If I could give Zero stars I would, while the work itself was good, the customer service was the worst I experienced at an auto repair shop. I had a coupon for 20% off brake service through pep boys and needed front brakes, so after calling and scheduling my appointment, I dropped the vehicle off and told them about the coupon and he explained no problem. I am also former military and was told they can’t use both the 10% military and coupon together but that was fine. After receiving a call about my quote and price, I reminded of the 20% off and they said they would deduct that so I said continue on with the service. Upon pick up of my vehicle, the price was virtually the same. I explained about the coupon and he said that while it wasn’t stated or told to me, the 20% off only pertained to the brake pads themselves, not the brake service job as a whole. So when quoted 680+ for front brakes and not receiving 20% off I was appalled. I was also then told they replaced my rotors as well, which I was never told about or quoted for or anything. I will never again, and will hopefully prevent others from taking their vehicle here as they have terrible service and do not factually or accurately explain pricing so that when you pick up your vehicle you are stuck paying for total cost. Nothing against the actual mechanics here, but the people running the show, the management and or owner is a thief and should better train employees about quoting unless it’s done on purpose, which is my belief. Will never goto another pep boys for any survive at this point in my life .

This place is great! I had no trouble booking an appointment with Mike the store manager. He provided great assistance and even took the time to help me out finding the place. When coming in the door I was greeted right away by Mike. He was able to get me in and out with a quick oil change and new air filter, they even gave me a rotation on my tires and checked my fluids and brakes. Mike gave me a quote on how much it will be for new brakes and had me out the door within an hour.

These guys just canceled my 8am appointment and moved me to 6pm without warning. This doesnt help me at all since I specifically chose a different pep boys to have my oil changed since the one on Ridgeland Ave couldnt get my car onto their lifts. Starting to seem more and more of an amateur store considering they dont even carry their own proper tools let alone sell them. Id highly suggest against using them, their are so many other places that are cheaper and will probably do better work and wont screw with your scheduled time

I really loved the service that I got today. Frank was absolutely amazing very knowledgeable about product and services and also helped me sign up for the pep boys credit. I didnt qualify but the fact that he went above and beyond definitely made me feel like a valued customer. Thanks Frank, Pep boys and also the mechanic that performed my services. Amazing Service. My Tire pressure light came on and I had some driving to do that day and Mike took a look at it right away. Explained everything that could of possibly caused it. luckily it Just needed to be reset. Everytime I go there Mike does a great job of explaining everything and provideds great service from my experience.

Store manager Hector give very hard time to customers they dont oil change in confirm oppinment i go 08/21/2021 they lied to me he said no oppinment available i check online more than 12 oppinment available, I go to 08/22/2021 my oppinment time 11 am I go to 10:30 he said cone on Tuesday I check online lot of oppinment available Sunday and Monday but he said cone on Tuesday, he take care only his Mexican people he always avoid Muslim customers management should take action against him. Went in on a Saturday morning for an oil change expecting to wait for forever, but these guys had me in and out in about an hour. Informative and suggestive w/o being pushy sales types. Even got a brake flush cause they suggested it without being overbearing. Would definitely recommend.

I was leaving on military orders and he managed to help me the last minute with a tire change and I was also able to donate one of my spares from my truck. Just got a jeep patriot and one of the wheels needed a change A.S.A.P.!!! i could have had a flat or an accident any second! Called in 2 hours before they closed and asked for a same spot replacement without any hassle or problems! Also my first time here! FRANK was my go to guy! Dude looks young but was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions for my future visits!

Have never had a bad experience as far as I can recall until recently. Took my car in for an oil change and was told that cars battery was going bad as well. Took my car in to my girlfriends auto shop for a second opinion and aside from getting the brake work that needed to be done, was told nothing about the battery, however was told that my car was extremely low on oil. I realized that I made the mistake of putting my trust there in hindsight but my cars oil light never came back on either so Im not sure if something was done there or not. I remember watching for much the time I was there through the window because of past experience(s) and didnt notice any foul play. But in any event Pep Boys has lost a customer.

