The fact that this place is constantly filled with cars getting detailed, speaks for itself. If youre pressed for time, its maybe not the first choice. The workers are always busy detailing, which lets me see the dedication and work ethic of this companies employees. Prices are very desirable also.

Yesterday was my first time trying this place. I got the package #3 and i was not satisfy at all with the quality. Other places do better job for cheaper. First, i was told they wont use armor on the inside dashboard or seats(they say its extra) so they just wipe it down. The windows and outside was poorly clean I have water smudges all around the car body amd womdowns. I pay close to $55 for a bad job.!! I normally go to cherry/wardlow and those guy do way better job, than this place. I live down the st and thought of giving it a chance but I am beyond dissatisfied at their quality of work. Bad experience as a first time customer.

The guys at Tiny Auto do an awesome job! We usually do the Package #2 for $24.95. And after the car is washed and clean, oh man, it is like driving a brand new car! Highly recommended.

Recently I went in to detail my car. I had a bunch of scratches (due to past express washes) and an ugly scratch on my bumper, as well some oxidation issues. The guy who helped me out said it would be best to wash the car first and then he can tell me what they can do to help and pricing. After washing, he suggested their $130 package plus buffering. He said he couldnt guarantee all scratches will be 100% gone but theyll so their best. I took the risk and Im so happy I did! My bumper scratch was about 90% gone and all the other scratches were gone! My car feels so smooth and clean, it looks practically brand new. The total was $180 for a Chevy Cruze, but I think it was worth it. They were super nice and honest, and overall excellent job.

Been coming here for just about 1year. Always great service. Veronica is friendly.. the entire stuff at Tiny Auto Detailing are a few hand car washes left around.

I gave them 70 dollars and my interior was the same as I brought it... wasn’t vacuumed and DIDNT TOU H THE TRUNK. The back of my car wasn’t cleaned and they swore it wasn’t included in my package. The workers are fine, their management is the true problem.

I went in after hours, they still took my car, and i was thinking they wore going to rush through the process. I really didnt care as long as my car was clean. The main reason, and only reason I took it in is, because my windshield has spots that are noticable. I went to the manager to ask if they can please have them clean my windshield and he said No, it is late already.I just left, I mean I have to understand that people want to go home.

Except for parking not bad problem is telling or letting people park in the disabled spot

One late afternoon (around 5pm maybe slightly earlier) I stopped by and asked what time were they going to close. The owner responded around 6:30 today. On this particular day the girl running the store portion had already locked up and left for the evening, so the guy says I can only except cash and asked if it was okay. I said sure, if hed be willing to wait to until a ran to the bank, he agrees. So I leave for the ATM to get some cash and return 15 minutes later and now hes closed. This upset me beyond belief. Because he said he was staying until 6:30, and said that hed wait. So I asked him about it and he says that hes leaving now. Had he said before I went to the bank I wouldnt have been upset. He told me one thing and did another, so I will not returning as a matter of principle.

Horrible service. Got there guy says going to be about 45min to get to your car. I said ok not a problem. I show up about 1hr 15min later my car is still untouched and I see new cars pulling in and getting washed. This was my first visit here and last at the same time. Horrible.

Bad customer experience from the owner and the manager. Paid for package #2, when my car was ready I pointed out very obvious spots on the car (bird poop and maybe water spots?). The owner told me first he was not the person who worked on my car, then pointed to the manager, then he told me the spots were cement and rust, I scratched off the bird poop to show him, then I point out the dust inside the car and he says “you get what you pay for”!!! HE IS THE OWNER OF THE PLACE!!! Then he told me there was a more expensive package that would cover all those things and that I needed to get it waxed and not spray waxed (which is what package #2 offers, package #1 is only $2 more and I believe the only difference is that you get a hanging tree for car scent). The conversation ends with the owner telling me “si no esta contento con el trabajo entonces no vuelva, para mi mejor”. We were speaking in Spanish this whole time.
