Overall great experience. They took me in as an emergency visit. Gave me honest recommendations for the best course of action to take for an infected cavity that was causing me severe pain. They extracted the molar and did a bone graft that same day. Since I didnt have insurance and had to pay everything out of pocket, the cost was very reasonable. Great staff, great service.

Overall, I had a positive experience. Ive been going to the same dentist for over 20 year, however, our schedules dont sync well and Ive decided to try someone new. I have called on Wednesday and they were able to take me in on Friday. The office is well equipped with what looks like modern tools. The staff conducted and acted professionally. When I checked it and did all the scans, I was told the hygienist was occupied with another customer, however, if I wanted, the doctor would do it herself. I went with the second option. She worked fast and very professionally. The quality of her work was SUPERB. I will be going back. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of five, the hygienist must have been prepared for my visit since it was scheduled ahead of time.

This place is awesome. They set a new standard for me. Im used to dentists treating me not very well, but the entire staff here were very nice. I got two cavities filled for the first time and I felt comfortable during the entire experience. The dentist also helped polish off a piece of glue that two previous dentists had missed. Cant thank them enough.

I love Smile More Dental! It’s the friendliest office I have ever been to in my whole life, every single person makes you feel special, the dentist there are awesome & they know what they’re doing!

They were able to get my husband in quickly due to an emergency. The process of new patient paperwork was seem less and simple as it is all sent online prior to appointment so you don’t have to sit in office to fill out a lot of papers. The office staff was incredible with compassion and further explanation as far as coverage and dental benefits and cost. The dentist was also very compassionate and his assistant was just as good. Process was quick. Shout out to Hailey, Dr. Javed, and Israel. We will definitely be back. Nobody likes to go to the dentist but they all at least made our experience a little bit easier.

Dr Diab got me in 3 weeks before my appt for an emergency root canal. Never had one, heard all the horror stories. Procedure was painless and quick. Staff worked efficiently and listened to all my concerns. Can’t recommend enough.

SMILEMORE took me in for my appointment early. The technician made me comfortable and took x-rays. Doctor came in after reviewing x-rays and explained my options. Billing clerk explained the cost of each option plus the timeline involved with procedure. I discovered I had a large insurance credit which took care of the procedure I chose. Concerned as to why I was not informed about this credit which has been on my account pre-COVID.

Staff was great, very detailed and knowledgeable. My hygienist was great. I would definitely recommend this place..

Dr. Hiba Diab performed an implant and a tooth extraction today.KIND: I was pleasantly surprised at how each step of the way each tech and the doctor herself eased my nerves. They greeted me and got me in right away even though I was about ten minutes late. They were so kind and understanding. Then upon entering the dental room, they put on a really good and relaxing movie. The tech greeted me, and took some X-Rays.PROFESSIONAL: Dr. Diab was amazing. She was actually educating me every step of the way. She told me exactly what to expect with the numbing medicine. She really calmed my nerves and was gentle and careful. She performed the tooth extraction very easily and efficiently, and I had zero pain. Then she drilled in the implant. I thought it would be uncomfortable, but it wasnt so bad. Again, she told me what to expect, and educated me about the procedure she was doing. It was actually fascinating.EFFICIENT: I couldnt believe how quickly and carefully the procedure was done. Dr. Diab finished the drilling, put in the implant, and put in the bone graft. I was kind of amazed that they could do the entire procedure from beginning to end took not much more than one hour! They send me out with prescriptions for Tylenol, ibuprofen, and an antibiotic.COST: The advertised price of $1999 for extraction, implant, bone grafting, and the crown are all legitimate. I was so grateful that they are HONEST.PROFESSOR: Im so thankful for Dr. Diab. She is also a professor of dentistry, so that adds to her expertise.POST OP: I am now home from the dental office, and they asked me to eat soft food for a day or two: pudding, jello, cottage cheese, mashed potatoes, yogurt, etc. Its actually kind of nice, and the pain medicine is working great with just 600mg of ibuprofen. The numbing medicine is gone, but I feel perfectly fine.By the way, I checked with my own family dentist, and she knows Dr. Diab, so that was a nice connection. I couldnt be happier.

Woke up with an abcessed tooth, found Smile More Dental and took advantage of their free exam offer. They have top line x-ray equipment. Took me the same day and I was relieved. They explained all the procedures I needed to have done and put it in writing.

