Over charge for a simple car wash and they didnt even did it right

When they first washed my truck I wasnt satisfied..it still had alot of dirt and spots all over the hood & roof of the truck..the guy drying and detailing it noticed the spots and put it back through the wash a second time without attitude or any sort of argument.Cleaned and detailed the truck a second time and everything after that was great. I would use this wash again,great customer service👍👍

I am very upset, yesterday I took my car to this establishment for the second time, since the first time I was very happy with his work, my husband and I were delighted since we stopped going to another car wash for the same reason. this second time, yesterday it was quite disappointing that they saw my face. My car was literally the same as how I took it, I do not usually bring the interior of my partner car, but I precisely took it to this place and paid for them to vacuum those dust particles and some puppy hair. And thats not to mention that the windows still had stains and the little they cleaned them left quite scratched, the vision was worse than before his work. 😡😡😡 It is worth mentioning that the people who did this looked quite discouraged doing their work, when I arrived there were other cars waiting, but my car was ready before the previous cars, if I did not return to claim it was because I was late to a commitment, but Im not wanting to go do it right now. the next time I step into that place it will be to speak with the manager and answer me for his inefficient and poorly done work that I paid. and to ask you to give me a guarantee.

Absolutely horrible experience here. First of all the guy upgraded me to a VIP package. They didn’t vacuum my back seats which were covered in dog hair. Then my windshield had another huge crack on it after they were finished! Complained to the manager who told me it isn’t their fault. That the scratch gets worse with the air dry. Why would they even upgrade me if they knew my vehicle could be more damaged? Never coming here again.

For the most part, Im okay how my car its clean. Today, they were too busy and perhaps thats why some of the interior was not clean. Thought, the workers deserve a good tip. I recommend this car wash.

Rarely leave reviews but felt necessary on this occasion.This place is ridiculously overpriced and at best perform an average service.Paid over $150 for one of their higher end detail packages, yet they only surface cleaned.Dirt and dust all around the shifter and dials, didn’t clean inside center console, didn’t vacuum under the seats, didn’t dust some of the interior trim, the list goes on. Didn’t have time to address it at the time.I definitely will not be returning.

I paid $265. I thought I would be leaving with the carpets vacuumed, the panels cleaned, the outside washed and my headlights cleared. After 2-3 hours, I was waved over to my car. The headlights were not clear. When I asked if they were cleaned, I was handed my keys. I tried again, but a language barrier prevented my question from being answers. I noticed my floor mats werent there, and he signaled that they were in the trunk. I tried to find someone who I could talk to but no one was around, so, feeling flustered, I left. As I drove home I had to use my windshield wipers to clear off my windshield because I couldnt see through smudges. I noticed streak marks on the dashboard and wrappers on the back floor. When I got home, I went to put my floor mats back and they werent there. Also, the back of my vehicle was still dusty? Im embarrassed and frustrated that my boyfriend had to go back with me to make sure I didnt get screwed over a second time. We went to pick up my floor mats and asked the manager if this is what a $265 service looked like at his establishment. They offered to redo it. 3 hours later, I had crystal clear headlights, and a vacuumed car. A job I could have done for much much cheaper. Im glad they tried to fix it, but disappointed I spent so much money on a mediocre job. If you want a basic car wash and maybe a vacuum, go ahead and give them the $25-$60 others were asked to pay. But, if you want a clean professional car detail, take your money and your car elsewhere. And then let me know where you take it... I wont be going back here. (Lady at the cash register was very nice and professional!)

Visited today (first time since COVID stay at home orders) for a badly needed wash. I arrive to find the friendly staff all wearing masks ✅ clean, freshly wiped down counters at the register and disinfecting treatment included with no charge! Really appreciate the great service and highly recommend!

