Dr Saeed is the best oral surgeon I have ever been to, I came in with a lot of anxiety worried about the 4 wisdom teeth I needed to have taken out, and he came in and took out all 4 quickly and with no pain, whole procedure didnt even take half an hour.

Dr Saeed is the best dentist I have seen since I was a kid. As others have said from the front office to the back everyone is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable. Came into this office scared and nervous about the process but more so the look itself and today I’m leaving with a full smile in which I haven’t done in years to be honest I haven’t taken a smiling picture since 2017 and today I leave a new man!!!! The work was amazing and then some but for me the staff and the doc are even more amazing from the front desk to the back room I feel like I’m bonded with them for life seriously if you think you want this or need it do it don’t hesitate it’s worth every penny and any amount of time it takes!!!! 20/20 rating from me!!!!

My anxiety at the dentist has taken me to the point where Ive passed out and lost consciousness. However this office understood that I could not handle conscious dental surgery. Before sedation was considered Dr. Saeed made me feel extremely comfortable. Once he realized that my fear was at the could point of no return he contacted the sedation professional. The sedation professional arrived within half an hour and was understanding that I had little to no veins for the IV insertion. When I awoke from surgery the dental team was eager to greet me. Hands down five stars for this dentist office. I love love love the entire team including the clinical coordinator Ahmed. From the registration desk to the surgery room this remains to be professionalism at its best. Thanks Ace dental for dealing with someone as anxious as I.

They took my braces off while my teeth were still crooked & once they gave me my retainer it didn’t fit. after that the guy made a new one in less than 30 minutes & the new retainer was missing a few of my back teeth. my teeth shifted back because of the messed up retainer & I had to get invisalign. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. U WILL WASTE YOUR MONEY

Was in on Monday for my consultation and in for surgery the next Monday. Took four hours for a four in one implant on both top and bottom. Had temporary dentures in the same day. Was very happy with everything. I drove the three and a half hours home after surgery and went to work the next day. I did miss work Friday because my bottom jaw hurt but I think it was because my skin graft didnt take I will update after monday and let you all know what is up with it. All in all Im grateful to be able to smile again after five years of smiling with my mouth shut.

Not such a good start went in on June 5 was told will take 3-4 weeks to verify insurance will cover after 4 weeks I haven’t heard anything from anyone I called I was told it can take 4-5 called again to see or to just pay for the work was told to just wait for response from my insurance company now 6 weeks need emergency svc I called was told denied now I’m told to come in to speak with finance dept to get total of cost which I was already given receptionist says need to do impressions which I already had done also had pics done left a deposit of $1500 I don’t know what’s going on but this does not seem right Monday I will be going to reputable office which everyone is on the same page

I had a very bad infection that required complex surgery (bone draft, tissue regeneration, etc). Dr. Saeed clearly explained everything to me beforehand, answered all 30 of my questions, and addressed my concerns. He made sure I was comfortable during the hour-long procedure as well, and I sure was. He personally checked up on me a few times afterwards, which was really thoughtful. Their staff (front desk, assistant, x-ray, etc) were so kind, respectful, and thoughtful as well throughout. Amazing experience.

Dr. Azam Saeed is a very personable and a highly trained orthodontist. I initially visited Dr. Saeed for an orthodontic consultation. He thoroughly explained the process to me and made me feel comfortable. He also offered to work with my budget and customized a treatment plan for me.I spent my whole life hiding my teeth out of embarrassment. In fact, I never lost some of my baby teeth. Uneven and pointy teeth made me insecure of my smile at times. But Dr. Saeed assured me that he can help me fix my teeth in a timely manner and give me a confident smile. My plan included braces and veneers.At first, he applied braces to straighten out my teeth and bridge the gap between them. And then once the braces were removed, he added veneers to replace my baby teeth. The shade of the veneers and it’s neighboring teeth is perfectly in match. It is definitely a challenge for anyone to tell the veneers and the adjoining teeth apart.I highly recommend Dr. Azam Saeed for his outstanding work. His humbleness and five-star service reflects the unique expertise that only he can offer.

