Had a nail in our tire and stopped by on a busy morning but Darryn got me in and they took care of it with a solid repair. I appreciate that they fixed it and did not try to up sell me as this was a fairly new tire. Always good to do business with honest people.

Called in to schedule a realignment @ 2:30pm. I got a price quote & scheduled appointment for 3:30pm same day. When I showed up Adam got all my information & notified me that he would stay after the store closed to allow me to come late to pick up my truck. He was very friendly & knowledgeable about all my services needed. He educated me about future services needed on the vehicle & about my warranty for the realignment. I definitely recommend this location for any service work.

Chris at this location is the man. I was stranded on 355 at 5:45 pm, fifteen minutes before they closed for the day. I told Chris what size tire I needed for my Bobcat trailer, he said they didn’t have one but that he would get one from another location set over. Within a half hour I was on my way. Great service. There are all really nice down there.

Service was good, however because they did not know how to use their credit card reader correctly, my card was declined. They tried to run it using the “touchless” method, however there is a max dollar amount for that method, and my bill was above that limit. Had the card been run correctly, that wouldn’t have happened.

Had two full sets of tires, tie-rods and alignments done on our two vehicles within three days. Both jobs were done quickly and done well. Vehicles are driving so much better. Rick is great to deal with and will only do what is needed. I’d recommend Cassidy Tire in Lombard to anyone.

I first called the Downers Grove location for Cassidy Tire and Service who were booked up and they referred me to the Lombard location and to talk to Adam when I called. The Adam at the Lombard location told me to come in and drop the car off, it was around 11:00 A.M and they said it would be done at 12:40, I arrived right as Adam gave me a call back to inform me the car was almost done, I paid and was gone by 12:50. The car drives great, the price was reasonable and the customer service was outstanding.

I wish I could say the same positive experience as most of the comments here but unfortunately I had the exact opposite experience. I was looking for a place to take a look at my car yesterday. I went to Glenbard Auto Body and they recommended me to go here (as they don’t do tire alignments and stuff). It was near closure time and I was already expecting that my car would not get treated anyway and boy did they make it so obvious that they would not help me at all. I wanted to make an appointment for next time while I was already there but they just wanted me to go away already that they just gave me a business card to call to make the appointment. I drove 30min to get there from home. I would rather take my business somewhere else than this place.

They had the tire in stocks for a Ford f550 brought it in and they got right on it and I was on my way in about 15 minutes

This is a great place. I came here with a flat tire fully ready to spend 200+$ on new tires and the manager Rick calmed me down and let me know that they would try to repair the tire (which I didnt know was possible) first, and if not wed go from there. They found 2 nails, and let me know that they could just repair the tire and they were very knowledgeable about me questions. I asked them if I would need to immediately purchase new tires, and Rick told me I wouldnt need to, but I should think about it for the coming winter. I was in and out in no time, and they were very friendly (even offered me a free bottle of water!). I only came here as an emergency, but I would definitely come here again because of their amazing service.
