DONT GO HERE!!! There is a nail salon right next door with better service.After spending about $100 in the shop for gel manicure on acrylic nails and a regular pedicure, I ended up having to go back 3 times in one week because the nails kept breaking. Each time I was charged despite after leaving a $15 tip and being very inconvenienced. The last time I went I asked what could be done to prevent breakage and she told me to take the nails off, get them re-done and she would do them thicker. Normally I wouldn’t mind but my nails had only been on a week. I felt like they were just trying to get the most money they could. So I asked her to just remove the acrylic nails and she angrily ripped them off.

At first I was a bit skeptical about getting my nails done because I never cheat on my nail lady in New York but my nails couldn’t hold on any longer. I’m so amazed by the work that was done on my nails! Honestly this dipping powder gel + nail art came out beyond what I expected and I look forward to coming back. Thank you so much! ❤️

I absolutely love this place. The pedicure was exactly what I needed. Anna did an amazing job on my ombré nails. She was so sweet the entire time and very patient with me (im super picky). This is hands down the best manicure I’ve gotten. 5 stars, will be coming back for sure!!!

Truly terrible experience! I got a mani, pedi here yesterday. I was hoping for a relaxing treatment, but I left feeling annoyed. The nail techs gossiped in a different language the whole time, laughing loudly. I assume they were gossiping about me because they kept pointing to my hair and feet and laughing. I felt very uncomfortable. As the other review states, there are 3 other nail salons on the same block, so go elsewhere. This place providers a horrible customer service experience.

These guys are awesuumm I swear!Whenever Ive had to get my nails done like...YESTERDAYY??! (Haha!) Anna and her sweet staff have never let me down. Whew!

They have partitions and they wore masks and gloves. They also kept the door open which is great. However, one practitioner allowed her mask to sit below her nose which is not appropriate. Service was well worth the price.

Great quality! The atmosphere there is super chill, a lot of regulars, which as a first timer, made me feel safe with my choice. I got to sit in the massage chair all through my mani-pedi, which was exactly what I needed after a long day on feet. Despite the lack of English this lovely Asian lady gave me great service and made sure we are understanding each other to get the best results. I enjoyed my experience 100%! The prices for what you get are low, so I highly recommend! Although, I would suggest you make an appointment cause while I was there quite a lot of ladies were left waiting, but none of them left unsatisfied. 10/10 👌🏼

Absolutely love my nails! Cant wait for everything to open back up again because they do such a great job. I showed her a picture for 1 second and she knew exactly what to do. Highly recommend this place!

If i could give them Zero Stars i would.. unprofessional not attention to detail overpriced and they cut me and ga e me an infection on my toe please dont come here

I received a manicure with the dip powder and the proxy used are of extremely poor quality within 24hrs my nails started TJ chip and 3 popped!!! Yes popped off as if they were press on, very upsetting definitely will not be going back :(

The customer service at Natural Nail Spa @ Belmont is indeed EXCELLENT! The staff go over and beyond to ensure customers are super satisfied. John is an awesome creative thinker who makes magic happen. As master at his craft, his delivery is outstanding! Helen style is also very much the same! Love her! Before I came in I called a spoke to John! From the very beginning of my conversation I liked him. He made me laugh and he was very friendly. I was calling from outside incase I needed an appointment. They got me right in! Emily did my pedicure plus 15 min foot massage and what a great job! She has strong hands! My toe polish was perfect! John came over and started my manicureHe is very skilled with all techniques of polish. I just got a regular manicure, but I would trust him to do other types. Maybe next time!Anna did the finger nail polish and it was perfect They also use many natural products! I loved the sugar scrub on my feet! I feel super happy and i will come back for sure. Prices are fair and I was happy to tip! ;)

I love this place. John did an amazing job on my nails and is very knowledgeable. I came here for dip powder and he ensured I was satisfied with the final result. The establishment is very clean and organized and the staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Very clean and nicely decorated. I went at 1 pm on a Tuesday and only waited 5 minutes. I had Anna who did a beautiful job on my nails. She was also extremely sweet and made me feel very welcomed. This is definitely my new nail spot!!! Great deals too.

Wow. Really terrible nail job here, folks. I was here over an hour and had to have my nails redone. Ultimately left with them unfinished. Not the best.The salon is clean and looks nice though.

I had a terrible experience with waxing here. The person did not know how to do it. Was reusing strips too many times, left patches undone until reminded, awfully slow and unable to speak English therefore communication was absolutely frustrating. To top it all after clarifying the charge in the beginning, overcharged on the bill!! I have come here before and it was an ok experience so I came back but this was a disastrous experience.

This place is so beautiful! Nice and cool inside today (its hot outside btw)I got the Royal manicure and pedicure combination. Includes a massage, spa pedicure, parrafin wax, natural lavender sugar scrub ECT ECT... It was AMAZING!My nails came out so pretty and clean! They are so incredibly friendly! I cant wait to come back again!