I got the All-On-Four implants for top and bottom. They gave me the free consultation and x-rays and had me in 5 days later for the procedure. It only took about 5 hours and my teeth look amazing! IDI finally have my confidence back thanks to Dr. Saeed Azam. Dr. Azam is so nice and caring. He takes pride in his work. They also have very competitive pricing and will do financing!

Dr Azam was able to salvage and crown two of my teeth, both posterior molars. One In 2016 and one more recently. The old one feels as good as the new one, and the new one feels great. No feeling of irregular edges or an uneven bite. I can Chew more confidently, without food traps, and most importantly- without pain. Dental assistant Hugo was excellent and the office staff was kind, capable, and prompt with my paperwork. I Will be switching over to Dr.Azam for all my dental work from now on. Dr. Mariam Saeed is phenomenal. I cannot recommend her enough. She took time to listen to my worries and concerns. My teeth look amazing, and now because of her I am confident when I smile. This office is pretty busy. If the place is busy, means the people like coming. The Dr. worked on me as long as it took to complete the job. He kept working and making sure that the job was done as perfect as possible. I like how professional the staff and assistants are.

Just got my braces off! My smile is amazing! Ive had them on for two years and couldnt want for this day to come. The experience was good. In the beginning I had a few brackets I kept biting on and breaking but my teeth still moved quickly! The front desk and waiting room sometimes were a little crazy but the staff was always super nice and took care of me. The doctors are spectacular!!!!!! Im so happy I came here!!! Next my son will getting his braces on! I definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Can’t say anything really bad, but we started at one orthodontist & had to move, then finish here. So only know that this place is good, but first place we went to had better customer service and was less expensive. Plus, never had bracket problems before, but here my daughters brackets kept breaking (9times).

Most unprofessional establishment ever! literally wasted two months dealing with them. They promise to return phone calls and dont! I had a treatment plan, insurance to cover cost & full out of pocket cost yet they still dropped the ball when it came to scheduling. The women at the front desk are a joke, especially the black one. I was told the doctor scheduled for me is on paternity leave but she really wants to do my procedure and they arent sure if she will be comfortable with another doctor doing it. I was told they would reach out to her first then call me back. Guess what? they never called back! its almost been a month since. & First of all I dont give a damn what she feels, its not about her because she is not paying for my procedure nor is is she giving any type of DISCOUNT helping my pockets so NO I do not have time to wait around on her to feel like anything. If she is pregnant and not working then at that point someone else should take her place! its very simple! this is a business! not a feeling contest I wouldnt recommend them to anyone, theyre a joke! Thank goodness I found a new dentist office that is professional and keeps their word.

This is the worst dentist I have ever visited!! Im not sure how this place is legally able to keep the doors open. The building in cramped and dirty. Their X-Ray equipment never works so expect to be inconvenienced multiple times. They tell you to be early to your appointment yet make you wait for close to an hour. Ive noticed on low staffed days, they will literally have a receptionist double as dentist assistant!! What else went wrong? It took them over a week to get in contact with my insurance and then wrote me a bogus quote because they had no idea what my coverage was! Last but not least, they set me up with their most incompetent dentist who failed to numb my gums correctly and in general took 3 times longer to work on my teeth than any other dentist I have worked with. This is completely unacceptable behavior. Dont go here!

Affordable, works with your budget and a payment plan that’s comfortable for you. I would go anywhere else. The wait is never that long. Extremely friendly. Always greeted by name. Dr. Saeed puts his all in his work. I’ll never forget he pull all four wisdom teeth in one visit with my braces on. I woke up the next day traumatized by the horrific stories I had heard. I had no swelling & no pain. I can go on and on. I’ve recommended all of my friends and family.