The only place I wash my cars. They do a mix of automated and hand washing. Very detailed.**Update, 10/02/19**Unfortunately, I havent been very happy after my last few visits. I feel like there has been a steady decline in the quality for quite some time, and today was the last straw.Today, I paid for the Presidential Wash and I have a truck. After including a mat wash, my total price was $46.99. After paying almost 50 dollars, including a tip, I expected my truck to be impeccably clean; however, I was very disappointed.I spent about 15 minutes, at home, cleaning missed spots. Obvious smudges, bugs, dirt, all things that would have been easily cleaned off had they taken an extra second or two. My chrome and plastic finish looked horrendous. Chrome was completely spotted. Some of the plastic pieces werent even cleaned, especially my door handles. The tires were a mess. All of the dressing they used ran and streaked the tires after I drove off. Even my windows- the easiest part of the car to clean- were not cleaned well. There were smudges and fingerprints that were clearly visible Also, the vacuum cleaners missed a lot of obvious dog hair on my front seat.I posted some photos, to back up my claims of how poorly my truck was cleaned. Im sorry Coast, Ive been a loyal customer for as long as youve been in Long Beach- even before your remodeling. I wont be returning though. I feel like I can get better value elsewhere. I can pay a better price and get a mediocre car wash just about anywhere. When my truck needs a good pampering, Ill be taking it to my old spot in San Pedro, off of Gaffey.

Really kind and great customer service. In my case I had a tired issue and they went above and beyond to help out in the ways they could-I appreciated it ! Overall nice people.

Pretty average job overall. Was a Saturday and a little bit busy. The frustrating thing is the up sold me for a 59.99 wax and completely didn’t clean the back of my 4Runner. There were still spots on the window and dust and dirt all over it. So clearly they forgot one entire part of the car… I would recommend walking around your entire vehicle before you leave. Obviously my fault for not calling them out. Also when you try to call back you get sent directly to voicemail and can’t talk to a real person. Not very great customer service.

My trunk was coated in a powder. I was hoping theyd get it all, but theres spots they didnt get. Everything else was good

Not worth the money.. they cleaned it, but the attention to detail wasnt there. Wasnt worth $35 or my time to point every single spot they missed. Dont intend on going back there.

The quality of work is great and I liked coming here - I would just get the regular wash (59.99 membership for unlimited washes for the month)...I cancelled my membership in December because I was not making it to the car wash to use it...the deduction stopped thankfully for January thru March (the debit date was the 19th every month) after I cancelled in December....now all of a sudden I have the membership charge start up again for April 1st... I am not happy at all and have put in a dispute with my bank... this is NOT OK...please look at your statements.

I paid $199.99 for something that they told me would take out the sway marks on my car. The man insisted that it would. I asked them if it included the interior and they said yes. I truly feel like they did a half a** job. Very disappointing. Sway marks still there and I asked the guy who did it, he just said that I need to go to a body shop for that. The interior still had things that weren’t vacuumed out, things that I grabbed with my hand so it’s not like it was in tiny corners. Also, the headlights weren’t clean from bugs and there were still things on the coat that I scratched off with my nail. They didn’t clean the inside handle part of my door. My vanity mirrors were not cleaned. Just poor poor job for the amount I paid. FIRST AND LAST time I’ll ever go there.

This car wash did not even take the trash out of my door pockets or vacuum my suv rear area. I paid for a upgraded service wash, $31.00 plus tax, what a wasye of money!!

I paid $80 for an interior and exterior clean plus wax. The interior looks really good, however the exterior had spots around that was pretty disappointing. I was able to wipe them off with my shirt. If I’m paying 3x the price of other standard washes then I expect some more attention to detail. I would show more pictures but it’s hard to see with reflections etc.

Did and amazing & very detailed job

After over 3 hours, they still werent finished. Had to have manager address and re-do some detailing. Worst of all, theyre $100 shampoo is just a spray bottle and sponge job. No actual shampooing or steam cleaning. Never again.

Worst place to get your car wash ever! I couldnt believe how many times I went over my car to see that they missed spots and had to check it 3 times before I gave up and left. I paid well over 200 dollars for a good job. If I only knew I was paying to stay inside a fancy shop for over an hour to find my car still dropping with spots of water. The carpets still with lent and my truck still had the piece of candy that I was hoping theyd vacuum out. Thats when I knew I could have done a better job myself. So disappointed.

This place is amazing! I got the extra detail inside and the did an awesome job. The hatchback is tough to clean so there was one small area where there was some leaf and dirt remnants. Considering I have a 2004 with a deteriorating paint job, it looks pretty awesome. It is expensive for a full detail but everyday wash is reasonable.

Took my car in for the early bird special. Their service was Fast, friendly and best of all affordable. Special thanks to their employee Andrew Soto for being very friendly & helpful. My car looks amazing now!