If you want to pay extra while they smile at you knowing they are forcing treatments not needed, you should go here. Pros: The team was nice and accommodating to get me a last minute appointment. I arrived 5 minutes late, and they continued to be nice. Cons: They wanted me to come back for 2 ADDITIONAL appointments for a cleaning and issue were attempting to charge me services I didn’t need and is optional at other dental offices. Their team was insisting it was a service I needed and they don’t do incomplete treatments. They stated I needed to make a deposit for the service I didn’t need before scheduling my next appointment, which I did. The visit didn’t sit right with me, so I re-examined the bill after I left and called back. I stated I’ve gotten the same cleaning for many years now with the same insurance and never had to pay out of pocket, but I did at this location. The women spoke with explained that irrigation is apart of their treatment planning and can’t be given until swelling has gone down. I responded that I know Irrigation is not a requirement for cleanings and I have the mouth wash you would used at home. She stated they use a syringe and is apart of their treatment plan. The bill I was provided also didn’t include a clear breakdown of how much each service cost. It was just a total at the end. I was told Maybe I should see another provider since they don’t do “incomplete treatments” at their office since I was refusing the irrigation. I was told this by I believe her name was Hailey. I responded that’s fine, please refund my my $ and she “offered” to send me my exams. A close family member is a dentist and after inquiring with her she stated what I knew, they were charging additional money for services I did not need and were refusing to allow me to say No, thank you. Not only did they expect me to agree to services I did not need, they wanted me to use my time during the week when I would be with my own clients to come back for extra appointments for a service I did not need. I don’t often write reviews, good or bad unless warranted. This felt warranted because During a pandemic, when access to medical treatment has been limited, this office created another barrier to make $100.

Have always had good experiences as a patient here. My hygienist is friendly, knowledgeable, and does a great job with my x-rays and cleaning. Dr. Hiba and the office staff are pleasant too. Office is very clean and they are taking all covid protocols seriously. And as other reviews have said, the TVs on the ceiling above the chairs are fun bonus!

Had a terrible experience with them. They just wasted my time. I booked an appointment and reached there is time, they tried to over charge me for a free cleanup through my insurance and when I asked why didnt they tell me about that, she said the lady that has been talking to me didnt know that. How terrible ? was eventually able to get a free cleanup from another shop hence proving them wrong.

Ill try to keep this brief, but its a bit difficult. My first visit here was an emergency visit on a Sunday. I had a bad infection in a tooth, and it was agonizing. Agonizing enough that I searched out an emergency dentist open, since mine was not available. I was squeezed in, and treated, ON A SUNDAY, not even being a current patient. Turns out, I had a serious problem in the tooth that I was unaware of. I had to have a tooth extracted, and an implant put in. Sounds scary? It could have been. But it went so smoothly I am actually shocked. Dr. Diab is spectacular. A little bedside humor to relieve your apprehension. Explains everything in laymans terms (for those of us who are not dental professionals). Ive had a couple of visit since, and this is now my regular dentist office. I had no idea the equipment they now have for dentistry. And that dental procedures are not all painful. I had a long term relationship with my former dentist. He is a nice guy, but his office looked like it was the same since 1970. But after coming here, I cant say I will miss him. The professionalism of the entire staff, is impressive. The state of the art equipment and offices, are all high end and new. Communications via text, email, and follow up calls. Nice touch! Even during the Covid environment, they make everything so easy and seamless.

I was in excruciating pain due to problems with my wisdom teeth. I called at 10 am and was able to get an appointment for noon. By 1:30 pm I was on my way home with the problem teeth removed. In short, they were a godsend! Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience with Dr. Hiba so far from the facility being clean and sanitized properly during these challenging times to even the teeth drilling, Dr. Hiba is well rounded and professional and her staff adds to the experience. I have never felt so good at a dental office. She was communicative, provided guidance for future care and laid out an in-depth treatment plan. Israel was also fantastic.Lets face it, no one likes going to the dentist, but this is as close to enjoyable as a dental visit can be.

