First time coming here and glad I found this place! Tracy is so friendly! She’s quick and gentle! paired with mimosas and snacks while being serviced, I don’t think I could’ve found a more perfect nail salon! Definitely Look forward to going back soon!

The customer service was nice! I showed the nail tech a picture of what I wanted. It had sparkles on multiple nails on each hand and she only did the sparkles on my pinkies. I could have said something but by the time I realized she wasnt doing the other nails with sparkles it was a little too late in my opinion. I still loved the outcome, Ive never done anything but basic gel polish so the dip powder and sparkles was new for me but theyre so pretty! I definitely think Ill be back. The first pic is a pic of my nails and the second pic is the pic I showed the nail tech. I also requested she didnt make them too thin of a coffin and I love the shape she did its exactly what I wanted.

I went to get my nails taken off and a new set and the nail tech ripped my nails off and made them bleed. I was so angry I wanted to slap her. They do not remove nails properly and cause needles pain wish I could give no stars

They did such a good job! They offered a menu of cocktails. Which is complimentory with your apt. The salon is beautiful, a bit pricey but totally worth it!

I got my nails done here once and they looked nice and they’re right across the street from me so the perfect location I was excited to start going to them all the time. My first time I made an appointment and came in right on time and they had me wait for 15 min but I was like oh they’re backed up no problem. I went back for my 2nd appointment and called ahead for an appointment and specifically asked if they’d be able to get me right at the time and they swore they could so I went in at the appointment time and they told it would be 30-40 minutes. I don’t know the point of appointments if they’re doing only walk ins. Definitely will not go to this place again as it’s very unprofessional to not honor an appointment and make someone wait 40 minutes. There are so many nice nail salons around this one. Choose one of those instead and save some time!

Last week 6/17/21 I had an appointment with Chloe and Kin and I received the absolute worst customer service from Chloe. It was extremely disappointing how rude she was. I was especially surprised because she did my gel manicure every two weeks faithfully and I couldn’t believe how she spoke to me this visit she was so unprofessional. Chloe knows whatever gel color I get on my hands must have the matching regular polish to match my toes. This has never been an issue because the sets always have both gel and regular polish that match one another. Today was different. Chloe painted my nails first and when it was time for Kin to paint my toes, she noticed that the colors were way off and for some reason did not match each other at all. I could not understand why Chloe would not tell me in the beginning that it wasn’t a matching set so that I could simply choose another color. Chloe threw the colors at me asking me to pick another color for my toes since it didn’t match. I let Chloe know I want the same color I have on my hands to be on my toes and that this was not my problem, and that she should look for a similar color to match. Her exact words to me was “IT IS NOT MY PROBLEM EITHER!” I could not believe what I was hearing. Kin (the nice lady doing my toes) proceeded to look for a color to match herself and found something similar that I settled for. Kin did the right thing by apologizing and letting me know in the future she would check the color in the beginning to make sure it matched and would let me see it. After that I was not as frustrated by the situation and continued on with my pedicure, but Chloe decided to let me know that if I want matching colors, then in the future I should bring my own polish! I looked at Chloe in disbelief and said that is your solution? I said Chloe “You don’t think you should’ve just let me know in the beginning so that all this could be avoided and I could’ve picked a different color?” She said “It’s not my fault.” And gave me this dumb blank stare as if she couldn’t comprehend the real issue here. At this point Chloe still was supposed to lotion and massage my hands but I was so disgusted in her attitude I let her know I was done with her for the day and that I have never in my life had such terrible customer service. There was literally zero customer service on Chloe end. She could care less that she had an unsatisfied loyal customer. Not one time did she apologize. Kin felt so bad she kept apologizing but she was not the problem, Chloe was. Who taught her customer service? Clearly no one! I tried to speak to a manager but guess what? No manager on site and owner wasn’t there. I asked the woman at the front desk when the owner would be in and she started to tell me Tuesday (which is the day they are closed) and then changed it to Monday. I called Monday to speak with Virginia the owner but was told she didn’t come in afterall. I tried calling Wednesday and someone picked up and hung up on me. At this point I am thinking they are screening their calls. I’ve called many times for an appointment so I’m pretty sure they knew it was me. I called a second time it rang multiple times before someone picked up with an attitude. It didn’t even seem like I was calling a business because there was no greeting at all. Just a “hello!” with an attitude. I asked to speak to the owner and was rudely told “SHE NOT HERE AND WE DON’T KNOW WHEN SHE WILL BE!” At this point I decided ok I am no longer coming to this salon and will write a review. I tried to speak to the owner so she could be aware of the lack of professionalism but since there is clearly no one in charge there I gave up and decided to write a review explaining my experience.