I had the pleasure of working with Michael Morang at the Pepboys in Lombard. I had ordered tires from Amazon to be installed by Pepboys through Amazon Services. Michael walked me through the whole process and made it smooth from start to finish. He confirmed that my tires were actually at the store days before my actual appointment. I had an appointment for 9 am on a Saturday, and by 9:05 my truck was being worked on. I ended up needing an alignment as well. Michael explained the need for the alignment by visually showing me the tires and he also explained what caused it. It was a no pressure upset but I felt confident getting the alignment done based on his recommendation. I was in and out in under 2 hours. Both Michael and the technician were prompt and professional. I would have no problem recommending them to friends and family.

It was refreshing to be serviced by a team who is still positive and enthusiastic with everything going on in this world. Dont bring them a Mini Cooper.Had to show them where the oil filter was located.They broke my air intake manifold while changing the oil filter and didnt tell me...sending me home with a broken manifold.I found out when servicing my air filter the next day.When they replaced the part they broke, they wanted to show me that my car didnt have an air filter. It did...but I had to show them where it was.Plus - they offered me a discount to write a review that expired 10 days after they serviced my car! AND they wouldnt allow this review on their review site...so youll only see the good ones there.

Phenomenal 5 star service delivered from the store manager Mike and his team. I go here for all my automotive needs and they always do a full inspection on my vehicle and tell me what needs to be taken care of right away and what can wait. No pushy sales tactics and always willing to help me out. They offer financing and having a pepboys credit card always has perks. Every time I come in I get VIP treatment and so does every customer I see when I’m in there. Very professional and knowledgeable technicians in the back. Mike always has his store very clean and I always see him disinfecting everything people touch. With COVID going on I really get peace of mind when coming here because I know Mike and his team have disinfected everything. I refer everyone I know to go to this specific peopboys because they treat you like family! Really a great place I don’t understand these 1 stars.

As I was going for a run around town I ended up seeing smoke and I thought it was bc I like to go fast. Turns out I was wearing my pads down to the metal. Luckily the boys were there to do a complete brake job. Im a dummy and dont keep up with regular maintenance with my car, so its my fault. Good thing thing I took their advice and replaced all recommended parts!

Terrible experience. Scheduled an appointment online on a Saturday (April 10) at 12 noon. The online calendar said they had openings all day starting at 11 a.m. until closing, so I scheduled an appointment at noon and received a confirmation. I went in and was 15 minutes late, arriving at 12:15 p.m. The guy at the desk was on the phone when I got in. When he got off he asked if he could help me with something. I told him I had an appointment at noon, and that I was a little bit late. He looked on his computer and promptly told me that my appointment had likely already been cancelled due to my late arrival. He said theyd let walk-ins in ahead of me (in 15 minutes?) and there was no way he would be able to get me in for at least 2.5 to 3 hours (again, because I was 15 minutes late?). Then he looked up my name and told me my name wasnt on file for an appointment and it hadnt been cancelled, I just was never in their system. I informed him that I had made an appointment AND had already received a text message from PepBoys with a link to track my service. In an unfriendly manner he asked which PepBoys location?, insinuating I had made an appointment at another location. I showed him on my phone that it specifically said that PepBoys in Lombard. He just said that I wasnt in their system and there was nothing he could do. I said that I thought it was strange that I wouldnt be in their system if Id received a confirmation, a text saying that I could track the status of my repair online, both specifically stating the PepBoys Lombard Illinois location. I said Id think Id be in their system if Id received all of that, and his response in a very unfriendly tone was yeah, YOUD THINK, but its NOT and repeated there was nothing that could be done for me. Not even a hint of an apology for what happened, not even a suggestion of what might be done to try and help, just flat out rudeness. Terrible Experience! And whats as bad is that he could absolutely NOT have cared less. It was like I was wasting HIS time. And believe me he didnt seem busy. I told him I would go to their waiting room and try to find another place on my phone. I called around for awhile and did find a place nearby who was EXTREMELY busy, but told me to drop by anyway, they looked at my problem immediately, and we set up a plan to get the repairs done. The customer experience at PepBoys was abysmal. They wont have to worry about me wasting their time anymore. I wont darken their doorstep.

Scammers and liars. Went in to get my headlight replaced. I was told that it would take to long because of extra labor and I would have to be charged $150. I went to autozone yes AUTOZONE and paid $30. The worker came out and installed my light in seconds.

