They tend to do a very good job. The prices are reasonable for the service they provide. The staff is always pleasant to deal with.

Wow! I like this car wash! We got our car detailed here and it was done to and past our expectations! I’d give them 5 stars but one thing! They put the damp floor mats in the trunk and they began to smell. Tell the owners to lay them out if they’re not dry! It would help a lot. But again…Great Job!

A favorite place for self-service car wash. The stalls are clean, all the selections work, they give you plenty of time to wash for the price, plenty of power comes out the nozzle on all selections, and the chemicals used in washing your car are plenty, meaning, you get plenty to insure your wash is done right.There is also a stall to wash your pets and vacuums do get that dirt out which is ok.Overall, I give two thumbs up here.

Car wash is decent. Prices are kinda high. The employees are nice. Car is cleaned pretty quick. Change is still in the ashtray when I get my car back. Could do a better job on the windows

I usually just go and pay for them to wash my car. I changed and decided to do it on my own. I did the self washing, put in 5 dollars and and did it myself. Its not only cheaper but I got my exercise for the day! Lol! Great place if you want them to do it or like me exercise:)

My car ended up washed but lots of stuff still left on the car. Also, was very confused by the employees directions throughout the whole process. Kept trying to sell me on the highest package they offer but I said no about 3 times.

Great car wash however they should have separated the hand car wash and self car wash due to parking but over all great place.

Love going to this places, its quick and fast depending in what you get and the amount of effort that goes into the cleaning my car is worth the experience and my business, I drive for rides share and I always come here because I know what kind of service Im getting.

This was my second time giving them a try and still highly disappointed . They didnt clean my windows from the inside, they left debris underneath my windshield wipers and they didnt wipe down with armorall on the inside . When I ask the person cleaning my car after if they could wipe the smudges on my windshield they get bothered and annoyed. I will not be returning plus to add to this the new car scent they add smells like old rags .

For a 60 car wash I expected more. They just dont do good work. Which is unfortunate because the location is convenient.... money wasted, lesson learned.

Bixby Knolls Car Wash is the best! There are many car washes closer to home, but theyre all robo wash sites. This may be great for a quick wash but over time the brushes beat the finish off of your car. Bixby Knolls is a hand wash only outfit, just like you might do in your front yard. Much better for the finish on your pride and joy! I highly recommend Bixby Knolls Car Wash. The professionals there treat your car probably better than you do. One of the worst carwashes ive been too. I took my BRAND NEW JEEP to get a simple cleaning nothing major and they scratched my whole dashboard. When i went to complain they said that those scratches were not from them and the man was even trying to tell me they were from INSIDE the glass portion if the dashboard!! He stated that usually cars from the dealer come that way! Wow... so brand new cars come with scratches.....please do not DO NOT come here!

Don’t go to this place the prices are inaccurate, when I called I was quoted 18.99 on a regular sized car wash and when I show up they charge me 25.99 saying it was the cheapest option. Don’t waste your time here there’s better car washes for cheaper or equivalent value.

I recently paid a small fortune for new off-road tires for my Jeep. After a trip on the trail, brought my Jeep here for a hand wash only, no Armoral. I was looked at like a Martian and repeated myself at least 3 times...NO ARMORAL!! Well, you guessed it....after an hour of waiting, he Armoraled all tires. When I complained he used the air pressure hose and a rag, as if that would take it off.Simple instruction and they failed. Will not be back.

I use the coin operated car wash, If you go early youll pull right in.If you get there later in the day, it gets packed. 2.00 for 4 min. I usually throw in five bucks and get her washed and rinsed. Normally good. This last weekend, my car was dried by the sun. I guy took a cloth wiped windows and front end of the car. Bumper and trunk were missed.Not worth 30buck. It didnt feel clean.

Wow... 2 stars for the guy that tried his best to wipe my car down.. had the 69.00 dollar wash.. supposedly the best wash..they ran it through the wash and the 2 guys that was washing the car ..they look like they were dis interested... once the car came out.. they parked it in the shade.. I was looking at the car..not one person came to start wiping the car down..it took at least 20mins till someone actually started... to cut this short... we waited almost 2 hours to get the car back.. let me break it down... car was attended with workers for 40mins.. and the other 1hour and 20 mins my car was just sitting there... sad!!! The worker said go complain to the manager.. couldnt wait for another hour to talk to someone!!! What a waste of money!

My first time here my regular place was closed. BN Car Was certainly has an going customer with me. Even though they were super busy, I seemed to get in and put and my car looks better than expected. Worth the extra few dollars u usually spend. Will certainly go bck.

I always come here but this is my last time. I wanted one seat clean besides the regular clean and they want me to pay $75 for regular clean and If I want the seat clean. The guy started saying that if I want something else clean will be extra for any other section of the car that I want clean. I decided to do a regular clean. Not impressed with the service. Not worth the wait I’ll do at better job.

