I went here back in June to get a so called full set and “pedicure” before I headed off to my birthday trip to Vegas & when I say these were the worst nails I had EVER gotten done in my life! I have worn nails for over 15 years and these were simply terrible. My acrylic was so sloppy, so uneven, & thin. My cuticles were basically not even touched. The white paint I got on both hands & feet was completely a mess, very cheap polish! I did not have time to go anywhere else & was extremely disappointed. The very next day both index fingers broke in the same exact spot. By the time I got back from my trip of only 5 days I had maybe 2 nails remaining. It looked as if I had been in a fight! My feet were half done with a bunch of dry skin left on my heels and the polish job was just awful. I did not catch the nail techs name but she needs to stop doing people’s nails immediately, I paid $70 & felt completely ripped off & upset. I would not recommend.

I hate to put down a local business but I feel compelled to say that this one is not doing it’s duty in the aesthetics industry. This place is grimy- not a relaxing environment. The nail tech was nice enough but the environment trumps everything. Every salon and restaurant had ample opportunity in the past year to deep clean their establishments. The chairs, desks, gel lights, gel color samples, acrylic sneeze guards EVERYTHING has a drippy or greasy appearance. Not a good look in a pandemic. The carpet is dingy and stained and the towels they use are for auto detailing and not meant for the skin. Make an appointment at the place near ArtX- that’s where I’ll be next time.

Place is not well kept. Instruments are dirty and service is poor. I had to ask for lotion. I accidentally chipped a nail and the lady said I should have gotten gel. I did not get gel because the gel box was disgusting and old.She then asked for a tip, which I still gave. Will not be coming back.

The workers were very nice. My feet and hands feel good. I appreciated how careful the lady was with my feet since one of my ankles is injured. I will be coming back here again.

Really had a great experience here. Everyone is friendly. Mai did a wonderful job and they reasonably priced. Will be going back.

Really clean place with moderate amount of people. They honor appointments. My nails came out great but didnt really last a week.

Tracey was friendly and a beauty talent. I love my nails and n. polish is perfectly applied. Gel nails last longer at work (I often must wash my hands before working on my clients) and their length is perfect! Very satisfied customer. 🦋

The staff here is everything! Very friendly and always make sure to do my nails the way I want. Willie does amazing acrylics. Not overpriced, and they have spa chairs for pedicures. 10/10 would recommend.

I adore all the folks here. Great customer service and they are really fast. Holly, Julie, Kim, Liz, May, Willy and Ann....all are fantastic and work hard to make sure my mom and I like our nails before we leave. Billy is the owner and treats us like family. Billy does not do nails. Its like being at a spa when both hands and nails are done at the same time.

I love this place. I have been going here since I was in 5th grade with my mom and now Im a Junior in High School! Willy is my nail artist, but the guy who is always at the front counter did my moms nails for her wedding. Theyve always done a great job!

You live ......you learn but never again will I return to this shop again.Came in to have my gel nail polish color changed on my hands & feet w/design. No fill or pedicure.....:it was done somewhere else just 7 days earlier on 6/22/2018.Well, my total was $37 freaking dollars!!!!!!Come on now...... I paid & their breakdown of prices was unheard & ridiculous.I’m still looking for a new nail shop 😡🤬

I love this nail place... the ladies are very nice, the man is a bit grumpy, but he doesn’t work on the nails.

They are big on appointments. So make sure you make one before you go.

This place has the most precise nail technicians.

Came in monday at 130pm. I was in a chair immediately, MAY was done with full set gel by 2:05. Super fast, thorough and knew exactly what I wanted. Im so pleased by this shop, definetly coming backTotal was $34.

I have been coming to glamorous nails for about 5+ years and only because I really like the way Willy does my nails everything else about this place is horrible. This last straw was when I called early in the day to schedule an appointment with Willy and scheduled it at 5pm, I was stuck in traffic so I knew I would not make the 5pm time frame so I called two hours ahead to let him know that I needed to make the appointment later and he said six would be fine. I got to the nail salon around 5:45pm and Willy had just taken a new client. The owner who is a complete and utter idiot says to me youre the six oclock right I said yes and he said ok he will be finished in 15 minutes. I looked at him and said no hes not because he just started and the girl was getting a bran new set! I was so upset...whats the point of scheduling am appointment?? The worst part about this place its the clueless owner who runs the place. He doesnt care about his loyal customers only about sqeezing as many people as he can in! Take my advice dont come here...

Bad service, and rude manager will not be going back there again. I was waiting four about forty minutes then they tell the person I want to do my nails will not be able to do them because another person came in after me that had missed there appointment earlier. Manager told me to do my nails with another person and I said no so he got mad and in a rude manner told me next time to call to make an appointment so I dont have problems.

No good. Dirty place they charge extra for something it need to be included. Poor place