I took my car in to get two new tires. When I picked up my car, I was informed that I needed new brake pads and new rotors and was given a quote of about $450. I declined to have the brake pads and rotors changed and left. Later that day, I noticed a strange grinding sound whenever I turned and wasnt using the brakes or accelerator. I had never heard this noise before and figured it had something to do with the new tire installation.I took the car to get a second opinion on the brakes and was told not only are my rotors fine, but I dont even need new brake pads.I called Pep Boys to make an appointment so they could fix the noise the car was making, and they asked if I had gotten the brake pads replaced. I told them I hadnt.I dropped the car off, and after 40 minutes they called to say the car was fixed. When I asked what was causing the noise, they said the mud flaps were hitting the tire wrong and causing the noise when I turned. My car doesnt have mud flaps.When I picked up the car, I asked the associate to come out and show me the mud flaps, which of course he couldnt because they dont exist. Then he said that there was some other flap that was hitting wrong that was causing the noise. I took it for a quick test drive, and it wasnt making the noise anymore. I did confront him about the brake pads and rotors, and he said maybe they just recommended new brake pads because mine were wearing thin. I said I didnt think that was the case because you also recommended new rotors. He had no answer.

TL;DR Please do not go there if you value your time, you may get a good price, but they will try to take advantage of you at every turn. Please read below for the full story:The appointment ran 1 hour after the estimated wait time and I arrived 15 minutes early as a courtesy. After that when trying to charge me for the service, they gave a much higher price than quoted. This was after the tires were put on, so I had to prove the quote of my price via the phone call I had with them. Then when trying to get the $50 off and $50 mail in rebate the employee didnt know that I had to charge $500 on the card and I wasnt aware either. This is fine, mistakes happen, but when I went back to have this corrected, the manager Mike Morans first called and chewed out his employee, Frank, right in front of me then tried to blame me for not charging enough on the card saying that I should have been aware of this promotion and it is my fault. This was after he tried to give me back the $50. Furthermore he thought his employee went above and beyond by charging me less on the Syncrony card because I insisted. He built this narrative even though he was not who was helping me and he had his colleague Hector back up his made up narrative. The conversation almost got into a shouting match between me and Mike. Causing me to leave with a card with his name and the number to Pepboys corporate. Frank was the only adult and called to apologize on his mistake and is actively trying to correct the situation. I dont like leaving reviews like this especially during Covid where everyone is struggling, but I am sure that this is not the first time they did this.

I would recommend staying far away from these shiesters. Adam however is wonderful to work with and the only redeeming quality at this location.

I asked for an oil change at approximately 5:40 pm on Sat. 8/12. The store advertises it close at 7 pm. One of the two countermen, doing basically nothing, said were closing up and refused. Most bays were open. The have to be very slow, which I gather they are, to take 1.5 hrs. to do an oil change. I wont be back for anything. Also the idiot never mentioned they are open on Sunday and if I would like an appointment.

Incredibly poor service. I made an appointment online and when I went in I was told that they did not have my tires in stock. I understood and would of been completely patient if it were a day or two. I was told by the manager Mike, that he would play it by ear and contact me back in one to two weeks. It has now been 3 weeks. I am so glad I did not wait and went to NTB where i got tires put on and my suv now runs amazing. Pep Boys certainly did not deserve my $700.00. I recommend everyone to stay away unless you have weeks on end to wait and most likely never receive a call back. Clearly customer service and sales is not their strong suit. I would never trust them to work on my vehicle.

Got a set of 4 new tires. Price was good. I was told Tires in stock and was given a time to come in. I got a call that morning telling me they are not in stock but truck is coming. I had similar issue a few years back when getting new tires and this was first time back. When the tires were installed the price was higher than the paperwork they gave me. Nothing was added and no extra items were added. Again management could not explain why so they said we will just put a military discount and price was back to normal. I am a veteran and asked if you give discounts would I get it on normal price. They did not but I dont expect any discount and at this point was ready to leave. After they were finally installed I got into car and the tire service light was on. I went inside and told them of my issue. One person said it was normal and the manager just kept asking other employees if the person working on the car checked it. No one was confident that it was checked. They told me to just go and drive and it should be fine. I knew they just needed to reset the sensor or replace. They took the veh back in and reset it and all was normal. I also advised them that the veh was filthy inside and all over the rims with grease residue.see photo They didnt care and I wasnt about to stay any longer. Just sharing my input. Service is just awful but price was good. I dont know if it was really worth it at the end.