Everyone at Smile More is beyond kind and helpful. They saw me for an emergency root canal with no issues, and went out of their way to help keep with the financial aspect. Teeth are expensive! I highly recommend this place :)

Let’s start off with saying that I had an appointment here for 10:00 AM, I was told the day before I was the first appoint of the day. This was an emergency visit, due to an infected tooth, I had been in pain for 3 days prior. I get there 10 minutes early and called in to be seen, they had told me to wait 10 minutes before they get a room set up and ready. I then see them take in a client before me, and I ended up waiting a half hour longer past my appointment time. I finally get in and am seated, I got the info I needed on what has to be done to fix my issue but stated that I wouldn’t be able to get anything done until the 1st of the next month (14) days due to my insurance not being valid until then. I told them I would be back for the issue and was prescribed 600mg of ibuprofen to fix the pain.... I had already been taking immense amounts of this medication which I stated to them with no effect, along with acetaminophen. I will also state I was taking more than what was recommended on the bottle due to my excruciating pain. It was a slap to the face along with the pain I was already going through. I would not recommend this place, it’s nice cosmetically, but what truly matters is the respect and care the staff gives out. I called in later to address my issue and they said there was nothing they could do to get rid of my pain. It turned out I had 3 infected teeth and my whole right side of my mouth was swollen. Dr Sami Diab was very careless of my pain and suffering and pretty much sent me off with the same pain and suffering. I DO NOT recommend this place one bit.

This staff is extremely professional but did not forget to show compassion. They took such good care of me...I was moved to tears. I recommend that if you do not have a Dentist look no further. They have several Dentists on site so they are quick and efficient. Awesome Dental Experience!

Smile More Dental at Lombard was like 5th dental office I have visited about my dental issue .. I was in pain (all the dentist before told me I need root canal to be done) and after many x rays Dr. Diab said he does no see any problem with my tooth and he thinks it could be some trauma, prescribed me medications and now I am all fine, he saved my tooth and my money. All I can say is THANK YOU!

I came in for a consultation/quote.I was called back the day after my online form was filled out and they had an appointment the same day.This was my first visit.The dentist was very straight to the point and honest with time constraints but he wanted to immediately make sure I didnt wait any longer for a procedure that I should have had in 2010.The dentist did NOT recommend extra work that for now looks like it wasnt needed.The only thing I didnt like was that the assistant didnt have good control of the suction so she kept scraping the tool into my gums. So either the dentist or the assistant slipped and gave me a sore next to the area I had done.I had virtually no pain after the first 2 shots of numbing besides the gum scratching. It will heal so Im not extremely mad about it but so far the results turned out great!Pricing was acceptable from what I understoodUpdate: no more assistant scraping my gums!My follow up appointments have been great! I felt so good about the last procedure I had to get another.

One of the young ladies at the front desk, cadence and tone was inappropriate, she charged me before the services were rendered. When I inquired about why I’m paying and what I’m paying for, she replied “is for a PA X-ray”. I explained that I have a PPO and I shouldn’t have to pay for anything, X-ray, co-pay nor a deductible. She charged me any way. Once the service was completed the dental hygienists in the back stated “I didn’t do the PAxray”. Walked me back to the front and I asked for my money back. Basically, they lied stating that I received the service that I Didn’t receive. Once, I spoke to Healy the (regional manger) she explained that no it’s because “we’re not in network”. I completed my research and low and behold “we are in network”. Bad business and poor customer service. Moral of the story is Stick to the FACTS recommendations : acknowledge when a mistake has been made, give out the most accurate information, explain, be respectful and listen to your customers.

I was so upset when I went to this office because my smile was broken. The ladies at the front desk were welcoming and comforting. The dentist and dental assistant were both knowledgeable, helpful, efficient, and skilled!!! I was skipping out happily when I left. Plus the place is extremely comfortable. Went in for some dental work. Had three wisdom teeth pulled & two crowns. Excellent work & a reasonable price. I highly recommend Dr Sam. For those who do not like the dentist, I was very well numbed up. They are very knowledgeable on the procedures. They take the time to explain the details of the procedures and answer all questions.

Staff was very professional and friendly. I was so happy they got me into the office on a Sunday because I was in so much pain! My only issue was it took so long to complete my procedure! I know this was mostly because the office was busy, but it took so long I needed more novocain injections. I also have a lot of jaw pain and my lip and cheek are raw because of being worked on so long!I know this was an emergency situation and I am grateful for that I was seen promptly and my tooth pain is finally gone!