Ace dental center is THE place to go for dental care. I originally went because of my son. I saw how well he was doing and what great people they are working with him so I decided to ask what my chances of salvaging this messed-up mouth were. Dr Saeed was enthusiastic about helping me with my problem and wanted to get started right away. I had had braces as a child and was a bit leery about the whole process. They have been nothing but kind and knowledgeable the entire time. Only 4 months later, I saw significant improvement! I am nearing the end (I think) and I wanted to say what a wonderful experience this has been and how much I love these people at Ace!! Finally!! I am achieving my goal of having a nice smile and healthy teeth! Thank You! Thank You!!! Thank you for taking on my case and helping me to finally have straight teeth.

Avoid this place. You see orthodontist ONLY at the first visit. Braces adjustments are not done by orthodontist, trainees do it. Every time after braces adjustments I had to come back because they didnt do it right. Either they miss brackets or they dont align it right.Appointments are joke. Every time I had to wait over hour in the waiting room, packed with people. There is no even available sits.They made payment plan. They originally offered lower price than other places. I guess thats reason why they are so busy but it turned out at the end the price was same. When was time to take braces off they asked for more money than what was in the payment plan. They force you to pay any additional amount they ask for it, otherwise they wont take braces off. So you could go to place where orthodontist will take care of you all the time, where your time is appreciated and you dont have to stand in the smelly waiting room with no sit available, to be seen by not professional. This place does STINK.At the end will cost you more than what they put in your payment plan.Not to mention once I saw my dentist he told me they didnt close the gap all the way.Trust me dont decide for ACE Dental.

They act as if theyve known me for years.Update: Almost 3 years after my first review my top braces are off and I am speechless. My teeth are perfect. I kinda want to cry because I was very worried. I had a great experience at this clinic. I was treated respectfully by the entire staff and the newly joined Dr. Saeed brought a refreshing sense of professionalism. I was asked multiple times if I was in any pain during the check up, and they made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Testing was thorough and outcome was very satisfactory. The best part: Not having to chew those nasty plastic tabs for the x-ray. They have a standing x-ray where you bite down on a mouthpiece and the x-ray is over and developed within seconds. Definitely going back and highly recommended.

I went in for X-Rays on my wisdom teeth and found that I had an infection in one of them. I was told to wait 2-3 weeks to make sure my insurance would cover the extraction, however, the pain was so intense that I decided to pay out of pocket as soon as possible. They were able to get me in the same day and I was pain-free by the next day. Thank you to Dr. Saeed and his staff who were so helpful to me. Not only was it wonderful service, but the price was better than I could have expected. Thanks so much!

After years of dissatisfactory experiences with dentists, I was wary of going to another one. However, Ace Dental was unlike any other office I had been to before. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming every time I went there. Very soon they knew me by name and helped me through the process. They would explain every step and even provided tips on how to clean them and eat with them. The front office staff was also very helpful in scheduling appointments at accommodating and convenient times.My teeth were crooked and twisted in every which way and pretty early on in life I had taught myself to smile with my mouth closed due to embarrassment. The very first day after I got them off multiple people would stop and compliment my teeth. It felt great to be able to smile with my mouth open. I had thought my teeth could never look normal. Ace dental surpassed my expectations at every step and now I love how they look.

The staff is very nice and Dr. Saeed is great! I went to another dental specialist and left their office feeling hopeless. If only I could give 10 stars! My son, 10 years old, had a molar with a sealant on it. This sealant was bothering him and so we made an appointment and they got us in the following Monday(it was Thursday or Friday when we made the appointment). Michael saw Dr. Mariam Saeed and she was great! When we realized that the sealant would not work and that he needed a filling he got very nervous. She eased him right into the process and he didnt even shed a tear!! It was great to feel so comfortable with a Dr! My husband will now be going in next week!!

