I wouldn’t recommend anybody to take your car here unless you want to get horrible service. I took my car here to get a wash and all they did was spray water on my car. They had my car for less than 10 minutes before they handed me back my keys and I was like that was super quick. Come to find out as I’m walking to my car, they didn’t wash it because I still had bird shirt all over my roof of my car still. I’ll never take my car back here ever again.

I dont want to give bad review and I understand human can make mistake but I paid $50 for the detailing service and I am not happy with the end result. Not very detailing after all....

I had an excellent experience. I came first thing in the morning, and the person was absolutely happy to help me get an interior detail, as well as a carpet shampoo.I was really expecting to pay a lot more, but they only charged me $80, and they even took care of the outside of the vehicle which I did not ask for.When they returned it to me, the inside looked like it was factory new.So the place is a little old, all of downtown Long Beach is old. What matters is the service, and the quality of the work done.for the amount of time that I spent there, and the amount of money that I paid, I feel like it was a very good deal.I specifically asked for a deep interior cleaning, and I left with a full car cleaning and a shampooing for $80.Just be ready to spend some time there if you are getting extended services. they do have lots of nice things to buy in their gift shop, and on the other side they have a neat sitting area that has a lot of old video games and machines that are neat to look at. also, Im not sure if they are related, but there is a person directly adjacent to the building that does all kinds of locksmith services, including cutting keys. I found this outstanding, because I needed to have a laser cut key, and he said he could do it at a very very fair price..so I had an excellent experience and I would recommend this to anybody.Just be sure to be specific about what you want.Thanks again, Jeff with black Camaro

Very good but the wash was for $16.99 and I only got back $3. I didnt get my penny and Im a stickler for that.

They forgot to clean inside, to clean wheels, and to clean tires. Dude pretended that he does not speak English. I had to talk to ticket guy and reluctantly they finished job. They did poor job.

Bitter sweet about this place. They are slow, but maybe it’s because they put a lot of work into it? I love the shine of my dashboard after ever wash. Had a problem with one of my washes. I brought the car back the next day and they fixed it no problems.

They do a real good job here and good waiting area with multiple tvs to enjoy while waiting for your car or truck!!

Bad and expensive, I pay $19.00, for outside and inside, I give tip to the guy, when I came home, a lot of sand inside and he never check the trunk, not coming back again.

This is the worst carwash I have gone to. Their eployees were very rude and their services was horrible. I went to the car wash specifically for the bird droppings and they did NOT even clean that off. They rushed through cleaning and left the car a mess. This is the worst $30 I have ever spent. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

They offer an early bird special and you have to ask for it or you get charged more. This is unlike other car washes, where it is automatic.The equipment is old and it does not rinse off all the soap. It only gets wiped off rather than washed of . Not taking my Porsche or any of my other cars there again.

Do a nice job. Get an oil change and wash together.

First off, the people working there are dishonest. They posted a few different prices going from $80 for a once over to $130 for their best interior detailing. I offered $100 for the top tier detailing, and they took it. That means that they are screwing everyone who doesnt haggle with them.Even worse, when I went to pick up my car, I found that it didnt turn on. Instead of taking responsibility for the car or reassuring me that theyll fix the problem, the Armenian manager/owner started blaming me for the problem (what a joke), saying that the battery in the remote key was already dead. I told him that was impossible since the car notifies me when the battery is low, but he insisted. So he asked the mechanic next door to go fetch him a new remote key battery, all the while making it sounds like he was doing me a favor. The mechanic came back after 10 minutes but the key still didnt work (whod have thunk it!) Then, I told him to try jump-starting the battery. The Armenian mechanic could not find the battery in the car, so they went online to look for where the battery might be located (its a 10 years old hybrid car, nothing fancy). Once they found it, they plugged the cables and the car finally turned on. First thing I noticed is that the high-beams where on, which probably meant they left them on the entire time and drained the battery. What bozos! Had he said something like, sorry for the problem, lets try to jump start the car from the get go, I might have been inclined to gloss over his mistake, but his aggressive and insolent demeanor just made it worse.The ordeal took about an hour and ruined the rest of my day. If you need a car wash go somewhere else. These people only care about the money, and If you have any issues in this place, you are on your own.

