Top notch service and cleaning. Shout-out to Ed who did such a wonderful job cleaning and detailing my car. He even dropped me off at my house so I could wait there, and picked me up when it was finished. Their prices are fair and reasonable. I recommend this place to everyone.

U cant use the vacuum without washing your car and then the vacuum cleaners suck I sat there twice vacuuming my car out for 2 hours when it only takes me 20 min. Ive been trying to get them on the phone for 3 months and noone will ever answer because I paid 15 for a month pass and cant use it and they refuse to take my card off auto pay someone finally called me back yesterday and said he took my card off auto pay cuz I got 20 dollars sent to me for food for my kid for the week I unlock my card to go spend it and Ive got 5 dollars left so I had to put back all my food and tell my kid Im sorry I cant feed her this wk because I DNT get paid till next WK and I DNT get food stamps rent had to b paid and it was all I had.

These guys are great. The dryer could be better, but overall they are my go to quick wash spot.

Employee was very rude!! I asked for help and he got an attitude, paid for the 18 dollar wash and had tire shine smudged all over rims, and car was still dirty. That’s ridiculous

Usually this car wash is great but this time my car didnt get very clean and I have spots all over. Never had that happen before. For $18 Im pretty disappointed this time. I did use the brush to clean stuff off first but it just doesnt look as good as it normally does. 😕I do love the free vacuums though and the staff is helpful since I use the phone to buy the washes and its hard to get it to read the barcode.Update much better this time!

Not impressed. I upgraded to the $10 car wash. Found 3 spots that the machine didnt do a good job on. One of the options was tire shine that I didnt see any results. Tried to go inside and the door was locked

Pretty good but they dont scrub the bugs before you go in. You have to do it yourself.

I bring my disgusting truck to them and they make it sparkly and shiny...it even smells clean. Not fakey/fruity/flower clean, just clean. Employees are friendly. Results of their diligent work are well worth the price.

Great job. Just a tip, if getting carpets shampooed be sure to vacuum it out beforehand. They charge $10 to vacuum it for you.

Ive only ever used the drive through wash, but its not bad at all in comparison to the others locally. Im curious about the hand wax though, and looking to try it soon. Ill update!

My go to place in Long Beach. It kinda scratches the paint and the vaccum heads could use a remodel to get in the crevasses better, but the employees are great.

Nice and friendly people but the car was still very dirty after going through. It totally skipped the light coating of road dirt on the rear window and back door of my small SUV. I wont be back since that was the main reason for needing a wash.

Went through yesterday morning the young man with all the tattoos was really helpful an polite and even helped me put all my money in the machine and put my mirrors in for me since I’m in a wheelchair and Wasent able to and even put them back out for me after the wash, I’ll be coming back to y’all once a week now. Ive used this wash frequently. I recently purchased their basic monthly package. Its a great deal. There is a pre wash station here which I really like. The customer service has always been great too.

I bought a unlimited monthly package but found that my car was not very clean each time I ran it through the wash..And there were little black marks on my vehicle (wiped off with a lot of effort) all over...vacuums dont pick up that well, like they need cleaning

I used Rosalie Station Car Wash paid for wash the boy guided me in went through the wash pulled to vacuums I noticed my car still looked dirty in some spots so I walked around and asked to talk to the manager the 2 ppl that was there looked at me and one smiled and said he is not here its hard to catch him around this location he is usually gone call the number and he will get back to you. My question to the owner why would you have a manager but not one that can stay at all time at your drive thru wash I would think if you cant have a manager here then you should be here to deal with thinks that your employees cant.So to deal with your problems 110% all you need is a manager here at all time during business hours point blank.. I wont be back!!!

I got the $18.00 wash was not impressed. Car was still dirty and leaves were still around windshield and trunk.

Prices went up and does not clean the whole cat... Hatch back handlr, tires, license plate. Instead got to wipe of the grum that tbecar wash didnt clean very well.. like u can see the brush trail as if the roller brushes just grazed over everything. Needs more approvent with washing car wash. Staff friendly have questions they happy to help.

Dude was taking everybody else’s car antenna off I ask about mine and he said it will be fine he didn’t ask anybody else he just took theirs off and I went through the car wash and it broke mine off call week about a week ago to talk to manager haven’t heard back from anybody

Tightwad Tuesday! $3 basic wash with free vacuums. Gets about 90 per cent of dirt off if its really dirty. A great deal and the machines do the work.

Has a good pre-war area where you can use their soapy water and brushes to get your hubcaps and bumpers ready for the carwash. Brushes are not too abrasive, but help get stubborn bugs.