I love this place! This office and their entire staff are professional, wonderful, caring and make you feel like your a part of their family. Dr. Saeed is the best dentist I have ever encountered in 50 years. He takes great care with his patients and makes every effort to make them comfortable as well as communicates every aspect of what he is doing to let you know.Dr Saeed replaced 16 teeth and did the all on four procedure and went beyond and did 8 inplants at his own cost so that I would have the best and most secure implants and a stronger set of teeth. Over the 9 months that I dealt with the entire procedure Dr Saeed, as well as his staff were wonderful, caring and did all they could to make sure that I was comfortable and informed of what was going to happen and what was happening.The final result was great and I couldnt have asked for better! My smile is perfect and Ive gotten comments from others that say what a great smile I have.Additionally, the cost was also great and beat everyone else by at least 10,000!Go to Dr Saeed for any treatment that you need and be treated like family.

Wore braces for 1 year damen braces I still didnt want them to take it off because my teeth werent straight yet but I finish the payment and it felt like they were rushing me to be over it the old chunky muslim lady removed my brackets I almost swallowed one they all fell directly in my mouth I was layed down like as if I was on my bed flat not even a little lift on the head side she cut my tongue as well and didnt apologized back then when I had my braces tighten up she hurt my teeth by accident she is really clumsy this happened plenty of times man she hit my teeth with a metal thingy idk what its called but the thing they use to remove the wires it hurt so bad and not once did she apologized they also tried charging me again after the payment was finished but they recognized their mistake because of me. So please people go to a dofferent place maybe even another ace dental just not this one idk why it has that many starts but honestly my teeth are not straight and the way they do the retainers they almost get your whole gum area and its really uncomfy and it stays uncomfy but I redid my retainer a guy put something so that they didnt get a alot of my gums area and my retainer became way better

I got my teeth whitened here and it was extremely effective, the process was about an hour long and not painful but a little tingly, for the rest of day they were a bit sensitive but that didnt last long. My teeth were visibly white and got whiter for the next 2 days, Dr. Saeed was very gentle with me and made me feel comfortable during the long process.

This is the worst I have ever had in any of the dentists I visited in the past few years. My appointment was initially at 6. When I dialed them to confirm they mentioned that they advanced my appointment to 5 PM without any heads up / information. I went to the location and filled all the required documents by 4:50 PM. Then they said that the appointment will be in a few minutes. I have waited till 5:45 PM and still they were asking for some more time. They didnt even offer me a cup of water in the meanwhile. I hope to never visit this location. Also, there were 2 others waiting for a 5 PM appointment when I was leaving at 5:45.

I agreed to a treatment plan with Ace Dental but was extremely misled and over charged. I paid $3,500 for Clear Correct but my treatment was never completed and the dentist lied about my treatment just so he could charge me $3,500 for nothing. I was over charged and was treated very poorly when I complained about his lack of treatment. AVOID this fraudulent dental practice AT ALL COSTS!

Great experience. Dr. Azam made me feel so comfortable. When I saw comfortable, I mean it. The whole staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Thorough and professional.I have two implants done and its hard to believe how it feels to chew again the right way. Dr. Azam took care of this in the most professional way. I actually fell asleep while he was performing a sinus lift in my gums.I will not go to any other dentist. They are stuck with me as a patient.