Service was great. Manager was very nice. When I was heading to the cashier to pay there was an unhappy customer who was extremely rude to everyone. The Manager handled the situation very well.

Und as “they don’t have a refund policy”.I tried to explain once AGAIN the service was not acceptable and he continually repeated that “ I don’t see nothing wrong, it looks clean”.I am the customer, yet I was told I was wrong and to accept a service “AS IS”. Not acceptable. I asked to speak with the sales associate who sold me this service and he so conveniently was on “LUNCH BREAK”.This business is unethical and will sell you a service with NO GUARANTEE or intent to refund you. BE CAREFUL.I will NEVER come back to this car wash and will let others know to not give them their business as they are crooks.

My car was clean but there are issues. Very clean, pricey

I paid $49.99 for their Slip Stream special and I was extremely disappointed in the service. There were water marks, bird poop, residue on my rims, and streaks on my car. I called and complained and asked if I could receive a refund and I was told I would have to return to the carwash for the manager to assess my car. So I drove back to complain about my service and I was told by the manager couldnt receive a refund but they would fix all the issues on my vehicle. I waited for about 15 to 20 min and I was still dissatisfied with my service. Im an unsatisfied first time customer and I will not be returning.

Deceptive advertising. A handwash is $60 which is outrageous. Dont waste your money on the handwash, as its no better than a regular wash. I still had water spots on the car and also ended up with a few swirl marks. I decided to just invest in some good products and wash my car at home going forward. The 2 stars is for the high price for mediocre results.

Very impressed! I got welcomed very quickly, was offered the early bird special. The place is very clean, the service is fast, my car was ready in no time,. The manager Andrew Soto is there every step of the way making sure everything is good. I really like their little coffee shop. Cant wait to go on a morning to have a coffee while waiting for my car. I always like to get mine at car wash while I wait. I was having problems with my usual car wash and was actually looking for a new one to go to, perfect timing!

I was there 1 hour ago and we ask the basic wash, outside and inside. Inside was the same the don t vacuum at all and outside was good but the 2 mirror outside very dirty. I have a few pictures but I don t know how can post

Came here yesterday, because my usual car wash at the Circle is closed for remodeling. Way way way expensive and my front windshield was streaked. Didnt notice til I was half way home. Dont like being ripped off and cant wait for my reliable car wash to reopen.

Not worth it! I decided to give this place a try, I wash impressed by their MENU. They named all diff types of wash very nicely. I went ahead with that most expensive one! $42 bucks! But when I got car it wasnt properly cleaned and when I raised concern they said it is busy today we will give you discount next time. Please avoid this place if you are look for a great wash.

I go here on a regular basis for the Early Bird Special price...its well worth it. They do a great job, inside and out. I also appreciate the money they have put into improving the place to make it more comfortable experience for their customers. Great seating area drop off my car, sit outside and read the paper or book while they wash my car. A nice relaxing errand.

The Coast Hand Car Wash & Detail Center I tried the service for my wifes car detailing inside and out. Jesus delivered it back to show room quality. Great! I brought my in the next week for similar treatment and he also arranged for the dent doc to perform minor surgery to some trouble spots. Same result; honest, quality service at a fair price. Call ahead to make an appointment and make sure you go to the garage across from the Salvation Army and you will not be disappointed.

This is definitely one of the better hand wash places Ive been to. The attendants consistently do a great job. The cashiers are friendly and I love the selection of snacks and drinks. The bathrooms are clean. Theres nothing negative I can think of to add. This is my regular car wash place now.

I took a black Lexus there today (black paint is always a hassle to keep clean). I had the clay bar, wax and seal done and my car has not shined like this since I first bought it! It is smooth to the touch. My car looks and feels new again. I am so happy with his place! Today was my first time there, loved it. Has a great waiting area with snacks, coffee, scratchers and more. Very nice, clean bathrooms. Great job folks!!! 🙂👍

This place is overpriced. It’s also not a hand wash unless you pay extra. Inside wasn’t cleaned at all, outside had dirt all over the place still and wasn’t dry. They don’t even do the tires, all that takes is a quick spray! I’ll never be back here.

First time my car was ever taken to a car wash. I was hopeful that my black paint would survive as this was a hand wash. First swirl marks ever. They missed areas under the hatch and along the back. It was mid day and they weren’t crowded. I’ll never go back.

