Great place to get your oil changed. Special shout out to James and Matthew who noticed a leak in my car and let me know. I was able to get it to the dealer for repair right away because of that. Without them telling me, Id have been stuck. Very courteous and professional

This is a great place to get your oil changed. These guys provide an exceptional customer experience. Theyre quick, knowledgeable, and most importantly they dont force extra services. My wifes air filter apparently had never been checked during her previous oil changes so it goes to show that the folks here are thorough in their inspections. Ill be coming back here again for my future oil changes.

After going here for an oil change, the oil leaked out without me knowing and which caused problems to my engine. Please dont go here. I never brought my car back to complain about leaks, I took it else were to get it fixed. Do not lie and say you checked it after, I would never come back. Lesson learned the hard way.

This place is terrible! The mechanics have no idea what they’re doing and the customer service is even worse. They changed my oil left my oil filter loose which caused an oil leak, having oil spill all over the bottom of my engine and cost me $150 and nobody wanted to be held accountable although the manager himself admitted that it was their fault! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO GET ANY SERVICE HERE!In reply to “The Owner” funny you’re quick to respond to my review but no one could seem to contact you while I was at the location. But I guess someone went under my hood and loosened up my oil filter? Except NO ONE else has worked on my vehicle since; FOR ANYTHING and isn’t just as possible the filter that your people left loose to begin with only became more loose and the leak got worse over the period of me driving it that way because it was unbeknownst to me? Btw the light was coming on for weeks and I was adding oil back into my vehicle. I only made time to take it to the dealer today being that we’ve had freezing temperatures outside so I wasn’t as busy in my own business and not wanting my engine to lock up. NOT ONLY THAT but your “store manger” admitted fault! No worries though, I can guarantee your men won’t have another opportunity to screw up anything else on my vehicle!

I’ve been charge for one type of oil and I got Different and cheaper one few Bolts in the exhaust system Found freed after visiting in that location definitely not recommending please save your money and time Skip them

They dont carry Mobil1 so I asked how much they would charge if I purchased it from pep boys. He said $25. So I did then he turns me away saying due to covid they cant use my oil. What a lame excuse.

I cant believe this place gets more than one star ratings. Please take this review seriously before considering this place. The price for an oil change is not competitive and they never changed our oil filter! Our car hadnt had an oil change in well over 6 months and over 10,000 miles so it needed it. We had to have our car worked on 2 weeks later from a friend who is honest and trustworthy and he said it needed changed even though oil express lied to us and told us it got changed. What a bunch of scumbags to do this to a hardworking family with 3 children on a tight budget that has to do a lot of traveling. I am making it my goal to let potential customers of this place know what dirt bags they really are.

Always a quick and accurate oil change

These guys are legit. They do excellent work and obviously train their techs very well. I have had many oil changes done here on two different Hyundai Elantras Ive owned and have NEVER had even a drip of oil coming outta the pan or plug, which means theyre doing everything right. Too often these quick lube kind of places crossthread the plug or forget to put the gasket back on (or reuse the old one), but the techs at this shop know what theyre doing. They even take the time to show you the old fluids (oil, transmission, etc.) before they change and then after as well. Complete pros. Their prices are a bit higher than other shops but in my mind, its worth the extra cash to know the job is being done right.

I went for a oil change 2 weeks ago and the employees were very friendly and thorogh, although I felt like they were trying to sell me every possible upgrade in the book. Over the weekend I learn my car was leaking a significant amount of oil. I called the location and asked what they suggested I do as I lived pretty far and they suggested I go to a local service shop and assured me that I would not get charged even if it wasnt an oil express. I ended up getting charged in which I called the shop to inform them of the situation. The manager said the best he could do was give me a gift certificate. I went to the shop with the receipts to find that the manager wasnt there and no one seemed to know what I was talking about when I left all my information and the manager told me to stop in. I asked if they would be able to mail me something as I did not live in the area. I left my information yet again and still havent heard from them. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!

In and Out. I like the fact that my car is being serviced right there in front of me and not in the back of a shop. They will try and sell you on other stuff stuff like a new air filter and cabin filter which I normally replace myslef.

K bad service they have in this place. In addition to k it took a long time to do the transmission oil change job they did it wrong. And they damaged that part and when I came back they didnt want to fix it until they had time I really dont recommend you take your cars to this place.