I noticed that my car was making a horrible noise in the back whenever I went over potholes so I brought it in without an appointment and Hector told me it was going to take at least 4-5 hours for it to be completed, they took it in right after telling him and they got me a lyft ride home and they called me probably 3 hours later saying that it’s ready to be picked up. The guys in the back shop really know what they’re doing and Hector went above and beyond to help me. They’re the best people to work with. I’ll definitely be coming back to this shop. 10/10 for me

This Pep Boys need more experienced employees in the front desk and mechanics. They stole $2,000. from me and my van still had the same problem. They guess on whats wrong with vehicle, charge you and then if thats not the problem theyll guess on something else till they get it right. But all this on your dime. 1 star only because I cant give them less. They are totally unprofessional in EVERYway. DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION.

Very happy with the work they did. Service manager gave me some tips on how to solve the issue before recommending work in the shop. Ultimately had to take it in for a sensor replacement. Fair price and work was done in half the time they quoted. Will definitely return if I have issues in the future.

I was at the Lombard store bc I broke down down the street. The men up front really helped me out when it came to purchasing the best tires for my car. The guys in the back are working hard in the hot humid weather and I appreciate that they took care of me so last minute. I understand how difficult it is to work in the backshop (my father was a mechanic) during extreme temps. So thank you to everyone at pepboys. I will be coming back!

The physical work done by Kelly was very good. However, when Kelly was trying to find the correct rear wiper part in the computer, she had a bit of a problem. The Assistant Manager Luke told her to get in the back and that she wasnt helping...hed take care of it. She politely said, Moe told me to come up here. Luke said then just go over there, youre not helping. I felt very uncomfortable. Im sure Kelly did too. I think this type of behavior is very inappropriate. At the the very least, if any words needed to be exchanged, they should not be done in front of a customer. The work at this shop is very good...I have been coming here for years. Please do something to improve this employee experience.

Had to get new tires shocks and my engine fluids serviced. Mo(the manager) and Matt(the mechanic) were extremely helpful. They gave me great tires and shocks at an excellent price. Couldn’t be happier with the work they performed on my 2011 Lexus RX350. They also changed my wiper blades and my engine and cabin filters and again at a great price. I will not be taking my car for service anywhere else but Pep Boys! Definitely recommend them.

I brought in my car for an odor coming from the engine bay which was made much worse by the technician. The odor is caused by a mouse or squirrel living in my engine bay since 2016 and only shows up during the winter. Previously i would just clean out the nest every now and then and switch the fan position so it didnt draw air from the outside windshield cowl. I brought the car in figuring it was time to to address this small issue. I explained this to of of the many assistant managers. I wanted them to recommend a fix to the mouse and to check inside the windshield cowl since i wasnt able to completely remove it at home. Once the technician inspected my car he recommended spraying Ozium Sanitizer in the ac condenser. I told his the ac condenser is not the issue since during the summer there is no smell and he put a camera which verified that there was no mold on the condenser. The sales person and technician insisted this was the cause and i relented. The sprayed it in my car and let it ran a while. Through the last 3 weeks Ive been running the fan full blast with every heater/cooler configuration. Ive been driving with my windows down for every trip. I leave the windows open 3 inches over night to air out and its snowed twice and rained once in my car so far. People refuse to ride in the car cause the detergent like smell is so strong. I smell like the stuff every time i blow my nose, i got a cold from riding with the windows down, i can taste the smell. I am sitting in the service center in the middle of a work day, using up my vacation, to have the technician fix this. All they are doing is running the fan just like i have been for the last three weeks. They made a small issue in to an uninhabitable car. Do not talk to anyone besides Mo, all the other sales/tech are either liars or dont know what they are doing.

This shop is even much worse than other Pepboys shops that already have bad reputations.The staff tried to request me to repair the parts with hundreds of dollars of potential charge that were in a normal condition. This guy didnt know I am an automotive engineer who knows about most of motor parts quite a bit. I also requested a wheel alignment service, but the result data showed that the Camber angle became even worse than the initial value. In addition, the repair was supposed to take an hour but took three hours total. Worst experience ever with Pepboys. These bad services tell us why their business is so bad day to day. Do avoid visiting this auto shop, or youll be another victim if youre not auto specialist.

They caused damage to my side skirt on a brand new car with 2000 miles on it...and then go on to tell me that they are not responsible...At the time of the damage I had an oil change done, and as well did not have the respect of the area manager to contact me directly. This is a shame because the staff in store was nice and knowledgeable. My car is a show car and is babied...yet it was not there the night before when I went and cleaned the car...Then its then when I went to clean it again. Pep Boys Will Never Receive My Business Again, and I will also filing a Better Buiness Bureau Complaint...This Is Absolutely Outrageous.

