Love. Love. Love this place. I just started getting into doing my nails maybe about a year ago? I’ve tried out maybe 6 different places. This is the only place I’ve been to where I have never been disappointment. They love what they do here. They’re truly nail artists. I’ve asked for some complicated free hands and they have delivered. Will always come to this place.

Appointments highly recommend, walk ins welcome on a slow day. Great service and quality. Very affordable pieces.

I used to love this place until I found out they use MMA monomer(illegal/banned by the FDA/used in some concrete mixtures) for their acrylic sets and are not honest about it. Please do your research. You should also never go to a nail salon that opts to “pop” your nails off instead of soaking them, but this now makes sense seeing as though they use a chemical that is potentially impossible to soak off and they are clearly aware of that.

My First visit and Evelyn was great. Actually she’s very interesting, you should ask her about her second life.She did a great job on my nails. She explained all my options and made sure I was satisfied before she went onto the next step. I also love how she’d explain each procedure and educated me on things I didn’t think about. Also she started on my nails around 8, and finished around 9:30, mind you they close at 7:00, that’s dedication!

Really diappointed with these nails, heard so many good things about this place and the people were nice and so was the environment, but this ruined it i wont be going back but goodluck to the rest of yall, p.s who knows how to get gel off at home and whats another good nails salon?

I’ve been to this place a few times now, and every time has been so wonderful! They’re usually always busy (which is a good sign), but they always try and fit you in in a timely manner. I’ve received everything from gel nails to acrylics, and every time they come out phenomenal. I think her name is Lena? (Sorry if I didn’t get that right) but she usually does my nails and takes such attention to detail and care on my nails, if you’re reading this, You’re awesome! My husband has also come with me to get pedicures and treatment and foot scrubs, he loves it! Great atmosphere everyone is so nice. Definitely the spot in Long Beach to get your nails done💫💖

Love this place but today I when to get a pedicure it suck because the lady that usually does my pedicure was busy so some other older lady did it I didn’t like it I never like her to do mines this was the second time I thought she was going to do better but it was worse 🤬

This is the local business that we cant afford to lose! I am super duper picky - my nails need the pro treatment & I know what I want & super kind when I make my requests known...she did everything I asked. Perfectly. Thank goodness I found Queens Nails....... Also I enjoyed being able to think instead of listening to someone else go on and on and on and on about whatever random thoughts they are having... Selfish maybe but true! Time & money spent here is a wise choice!

Walked in here looking for a new nail spot as another spot in the downtown area did a terrible job and I had to get their work fixed. So glad I came here! I really appreciate he attention to detail, from the cleaning to applying the polish. My nails look great and I’m really happy with the work they’ve done. The lady who worked on my nails also had very gentle hands so it was overall a pleasant experience.

Shop was nicely remodel. Came in for pedicure and they provided a great service. No waiting on walk-in and all the staff are really friendly. Great pedicure and the massage chair was really comfortable with a reasonable price list. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to get their nail done.

Needed a fill and the price was right! Lena was so sweet and understanding she made my nails beautiful! Also had my eyebrows done by Lena! I live in Palm Spring my visiting Long Beach for Valentines weekend! I will be definitely coming back to Queens Nails to have Lena do my nails again!

I came with my mother to get myself a pedi and her a fill-in. They did great for both of us, theres a girl there who knows how to do designs. The only issue is that the guy who did my pedi did rushed work and they made my mother slightly overpay for a simple fill.Overall not bad, might go again.

QN had the best price for nail care in DT LBC.They have increased but I love Lena and getting my dip. She is so funny. Cracks me up, how she watches my nail growth and is amazed.

I was recommended here by a friend so I went especially because it was so convenient literally two blocks from my home, you think because its downtown long beach they would provide outstanding work especially for the prices, Im surprised they didnt charge me for sneezing, I got a full set and literally 5 days, theyre just popping off, best way I could explain is basically like the stickys from a CVS or something, I went back she did fix two nails, but did me no good because the rest just came off, I would never return.

Nice little place, all the ladies are super sweet and do an amazing job.

The ladies do a good job on my nails and pedicures but they dont have any worthy designs. I am a lady who loves designs but am not into the average and out dated lil flowers they do. Someone needs to go back for a refreshed course in nail designs. This is why I only use them when I cant get to my regular spot.

Usually great service, waited 1 n 1/2 hours until my polish change was done. And was waiting for a full, they took walk in over me.

Got a pedicure and a full set and she did so good. I had a sunburn on my legs and she put aloe Vera on them free of charge with my pedicure. Very good costumer service and quality nails with very good prices.

Small shop, friendly. Inexpensive, service good. Needed mani/pedi from out of state.

This nail shop was the only one I could find open on the 4th of July. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I didnt have to wait long at all. Maybe 10 minutes, if that. MiMi made homemade eggrolls and gave them to everyone in the shop. It was a really good experience for it being my first time there.

Very friendly staff.. but the lady who did the wax.. didnt have a clue!! I have been getting bikini waxes for 20 years.. and this was by far the worst one ever.. She pulled the wax off too slow.. OUCH! then the hairs she missed she tweezered out.. but kept catching the skin.. so lots of little bruises.. I had the wax over 26 hours ago and it still hurts..If I wasnt so British, Id be back in the shop complaining..But instead I tell you all to get waxed here only if youre into S&M!
