When I called the office and explained my situation to the front of house staff and the procedures that I needed for my mouth, I was told that Dr. Blacher could help me and DO the procedure I needed.Not only could he NOT do the service, but charged me $50 for 20 minutes of his time to tell me what I came in telling him what my issues were. All I got was more referrals which I had plenty of those already..which AGAIN, was explained when I called and told to him at my visit. My reason for going to him was because all the other care Id received thus far was unprofessional and took me on a goose chase. I left feeling like I was on the goose chase yet again and $50 to tell me nothing new!Did Dr. Blacher help me? NO! I left his office discouraged and no less better towards a solution than when I entered his office.Yes, he was nice and so was the staff, but that isnt what I needed. I needed a solution, some services, and was charged $50 for gaining nothing for 20 minutes of his time.

He is a very gentle and wants to make sure you are comfortable.

Everyone is so friendly. My son was nervous getting his cavity filled, they knew just how to handle him and his nerves, they put him right at ease and he did great! Highly recommend Dr. Brett and his amazing staff.

This was my first visit to Dr. Blacher and I was very satisfied with the care and service I received. I came from another dentist, whom I was also liked, but the other office did not handle the dental insurance plan Im now on. Kristie, my hygienist has a gentle touch and did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. I was also impressed with the machine they have for doing panoramic x-rays. If you live or work in the Lombard area, consider trying Dr. Blacher as your dentist. I dont think youll be disappointed.

I am unable to set up an appointment because unfortunately the office does not accept Medicaid, but I wanted to make a review stating that I need an emergency Extraction, and my tooth is infected and I was able to call dr. Brett Blacher personally on a Sunday evening as well which is rare to be helped on Sunday’s, and he responded to me promptly after my call with a text message, even after I told him I needed an office with Medicaid he was still kind enough to prescribe me an antibiotic today to help reduce the infection, he was extremely kind and urgent and I’m incredibly happy I found him online, I wish I could be able to set up an appointment because I already feel like he is extremely professional and caring. Very impressed with Dr. Blacher’s expertise. I had a cavity worked on by Dr. Blacher, the cavity was in between two teeth so both had to be opperated on. I didn’t even feel him using the gum numbing shot which is supposed to be painful. The whole operation was quick and painless and now I can’t even tell that there ever was a cavity in that tooth to begin with. Highly recommended!

Kristie Letizia (Dental Hygienist) is AWESOME! Office staff is top notch. Very effective communication (text, email, meeting notices for appointments, etc.). Flexible, accommodating appointment schedules. No high pressure upselling, i.e. you need all this work done or your teeth will fall out of your mouth. Ive been to dental factories (ex. Grove) where all they want to do is more work to you mouth; Dr. B is nothing like that. His office serves my family of six extremely well and Ive sent many referrals over there as well and all have thanked me for it.