Would not let me post unless i gave one star. But i don’t give any stars. Horrible service here in Lombard. Took my son’s car to get breaks done and when I drove a mile I had no breaks and almost got into multiple accidents. Very scary !!! When I went back my break fluid light came on, when I went in to tell them this they said it was not their fault and they do not bleed the breaks. I have never had this problem any where else I have taken my car to. Will not be back. Unbelievable. !!!!!Especially when they said we don’t bleed breaks that you don’t have to.!!! Now I’m being charged to flush the breaks cause they said that needs to be done now.

Bait and switch. They say free tire rotation with oil change.but when I get there the guy said its state law the tread on the back has to be better than the tread on the front. I called other pep boys and they said theres no state law.i called dealer and other tire shops they said no state law and that doesnt maKe sense. I checked for the state law there is no such law of course. This makes sense for them because the quicker the front tire wears, the more tires they sell.Wasted my time. I was supposed to leave tonight to go out of town after the oil change. Not now.

Had made an appointment earlier in the day through their online portal to have my battery tested and possibly replaced. I was going to just call but the website didnt give me the # when I clicked Make an Appointment and I had to do it kind of quickly since I was at school. The only reason I didnt just do it myself is because I wanted the battery tested and I dont have a meter. Im in medical school so I thought this would be quicker and easier since I dont really have time or the tools to do a lot of these things myself anymore. I arrived a little early (about 3:20 for a 3:30 appointment), checked in and was told that someone would come get me in 15 minutes. Sat in the customer waiting area for about 30 minutes, figured that they were busy so I gave them another 15 before I went out to talk to somebody. Got out to the desk, no employees to be found. Looked into the garage and see the entire staff taking a smoke break, standing around and talking. I understand that its a busy job, and that everyone deserves a break, but all I needed was a replacement battery and I had already waited 3 times longer than they said I would. Someone finally came out and talked to me, said that they hadnt looked at the car. One of the mechanics came in and said they had looked at it, I was going to need a new battery and that he had just been waiting for someone to ring up a new battery for me. At this point it has been an hour. Wait for someone to ring up a battery, this takes another 15 minutes for some reason. Finally get the battery rung up. Guy at the desk disappears around the corner to just go grab the battery real quick and disappears for almost another 15 minutes. I stay standing at the desk because at this point Im pretty fed up. Guy finally comes back around the corner, has clearly been texting while Ive been waiting, puts his phone away when he sees that Im watching. He brings the battery out to the garage. I wait for another 10 minutes and the mechanic brings my keys in and puts them on the desk in front of the guy that checked me in for my appointment where they sit for a few minutes (while he talks with some of the other staff about when they can leave) with me literally standing at the desk just waiting for him to either call me over or hand them to the other guy that I have been dealing with so I can pay and finally head home. Guy finally hands the keys over when I start approaching his side of the desk. Start the checkout process, which also takes almost 15 minutes to settle for some reason (there was some sort of computer issue or something? Im not exactly sure). The guy who finished the encounter was kind enough to take the diagnostic testing off the bill ($15 to hook up a meter to test the battery?). All in all, the appointment took almost 2 hours after I was told 15 minutes. There was no attempt to communicate with me why it was taking longer, which I imagine was because the crew was goofing off in the garage (not only did it take forever, but they were giving each other attitude and shouting across the shop and the store the whole time I was there. Another group of people brought their car in to have their tires looked at and one of the guys took it for a test drive down the street to the gas station and came back with a couple of candy bars or something. The other people confronted them about this and the manager blew them off. The manager I think? got into a verbal altercation with a customer on the phone that was calling to complain about some work they had done and basically told him to get bent and hung up on him). I was late to an event that I had that night. My partner was supposed to make some calls for work but it was too late by the time we left and she was unable to do that. Needless to say, I will not be back.