Love Dr. Sam. He really it good as what he does and I trust him with all my dental work. He rebuilt my whole bite after extensive work by terrible dentists in the past. Used to be in constant pain but everything feels so much better now. I sent my parents to him and anyone that asks. I moved 35 miles away and I still go to him.

This place is amazing! Not only do they move quickly on getting you scheduled for appointments. They are friendly, transparent and honest. I never got the vibe that they were trying to sell me something or push me into unnecessary decisions. I went in for a cleaning, they identified a few cavities. Was scheduled within the week to get it taken care of and it was a quick/painless procedure. The dentist was friendly and walked me through his diagnosis. Will be going here for the foreseeable future!

My wife called early this morning to schedule an emergency appointment due to an excruciating toothache I had all night and morning long. She was able to get an appointment for me, I spoke with receptionist several times prior to our hour long drive to the dental office exchanged all my insurance information and get a call that they’re portal is down and in order for them to see me and help alleviate my excruciating toothache I would have to come out of pocket over $100!?!?! Then the receptionist explained that it would get refunded several weeks after the portal actually updates? My employer takes out handsomely for my families dental insurance so because their portals not working 2 minutes from driving over an hour in excruciating pain unless I hand cash out of pocket they would not treat me!!! You mean to tell me their portal was working earlier and now it’s not? Extremely unprofessional and not compassionate at all towards someone that’s suffering!!! This is something that should’ve been taken care of before the appointment was even scheduled by these incompetent individuals! They do not deserve a star unless it’s a star for being unprofessional, inconsiderate and unfeeling towards their clients. She apologized and was not sincere at all therefore her apology didn’t alleviate my toothache or my hour long drive!

I like doctor Hiba, she is a great professional, caring, efficient and what is most importantshe has easy hands. You cant barely feel when shes working on you! I had two implants and a sinus lift done in no time, although everyone was warning me on how painful could be these! Yes, it was a bit annoying the pressure of implants screwed directly in my jaw-bone, but all pain was bearable! I needed pain medication one day, only! Plus the prices are the best in here... I was shopping around at few more orthodontist offices,previously, but nobody could beat their prices! So, for your record: professional work of great quality for the best price! Definitely not the place to go if you have a REAL dental emergency and dont have $2,000 (or very deep pockets) up front to readily hand over. Cash up front or third party financing is all that is accepted - no matter how serious your emergency, after paying the $99 fee. The one star review gives them credit for the pleasant reception staff members.

I had a crown break on a Friday afternoon and was leaving for a week long business trip on Sunday. They quickly scheduled my appointment for that day and got me taken care of even though I havent been there in some time. It was a first class experience from the ladies up front all the way through to the Doc. Couldnt have been happier and very appreciative of them taking care of me on short notice.

This is a ridiculous place, i made a appointment for cleaning, and i got there they asked me what brought me there? I said i was there for cleaning. And i waiting then they came did some x-rays.. and waiting again, then doctor came did some consultation and said hygienist would come shortly..Waiting again.. after while a lady came to me said they couldn’t do the cleaning today and ask me to reschedule for cleaning..Doctor also said i had 4 cavities, would cost around 2400$ but very next week do i went another Dentist Xray and cleaning just in a hour..What a waste of time. Definitely won’t go there again. How this place like this get that much high rate?

Teeth cleaning was a little rough, but I think thats because theyre very thorough. My teeth feel very clean and I got to watch TV during the whole cleaning process.

Always a great experience at Smile More Dental. I have been to both branches and the front desk staff is courteous and accommodating. The office is very high tech with multiple screens in each suite used for entertainment during treatment and also to review Xrays and other information. My dentist is very kind and straightforward and always explains the treatment options in great detail before I decide how to proceed. The doctor makes sure I am fully numb and double checks before he proceeds with any dental work. Overall, they provide outstanding service and I highly recommend!

I had an infection in my molar and I had to be seen on a Saturday. My dentist, not anymore now, was not available for me. I called 800- emergency dentist and they referred me. I am very satisfied with the service from the lady who called me to the dentist assistant. The dentist was awesome. I will now be going to this dentist from now on.

For the first time I actually had a great experience with a dentist. Dr. Sam was amazing. He really explained everything in detail before doing it. He was polite and gentle to my needs. The doctor was extremely aggressive when giving me the novocaine shots causing me a great deal of unnecessary pain. The office called me repeatedly regarding my review as well.