If I could give this place a zero I would. Waited over an hour to be worked on even with an appt made. Customer service was low. I would show them examples of what I want and they would say I cannot do that. I asked for rhinestones and the lady said no its too much money. Like really.... I was charged $48.00 for this bad job.

This place is alright. The staff has some attitude and is quick to offer excuses when something doesn’t look right. Having gone there multiple times,I’ve learned to be on the lookout just to make sure the manicure actually looks the way I want.

Generally nice staff but I’ve had several problems here and the overall quality isn’t great.I got a nasty chemical burn on the side of my foot from a treatment during a pedicure and now have a scar from that.I gave them another chance after that and on my most recent visit the nail technician kept slicing my cuticles with the side of the nail file, even after I told her that it hurt. I also asked for rounded nails and she filed them mostly square but very inconsistent in shape. I now have nice cuts on my cuticles that will take days to heal.I’ve given them enough chances and won’t be coming back.

Rose did my pedicure!! 💖 This is my first pedicure since Nov. 2019. She really had her work cut out for her!! She even broke a sweat working on my calluses. They were really bad! This isnt my first time here, and Ill definitely be back. Theyre my favorite nail salon!! 🤗😊

As a first time customer:Very pleased wroth the service fromsetting the appointment over the phone, to Mia providing a thorough & relaxing pedicure. Ann is a true pro, my nails arent the easiest to treat or design but Im more than satisfied with the outcome.Safety precautions were met and I was services within 1 hour total. Full set, medium length gel acrylic with gel pedicure( hot stones, salt scrub, 10 min massage) only$95.Ill update in 2 weeks on the durability & color retention. For now Ann & Mia will be my special requests technicians.

I’m am so upset! I was in this salon for 4 hours! I went in originally only wanted my broken nail fixed but she said they are closing tomorrow so I should do a fill so I thought good idea. I had ombré nails and the lady told me no problem she can change the color of the ombré nails, that she would do whatever I wanted. Half way through she told me she would have to take off the nails in order to change the colors but she could still do what I wanted, when she was finished it looked nothing like what I had just had come to salon with on my hands and asked her to take it off and have the lady do my nails how she did last time (aka the ombré I had come in with today) so she is doing my nails and she didn’t do ombré at all. My nails are a solid blue color. She also made a comment that “I know you’re not happy” as a person who works customer service, if you know your customer is not happy you fix the problem! At this point I am just completely fed up and just didn’t say anything and going to call it a wash. She then said “come back in 2-3 weeks and we will do new set” ummmm didn’t you just tell me you had to close? Which is why I opted for a fill Instead of just getting my nail fixed. To make matters worse they charged me for 2 nail sets. One the lady messed up on originally claiming she could change the ombré color for me and for this set I walked out the door with which STILL isn’t what I asked for!!!!!! So $104 wasted! You should have only charged me for one since your employee falsely claimed she could change colors. I didn’t want to make a scene so I didn’t say anything at check out! I always tip very well 20-22% every visit cause like I said I am in customer service as well! I WILL ABSOLUTELY NOT BE BACK for your terrible customer service!

Not sure if it was just my lady or if $36 for a basic mani-pedi is just that, BASIC. Meh.

