Sooo I’m glad i decided that places have bad days and clearly some of the reviews look to either have been bad days or just busy days. I didn’t experience or witness any yelling or rudeness on part of any of the staff or owner who was there. The services were good and i liked the finish product. They are busy(like most nail shops on a Friday) but i honestly went in on my lunch break, and was seated within 5 mins of arriving. My gel nails were done in 45 mins and they came out super cute. Kevin was great and super chill. I will probably go back however next time i will make an appointment** update: i got my nails done Friday afternoon and by Tuesday they were chipped. Slightly disappointing.

Got charged over fifty dollars for a gel acrylic set with a simple design that took less than two minutes to do. the acrylic nails i got done there are uneven and some of them are shorter than others. don’t recommend going there as one of the male employees also tried to persuade my dad i got a massage (which i didn’t) to explain for such the high price when it was completely different on the menu of prices right from their front desk. i wish i knew going in there how the service was going to be but sadly i didn’t which is why im warning you all. won’t be going back. go to lovely nails and spa tho they are great :)

Great place. Very clean and not to pricey love the lady there. She did my nails calmly and took her time with me. She took her time finding the right color for meThank you guys,For my nails.

This shop is getting too busy I think. They usually do a good job but Ive been here a few times and its hit and miss whether you get in right away or not. Even with an appointment theyve left me waiting for 20 minutes. But they still get 4 stars because they have a number of really talented nail artists so if you want something unusual like a design or patterns, this place is good.

If you have/know the go-to techs here, its an amazing place to be. But if they place you with the wrong techs, then itll be a hit or a miss on your experience here. Wish the experience was more consistent with ANYBODY here. Thats the only thing holding me back from giving 5 stars.

I went with my sister and we LOVED our experience here. Im always skeptical when trying new nail salons. But this placeas has a lot of spaces so basically no wait! The people who work there are great with wonderful customer service and of course our nails looked great as well.

I have been coming here with Sandy. She does a good job but unfortunately had a bad experience with the owner Victoria. She tried charging me more. Sandy gave me a price and when I am about to pay Victoria charges me $10 more. I questioned why and she says because of the nail shape and I tell her I have always come and never had a problem with the price and she rudely says I am the Owner, I know. Sandy didnt charge you right and if I change the price the rest of the customers are going to see. At that point I ask Sandy about the price charge difference and her and Victoria start speaking in their language and Victoria apologize and says I thought it was gel. So she lied to me, she said because of the nail shape. She didnt even tried to get me a discount for the inconvenience or something for the next time I would come. Sorry Sandy but Victoria doesnt care about her business, she made me go through an inconvenience and was rude to me when I questioned why the $10 difference.

I frequent this location on a regular basis. I always have positive & pleasant experiences here. They are very accommodating & professional. My nails & toes always turn out spot on.

They opened at 9am yet no one was there. I waited 15 minutes until someone showed up. I was totally annoyed. The girl who finally did my nails was very sweet and polite.

Im loving it so far.Tiffany and Nicki are my girls. Im completely relaxed and feel beyond pampered. They are so efficient and clean and detailed. Im coming here again and again.

Rude, rude, rude....did I say rude? I went twice, trying to convince myself I was being too hard on them. NOT!! I really dislike not speaking English, not attempting to have a conversation with your client. MEIt is also not clean, brown towels if you get one look horrible. I will not be back. Management really needs to work on customer service with the technicians. It will make for repeat clients.

I expected a little more for the price they charge for gel manicure. The top edges were uneven and not shaped. Maybe shes new to the business and hasnt had a lot of experience. The communication could have been better. However, I did like the fact that they took their time and I did not feel rushed and I was able to relax.

Definitely needs work on their customer service. They have some male employees who are extremely rude. Ended up with a chip on my nail 2 days later and a slanted cut fingernail.

This is my favorite nail shop I love the quality of service and end product. I would suggest going when u need both a mani and pedi so you can enjoy the chairs. Their nails really lasts.

Ken is professional and thorough. He did a great job on my gel nails. The girl in the front is friendly and welcoming. I have walked out of many salons becuase they dont file your nails,, or they get polish all over your cuticles. Its a clean and fresh environment. I am happy w their services

Hannah Nails is always packed and the way the owner speaks to the workers there makes everybody feel very uncomfortable. He belittles them talks rudely to them its just extremely uncomfortable and theres like a gazillion staff members. For example when the one girl came to get a nail polish he just yelled at her to get away from meand youre bothering me go away from all these customers I felt embarrassed for her. I just wanted to smack him

Been going to Hana for the last 3 yearsThey remember all returning clients and have incredible customers service skills. Even when they are extremely busy I still leave relatively quickly. ND I get both manis and pedis!

The reason why I dont give it a five-star is because I make an appointment and then I have to wait for 10 minutes to 15 minutes. If I have an appointment they should get me in right then and there and have somebody else take over for that person.

Clean, lots of color options and 2 people worked on me for a Mani and pedi. I was in and out in 45-50 mins AND it wasnt rushed.

This place use to be soooooo good and had so many amazing girls working here but NOT any more.... the customer service sucks and I just paid $30 dollars for the worse service ever... Tina sucked so bad... she try to sell me up some metallic gel nails and she didnt even gave me a message or warm towels or lotion or nothing.. only the feet and the color... Im sooo disappointed and frustrated.... thats why she didnt get a tip and I dont even feel bad about that. Managment needs to work on this girls, I use to work in a beauty salon my self and this would fly in my place... dont let your client tell you how to do your job, thats my thing so I dont say anything...

Ive going to Hana Nails for almost 2 years now to come in and have an appointment with the person I’v seen on Numerous occasions and to be told she doesn’t want to do your nails no reason no explanation I was just told she doesn’t want to do your nails I don’t know if I should take this as racism or as her being petty the only reason why she may not have wanted to see me was because I stopped going to her as my nail technician. I find this to be on acceptableBy the way the owners came to me and told me that Summer did not want to do my nails in those words. This really hurt my feelings because I did nothing wrong. The owners know my name and why sa The owners know my name and my fabe.

Good job getting nails done, covered every surface ( rushed I might say ) but still good. However they are very rude

This was one of the worst places that I have EVER been. My friend and I paid $130.00 to be Bruised, Burned, and left for 15 mins in paraffin wax. At first the water was cold and there was a hair floating in it so we tried to leave and someone chased us out the door and said to come back in that they would make it right. We should have left then. When we sat down and picked our package we were told $10 more for GeL added to our package...We had a combo but then after starting they told us $20 for the gel. They put way too hot wax on me and burned me, I still have the burns. The woman who did this, just left after I told her that it was too hot and someone else too over. They bruised my arm so bad doing the massage that I thought for 48 hours that my shoulder was dislocated. Horrible service!!! I am glad that so many people actually do like this place, I, however, am NOT one of them and neither is my friend.

I went to this nail spa on wednesday which was shared with me by my sister (Katera) also my fab hair styles.. very devine place quite expensive but it was a job well done. People friendly and very clean and bright

One of worst nail experiences I have ever had. They are WAY over priced and not friendly AT ALL. They were so rushed and didnt even have to finish my nails. They treat the place like one big assembly line. DO NOT GO HERE SAVE YOUR MONEY FOR ACTUALLY GOOD NAILS.

Fair service for a fair price

Worst acrylic fill and pedicure everNails cut too short, flower looks like a 5 year old did it. Pedicure has bumps in the polish and big ties were a mess. Showed manager and he did nothing except say sorry! Do not go here ladies!