I called into pep boys today at about 7:15 pm spoke to a Awsome employee Jay in the service center praying they could get me in for a oil change. I just knew they would say come tomorrow but I was wrong. Jay advised me to bring it in right away they could squeeze me it. I was so happy 😊. When I arrived he was so pleasant and helpful. I have been coming to this location for about 5 years and the experience is always great. But today with the help of Jay I remembered why I stay coming back. THANK YOU JAY FROM THE SERVICE CENTER YOUR THE BEST. 🙂 He deserves a raise 👍

On 4/18/19 I brought my 2013 Dodge Challenger in for an alignment at approximately noon.Unknowing to the shop my vehicle is equipped with an Electronic Log Device that records the activity of the vehicle when plugged in. they pulled my vehicle into the bay fairly quickly. around 12:05 and then pulled the vehicle out close to an hour later. what happens next is the issue at hand.the service tech calls me and explains he is unable to align the vehicle due to a problematic part in the front of the vehicle. he then gave me a high price to fix the part and explained its the only way the car will drive 100% straight. (on a scale of 1-10 of the alignment being off id say it was about a 2./ 10 being the worst.) when I explained I was no prepared to complete the work they told me car was ready to go.about an hour after the call my phone notified me that my vehicle had been started. during this time there was no longer and reason for a test drive or any additional movement of my vehicle.my car was taken on a joy ride that lasted 13 minutes long, including 9 rapid accelerations, and a harsh braking. a max RPM of 4,002 (vehicle is manual) along with 62 mph speeds in a 35 mph zone, in residential areas. The in-store manager Luke was nothing less than uncaring. complete disregard for my vehicle or presenting himself and the business in a professional manner, asked me what do you want me to do about it, go back in time and stop it ? among other degrading and unapologetic comments. That evening i filed a police report with the Lombard police to document the incident and the responding officer explained to me that he has dealt with several issues regarding the service and ethics of that particular location. that evening as i was driving home i noticed that my car pulled to one side much worse than it did previously, along with some loud knocking/clunking noises in the rear. after speaking with the area manager. he refuses to accept ownership and accountability for the damages

Thought I put the wrong fuel in my car. They saved me about $500 by running over to a gas station and verifying that it was ok. Top notch. Didnt even charge me. Cant say enough good things about these guys at the Lombard store.

I bought new tires from pep boys in Lombard, the people at the counter were great. They got me in and out within a 1 1/2 of me arriving. The problem I have is withe the installer. After looking at my tires on Saturday, I realize the did not fill them up with air to the specified psi. So I filled them up at house and when I did this I found that the installer did not put on new valve stems nor did he put on air caps. Im not real happy with the entire installation from this particular pep boys.

The store manager Michael has no clue what customer service is, promised a free oil change that was in writing for work done before but since the employee no longer works there they wouldnt honor it until I called customer service then all the sudden the same store manager who wouldnt honor it calls for me to come in for the oil change after the fact I had it done somewhere else with no apology offered I will Never go back there for service again.

My fiancé and I scheduled an appointment online for a battery installation for 6pm. Online was incredibly easy to deal with; however, that was not the case when we showed up to the store. We were told rudely by an employee that we should not schedule online if we want timely service. Then he told us something to the effect that if there were five people that came in before us, those people would have been serviced, and we would not have had the service on time. Kind of pointless to offer customers the ability to schedule appointments.... it was an incredibly unprofessional working environment and made our experience uncomfortable. The only reason I am giving more than one star is because Mary working the front desk was extremely helpful and the only professional one to be working there at the time. My suggestion is to figure out the online system and appointment times to best help your customers.

Pep boys at THIS location, USED to be very generous, offering to fill and check tires for free, check oil for free... Now if you stop to ask for your air pressure checked in your tires, you have to wait, well I have left after 20-30 minutes. It used to be done in minutes, maybe they have enough business that they dont need to be polite anymore. Also their prices in general have gone up and up and up!

I highly recommend this Pep Boys location! Customer service is the best. I had a headlight blown out last Friday. I didnt realize it till I got out of work which was late. I work in Downers Grove and I had to drive to the city so I decided it was better to get it fix asap. So I drove to the Pep Boys in Lombard. The place had a lot of cars in there service area. It was about 7:25 and the gentleman behind the counter stated that they were real busy and the only way they could help me was if I waited to after 8:00. Which after a long day and I still had a long drive to the city really didnt want to do. So the gentleman saw my disappointment and offered me another solution which I was OK with so I purchased the bulb for my headlight and was about to leave when the same gentleman whose name is David asked me where I was parked and came out to see how bad the situation was and changed out my bulb right on the spot. I was very appreciative of his kind gesture and his help. So yes if you need anything for your car stop by they are great. Thanks again David! :)