Good fast accurate and very clean service prices are very accommodating. They also carry membership pricing 4 month to month cost and its very affordable. The cashier ladies are also very welcoming will definitely continue to be a monthly member

I have been getting my Carwashes here for about 3 years now and I love coming here. Everyone makes me feel welcomed, the staff is amazing! My favorite cashier is Genesis. She’s very nice and not the only one. I wish I knew everyone’s name because I’d be recognizing them too. I love this place!

Every time I come here the guys who greet the customers hit on me. I tolerated it until today when the guy hit on me, didnt listen to what I wanted, and then up charged me for a service I didnt ask for. He argued with me when I told him they had charged me for the wrong service, completely unacceptable. I will never come back. Stop ogling the women and start serving your customers.

They fixed a scratch that would have been a 500.00 deductible for 125 00 have always been happy with the wax and wash. They are very reasonably priced.

The $60 detailing is a great value! They made the car look brand new inside and out. Definitely money well spent. They were very thorough and quick. I will be back. EDITED: I came back and they charged $160 for the same service. Then discovered they stole my handicap placard.

This is a horrible car wash for the money they want you to pay. The guy taking the orders is cocky and rude. He let 3 other cars go before mine then when I questioned it. I had to dpeak with the manager he was no help at all. I am a resident of Bixby Knolls for more than 20 years and this being a family owned business I am very disappointed. I would never recommend this car wash to any new to the neighborhood . If I could give them a zero I would. There no offer to make things right. 😡

The last few times I have been there they havent done a very good job, miss cleaning windows and didnt clean all the wheels, didnt dry car completely Dont know if Ill be back there or not. after last visit (7/28/20 I absolutely wont be back. Dont know what happened but use to be a great car wash, Too bad.

Great place to wash your car

Took my truck for a wash and to have my drivers seat cleaned on a Sunday morning. Wash was okay, but by Monday morning the inside of my truck smelled like a trash can full of old, wet, moldy rags that have been sitting unwashed for days. The smell is absolutely horrible. It was so bad that it made me and my kids super nauseous when we got inside the truck Monday morning. To quote my kids, it smells like farts in here!! I had to take it to another car wash to have them shampoo the seat to try and get rid of the smell. Even the guys at the other car wash were disgusted by the smell. They said whoever cleaned the seat used old, unclean water. Why would would a car wash not use fresh water to clean a seat?!?! Long story short, its unacceptable and Im not going back there ever again. Sorry not sorry, Bixby Knolls Car Wash.

The cross eyed guy they have as a service writer will try to upsell you on a $4 charge even when you dont need it. I have a coupon for $17 and pay an extra $10 to get my rims detailed. Not only did my rims not get detailed, i was not even helped when it was my turn. Then they didnt even tell me that my car was ready so i waited for over an hour with my car just sitting there with no one touching it. So i told the manager, Roberto, that i wanted my $10 back since they didnt detail the rims and i asked for the corporate number to which he quickly offered a business card for a free car wash. This is not the first time Ive had bad service here. I only come here because its close to my house. This place is by far the most unprofessional car wash Ive ever taken my cars to. I wouldnt give it one star rating. Please be aware of this place. Definitely watch out for their service writer!

I received a Birthday Gift flyer, via Email . They cracked the plastic where my shifter is, and when I shifted my car in reverse it broke into pieces. I brought my car in to show the Mexican manager what had happened . He told me (my car is old and that it was wear and tear., and he just walked away. My insurance said I would have to pay the deductible to have it fixed. Nice Birthday gift huh? I am going to yelp this business with pictures. I should have washed it myself. The problem is, something might fall in and mess with the mechanicsof the car. I would rather have had a dent or a scratch.

This is for the coin op spray car wash spent 10 bucks and have spots all over my car. Looks horrible.

I do not even own a car, but last year when I was walking by, they were having an anniversary party to which they said to me come get food! They had tacos, drinks, even cake! A DJ, s small dance area, I could not believe my timing was just right to find out this place and its owners + employees are TOP NOTCH!! No wonder they were celebrating that many years in business.

I used to love this place, decided to get a detail interior and exterior. When I got home, found and actually looked at the detail found spots and patches of spray had the wipe it myself out throughout the car. Unfortunately, when checking the back of the car I was missing two mats for my cup holders liners, called and decided to talk to the manager. Two managers in charged both of the were no help and brushed off what was missing from my car, what a disappointment.

The guy who greets you when you pull up to choose your car wash preferences is very rude! I’ve been there 3 times and he is always rude. As for their car wash service, I’d say it’s just okay, but not the best in town. The lot is small and it’s off a busy intersection and I’m always concerned pulling in or out of their business. I will be shopping for another place to get my car wash. I gave them 3 chances; it’s time to move on.

Took a long time for them to get to drying my car after it left the washing part, I think it sat for close to 20 minutes before the guy even started on my car.

I’ve been coming to this place for years ONLY because it is convenient. The services are over priced and mediocre. Today they complained my Jeep is too tall and wanted to charge more. My Cherokee has a 3” lift which still makes its overall height lower than most standard full size pickups. I have finally reached my limit with this place.