This shop is aesthetically beautiful, its clean and welcoming. The staff are friendly and create a relaxing experience. That being said, this has to be the laziest nail shop, myself and two others, have ever experienced. Three of us with three different nail technicians, yet we all received the same poor quality of work.Un-even, off shaped nails, clumpy,bubble filled polish. Neither of us received filing, buffering, no cuticle oil, cleaning of any part of the nail, and we all were cut. During the process we did ask for things to be corrected, it was made worse. After so many times of asking for corrections, they began to charge. So $57+tip each, and we all have a set of nails that look like we did ourselves with a Sallys, DIY nail kit.🤣 This shop is nothing more than a glorified nail school. Dont waste your money, these technicians are lazy and dont care.

Best manicure and pedicure I’ve ever had. The place is no clean, super cute and has an incredible environment. They serve you a drink of your choice and a snack while you get your nails done. The staff is incredibly nice and super accommodating! My pedicurist and manicurist did an amazing job! My nail dip powder looks amazing and natural! So happy with this experience ✨💅

Loved this place, my first time experience was wonderful I highly recommend this place. I had my 4 yr old with me and they not only took care of me they took great care of her too served her free juice and chips and made her comfortable I tried to tip the lady who helped my daughter and she refused to take my money, really just overall good people working there. My gel full set looked amazing and still does Ive had it over a month still nothing broken or chipped Im going back tomorrow for a touch up. I recommend this spot to all my family and friends and the ones who have gone are grateful I told them about it.

They are really nice and polite, they give you snack and drinks... Very nice job, this place became my favorite, I dont go somewhere else I just go here. Really recommend. I usually spend 28 dollars on a Gel manicure including tip, prices are not that bad but I think overall worth it. I dont know the quality of work for the full set of nails, I never get them, but for the gel manicure it was good

Great service! The people are very friendly and my french manicure looks great! They give you a complimentary beverage (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) and a snack. Prices are competitive. I will definitely go back.

First time coming to this nail salon and its very nice and super clean. I love their spa chairs & service was great. They give you a complimentary beverage and snack. Helen did my acrylic nails and she did an amazing job!! I really love how she took her time and made sure they came out perfect. There is plenty of parking. This place was worth my 48 minute drive. It was pretty nice overall. The only thing was I asked for the royal package which included a 20 minute massage, but the one I was given barely lasted 12 minutes. I mentioned my confusion and was given five more minutes. Close enough I guess.The friend I went with really enjoyed their pedicure, so experiences can vary.The drink that was included was a pleasant treat.Pay with cash for a 5% discount.

If I could give an big day 0 I would. Took my daughter there for pedicure. Not only did we have to wait over an hour but once we said we want regular polish not gel and we have simple design. This lady became angry. Started walking around for a couple of minutes and tried to sell more things than asked for. I dont think I have ever treated so badly

Just got a mani and pedi and they were amazing. Very nice and worked on my immediately even as a walk in (I was there Monday morning so I imagine theres a wait when its busier). My only negative would be the hand massage might have been too long but I dont think thats anything to complain about.

Today was my first time going here and once I walked through the door the looks I got were so disgusting (no exaggeration). I felt unwelcome by two of the workers in particular.After an hour of waiting I finally got my nails done. I got a full set and wanted smoky ombré tips. The lady had to restart multiple times before she got the hang of it. My nails look nice but they kinda didn’t do it exactly how I wanted. They didn’t even cut my cuticles either. Anyway once my nails were done the lady who did them just left and then another lady put the oil on my finger tips and once she was done she didn’t even look at me and mumbled “done”and left. No one informed me how much it was going to be or anything. I then waited at the cash register to pay until someone came. I was hoping this would be my go to nail salon, but sadly I will not come back here.

Horrible customer service I never seen a Vietnamese woman soo loud and ghetto, they overcharged me for my nails. Ive been going here for a couple of months, I didnt have an issue until now. Its hard finding a nail shop that youll get your money worths and people dont judge you at the door. I dont know if this guy was new or part time(not putting his name out) but he tried to rush my medi and pedi. I kept telling him dont rush, let the timer completely run out for my gel manicure. After a week of polish I have never seen my nails like this after gel. I spend too much $$ for this outcome. Very disappointed...

The problems are that she decided she knew which color was best for me and argued about it after multiple times of me telling her what I wanted.