I had a great experience overall, they were able to squeeze me in, on the weekend for deep cleaning and the hygienist who took care of me, took her time to make me feel comfortable and was very thorough with her work. I will definitely come back for my dental needs here.

The staff is very professional. there is never a wait. If your appointment is at 3:30 they try to get you in a 3:27. All of my question were answered in term that are understandable,. I love this dentist office! From the front office staff, to the hygenist (Candice), to Dr. Hippa. They were all very friendly and knowledgeable. I’d also like to mention how transparent they are about the cost of service. They go over what they believe your insurance will cover and out of pocket expenses.

They were extremely prompt courteous and professional I couldnt have asked for a better dental experience. Definitely will be going back to have additional work done when I am able to

Dr. Sami is a true professional and a pain free touch: did my implants did an excellent job. And if you want a sparkling smile, ask for Candace, she expertly cleans your teeth and has a gentle manner. Higly recommend!

Bate and switch on Dental Implant $$price. They charged double their agreed price with my insurance and made me pay the difference - UP FRONT - before doing the work, making me sign on a clipboard while in the dentist chair! Then when I showed them the price they were allowed to bill, from my dental insurance, that they do accept, they still billed way more. They gave me a quote with insurance codes and changed the codes when printing the bill! Thats Insurance Fraud folks.

I went for a special on a tooth implant of $1,999. This the best price I have seen. The service was outstanding. I feel confident they will do a great job.

If you have a fear of needles and dental work like I do, this is the place for you. The environment is exceptionally clean and very relaxing. Theres even a TV on the wall, as well as the ceiling for when your laying back in the chair. Definitely keeps your mind elsewhere. Dr. Hiba Dia is a fantastic dentist with equally good people skills. Coming from a person who always dreaded going to the dentist, I have to tell you, Ive had nothing but good experiences here.

I had a very good experience at Smile More Dental. The staff is very nice; the dentist was very informative; and the overall atmosphere was very pleasant being that Dentists are perceived to be a place most would rather not visit when pain is involved. They have tvs on the walls and ceilings which distracted me from the pain so I would definitely recommend this place! Fours stars because they are on the pricey side but as they say, you get what you pay for. If price was not a factor, I would definitely say FIVE STARS.

Smile More Dental was the best dental experience Ive had. All of the staff is friendly and knowledgeable on what they are doing. They make you feel comfortable and explain what they are doing as they go along. I highly recommend them, you will be in the best hands.

I had a teeth cleaning as well as a filling done here. It was quick and painless! The prices were reasonable (I had HMO insurance) and I was able to get a whitening kit for fairly inexpensive as well. Overall a good experience with nice, knowledgeable people.

I had a great experience at Smile More. I got an appointment within a couple days and the staff was very friendly, quick, and thorough. The office was clean and there are TVs in front of, and even above, the dental chairs.Only downside was that the Dr. seemed very rushed. He came in, took a quick look, did what he needed to do, and was gone.

I have seen many dentist over the years that are awful, this place is a gem! Absolutely the best EVER. Very professional, and clean place. I have had multiple dental work done by Dr. Hiba including an extraction She is amazing!!! She is very kind and listens. The staff and hygienist are always very sweet and kind. Israel was my hygienist today he was so friendly and made me feel very comfortable, both him and Dr Hiba answered all of my questions.This place goes far beyond to make you feel cared for. If you have any anxiety about dentist this place is for you :)

Professional office, people are nice. Hi tech equipment. Went for a inquire on a bridge repair exam . they didnt explain anything or advise why not repairable, just real quickly said this tooth needs to come out. Didnt offer a treatment plan pricing. Just took my 99.00 initial fee and then seemed really irritated that i didnt let him pull my tooth right then and there without any explanation as to why a repair could not be done. Seemed to be in too much of a hurry for an immediate decision without giving much info. Felt rushed then pushed aside.

The staff was very professional. I have never met a dentist who is this calm and cheerful at the same time. He knew what he was doing, he went through all my options, answered any questions I had and just made the overall experience easygoing.

Dr. Hiba is seriously the best! I called the office yesterday for a dental emergency and the front desk staff were very accommodating and thoughtful, they even called me back to give me an earlier appointment for that day. Dr. Hiba fixed my tooth quickly and painlessly. She even put a numbing topical on the area where she injected the anesthetic so I barely felt the shot! Great experience!