Not only did they lift my stains, but the employees looked fresh out of the twin towers and lifted a bottle of cologne estimated at the value of the wash as well! Maybe if you hire more people that look like gang members, Ill just have a car on blocks when the wash is done!

This place have raised prices as much as $6 in the past 6 months. Their service is the same though. Never going back again. $20 bucks including tip is way too expensive for a compact vehicle

Unfortunately the worst of my experiences. Paid 60 dollars for carwash and rear seats soap wash. I had someone throwing up in my car, and they didn’t even remove some pieces of vomit on seat, it was untouched at all. They didn’t wipe window from inside and left dashboard panel dirty in dust, even tho it was included in price. from outside car was pretty clean, but I don’t think that it worth 60 dollars. So I think they did a horrible job I could of done that by myself even better I think.

They wouldnt take the discount business card that an employee gave me, they charged me more than what was displayed on the sign outside. Rude. They did a great job on my van, but I wont return

I decided to get my car washed for Mothers Day, went to Klassic (1st time) for a car wash. My car received so much attention during the vacuuming prior to washing & I was well pleased afterwards. I definitely will return to take advantage of their early bird special 8-10:30 a.m. If I had listened to the negative reviews, I would not be a happy customer.

Every three weeks, wash car, timing is the best to beat the crowds...

Was trying to go get my car detailed and washed, he said $100. Brought it down to $75....last time I came I got the same wash he was trying to offer me but for $55. Soo yeah he was trying to play me like a fool smh...

Had a terrible experience. I went in for a hand wax but the wax they were using wasnt what the guy quoted me (like carnuba). After they waxed my car it looked terrible. They buffed (with machine) a small part after I complained about the wax they used. They said it was very similar to carnuba so I asked to look at the container and it was some pink imitation with more fragrance than wax. I am unhappy with the $45 I spent even after the guy wrote one free car wash on my receipt. Unfortunately it sprinkled later the same day and they would not re-do the car wash for free like some other places. I would not recommend this place, which is too bad because I live so close by. I will not be taking them my cars.

I just wanted to get a car wash and ended up pissed beyond belief. So I went here after my car dealer gave me a token to have my car wash. It ended up being the wrong place for redemption, but I figure give the business a chance plus only 3 cars were there. I always passed by and thought it was too run down, not to mention the site of a shooting, So I pulled in and the ticket attendant let me know it was the wrong place. I told him I wanted to try their hand wash since I was there. I went in and met a very nice lady behind the counter. We chatted briefly and talked about how busy the corner was( PCH/LNGBCH BL.) I then went to wait for my car. I was chatting with a few of the protesters and after 20 minutes noticed a lot of cars ( 8 new ones ) coming out... except mine. I figured I forgot to leave my keys and went back to the entry. My car was sitting in the same spot with NO other cars around it. I am thinking maybe they could not find the key or something. Soon as I asked they hopped in the car and put it thru the wash. No one could answer why I was put last. I was ticked but still remained calm. I then waited for my car to come out. Alas, my car arrives. The attendant who drove it out immediately starts to dry it. I am happy now and thinking they are making it right and it may have been an over sight. Just as that thought settles; the ticket taker comes out and directs the guy to dry another car. At that point I know its personal and ask why I was being treated poorly. He did not answer and let it be known I could leave, which I did. I called and complained to the nice counter lady that I was beyond unhappy with their service or lack of. I then stated the 2 people of color there seemed to be the target of this act. I told her the staff needs to be trained and know regardless of what they feel personally they must show all customers courtesy. This will not fly in our neighborhood for long. I will not be back, but hopefully they will fire a couple of asses who ruin the few good people there.

DO NOT COME HEREBAD SERVICE. I PAID 40 USD AND THRY DIDNT EVEN VACUUM THE CAR. HIDEOUS WORK.YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

The worst car wash ever went to get a car wash and im guessing he used the same towel for everything on the exterior and interior, i had to ask tp get a clean towel and did it myself, talking about a hook up he used the same towel to clean my tires and inside my car had oil dirt was the worst for 40 dollars ! Hell nooJust to post i had to put a star but NO STARS !!!

Well, I went to pay a lot for a good cleaning, I did not complain to them so that they did not do my job badly but even so I had to bring it back to finish and well, not willingly, they did it, I will not return.

It is a place where I have been washing my car for more than 25 years and they have always given me good service.