I took my black BMW in yesterday and purchased the Royal car wash which is the higher end package. My car was ready to go in about 20 minutes. The wash was horrible. Streaks no polish. And they didnt even put the scent into the interior. I will never use this car wash again. I spent $40.00 plus tip only for me to drive home and polish my car myself.

They broke my door by jamming the sliding door had to file a claim to get it repaired thru my insurance

Took my wifes truck to get it detailed today, inside and out looked really really good. They were steady with cars but still took the time to do a solid job with minimal wait. The facility is very clean and well stocked with snacks and drinks. Staff greeted me with a smile and didnt try to upsell me on anything, just simply asked what I was looking for with regards to the type of wash.

Wish I would have read the reviews before coming here, waste of my morning. Aside from vacuuming, the inside of my car wasnt even wiped down. So much for an Executive car wash. Never coming here again

I moved from Long Beach to near LAX, where it’s easier to find a car wash than a Starbucks and whenever possible I wait until I’m in Long Beach to get my car washed here. Yes, they are that good. That point was only reinforced to me after trying several car washes in my area since I moved late last year. The manager who places your order is always super friendly and professional. They’re always faster than other places I’ve gone to, and do a waaaaaaaaaay better job. One nicety I haven’t seen elsewhere but they do every time is use compressed air to blow out water from seems, panels, side mirrors, etc., so you don’t drive off and find water streaming across your freshly cleaned car. Until I moved, I brought 2 cars every week — an Audi SQ5 and an Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio — both with lots of extra bits to clean, dry, etc (compared to the standard Q5 or Giulia) and THEY’RE EXCEPTIONAL EACH AND EVERY TIME.

What can you say, the cleaned my vehicle real nice!

They have this big board with the pricing packages, and $79.99 is the lowest price on the menu. It used to be under different management and it was better back then. So i paid the 79.99 plus tax and it wasnt even a detail. The car was already brand new, however, when they held up the towels to say they were finished, the detail was not even close to a $90 dollar 25 minute wash and detail, not waxed or buffed,, but just sprayed and wiped down with some wannabe wax. Really cheap looking job, and i had to take and get it detailed for real the very nexy day with real wax and polish!!!

Just went for the first time today. They like to up sell and it took about an hour for the full clean I wanted but Im satisfied with it. Probably wont get the most expensive package again but I also dont think itll be too long before Im back.

Its not worth paying for more than just the regular car wash here. And even the car wash is not great, I still had water left on my car, spots on my windshield, etc. I was hoping given some of the really great reviews that they would outweigh the negative reviews...I was wrong. Dont go here expecting too much.

I went for the first time on a Saturday around 2pm to get my new car washed and hand waxed. I absolutely loved how my car looks all shiny until I look closely at my chrome rims and see that it has a bit of scratch marks as if they used a brush to clean them which I didnt like but other than that they did pretty good. Im a bit bummed about my rims, wishing they wouldnt use a brush to scrub them instead using something more delicate.... I wish I could come back but dont want that to happen again....

For $100 youd think they could actually wash your car, completely. There were bug splash and bird crap residue all along the center of my car, hood, windshield and roof. So it looks like they couldnt be bothered to clean it. And you can feel it wasnt waxed.The parts they did clean and wax looked well done but the unclean parts certainly take priority.

After being disappointed with the other place i went these guys had no issues with the size of my truck or tires going through the tunnel. they did a great job and made sure i was happy before leaving. i sent one of my coworkers there after i returned from there and they were happy as well. ill be going back there again.

I paid for my 65 to have my leather seat condition and I have 2 kids in car seat they did not move the car seat. I would be more than happy to move them for them to insure all of my seat to be condition. So I pay 65 for my front seat to be condition. I will not be come hear any more. I only had my car for 3 weeks new Lexus RX try to sale me so many things

This place is the best car wash to go to in ling beach. Great service, great deals ! Came in & bought the special they had this morning a $40 deal that was a $60 value & then was hooked up with a seat shampoo which I really needed for only $15 more ! I will never go to another car wash, th3 service can not get better than this !

Terrible experience came for a wash no problem should be quick process. Have an aftermarket exhaust and not only do hear the employees rev the engine multiple times but approach the workers and deny any mal doing after exiting my vehicle. That is unacceptable can’t imagine how they will treat cars when customers leave
