NOPE! Every single time they had attitudes and were very sarcastic and rude when I nicely explained what I wanted done. If you even questioned something the attitude was high!! They literally snicker and make fun of you to their co workers right in front of you!! Laughing and rolling their eyes! I promised myself I WOULD NEVER come back to this horrible place. A BIT OF ADVICE FOR THE NAIL TECHS WHO WORK HERE: IF YOURE SO MISERABLE doing this for a living GO BACK TO SCHOOL and get a better job dont take it out on your customers especially the ones who are nice and still tip even with your awful attitudes!

Worst nail salon ever! filthy tools, now my whole big toe is infected because of this! a lady took out my ingrown toe nail and it started itching immediately!! now have to go to the ER because my toe is swollen,red, and infected!! THANKS A LOT YOU DIRTY NAIL TECHS!!!!!