I had cavities and no insurance, but Dr. Saeed Azam and his team took care of me. The staff at the front of the office were friendly and courteous, and I was in and out very quickly. Ace dental is fantastic! Out of all the dental offices Ive been to, this was easily the most plesant. Their staff is all really warm and helpful, they really make you feel welcome. The office is also really up to date with their technology, which personally made the whole process much easier and more comfortable for me. At some of my older dental offices they used a lot of old fashioned techniques that were really painful, but the process here was actually very smooth and significantly less painful. I came in with a pretty advanced case and I already absolutely dread drills and needles so that, for me, was honestly pretty huge.Like I said when I came in for treatment my teeth werent in great shape. Id had some very bad migraines for a while and had to take a lot of medications with side effects to deal with them. Unfortunately, I didnt find out until it was too late that one of those side effects was dry mouth. And as it turns out, dry mouth is actually very very bad for your teeth. In a matter of a few months my dental health plunged, honestly it even got to the point where I would try to hide my teeth when I smiled because I hated the way they looked. Even worse, the dentist I was seeing at the time struggled to do satisfactory work and so I just assumed I was beyond help. I figured I was just out of luck and resigned myself to a mouth full of grey fillings.Eventually I decided I might as well give a new dentist a shot. When I came in Dr Azam reassured me hed handle it and everything. At the time I was skeptical, I just figured thats what every dentist had to say. He turned that around impressively fast, though. The first thing that really impressed me was that he actually showed me my x-rays and explained my case and then how hed fix it step by step. Id been to a lot of dentists offices but they almost never cared enough to explain exactly what was going on. They just told me what they were gonna do to me and then I just had to cross my fingers and hope for the best. Getting to see beforehand what the doctor was planning to do really reassured me that things were going somewhere.As for his actual work, one of the most impressive things I saw was their level of quality. He uses a lot of new technology that Ive never even seen before. For example, they have a machine that sculpts crowns that look really realistic. He also worked very quickly, finishing what I was sure would take years in a matter of months. And maybe MOST impressive thing(to me, anyways) was a technique he had for injecting anesthetic. I wasnt kidding when I said I really dread needles. And I dont know exactly what he did differently, but about half the time I didnt even feel the injection!Overall I was really happy with my experience at Ace Dental. My smile is now looking great and I feel more confident than I have in a long time. I definitely recommend it.

I saw that I still have their phone number so, I decided to write a review. I used to go to the one on 209 Grand Canyon &Higgins Hoffman Estates, Il 60194 but I guess they closed or moved. Anyway, horrible service. I still have glue on one of my teeth and theyre not exactly straight, also, I have some big gaps. Im 22 now, I had them from around 13-17. For some reason they waited a long time to put in my bottom braces, which made the process longer. Also, one time I was wearing a zipper hoodie and a tank top under. I hadnt zipped it all the way. I was not indecent, but the lady (not that gender matters too much) orthodontist made me zip all the way, which I did because I was a kid and I wasnt going to argue. Also, their office was tiny. Im pretty sure they only had one orthodontist working there. Their wait time was ridiculous. Two times they made me come to this location which is ridiculously far away for me (same orthodontist was there). All around bad experience. Did I mention I still have glue on my tooth? If only I was wiser back then.

I am absolutely thrilled with the entire team at Ace Dental. I found myself in pain over the weekend and needed to have an extraction done, but was flying out of town tomorrow. I had called a few different offices, but the crew at Ace understood the situation and were able to see me immediately this morning.The entire experience, from my first phone call until I walked out the door after the procedure, was fantastic. The team truly cares about the patients, and Dr. Saeed really does treat you like family. Within my first 15 minutes at Ace, I had already had an X-Ray and learned more about my dental health than I had ever been told by dentists in the past. The procedure was quick and professional.Ive definitely found my new, life-long dentist!

Great Place!!!I came here to see Akber Saeed for a filling. Very happy with the results.Im giving it a perfect review because the staff was very nice. The equipment theyused was impressive and the hospitality I received made me feel comfortable....even at a dental office!

Without a doubt the best dentist Ive ever been too, bar none. Everyone was amazingly helpful and patient and kind not to mention they were willing to work with me and my limited financials. I have a MAJOR cavity in one of my front teeth and the cheap way would have been to just pull it and to be honest thats all I could have afforded at the time but they offered me a second option (root canal) for a VERY low down payment and a monthly plan. Not only that but this was the only time in recent memory that I can remember that a Dentiat actually listened when the novacaine didnt work and instead of becoming annoyed at my low pain tolerance he immediately gave me more and for the first time it was pain free.Very very very highly recommend. 5 stars does not do this office justice.

The doctors here do really know what they are doing and I love their work and my new smile, but they do have some scheduling problems and tend to be running behind on appointments.

He is kind, compassionate, and honest in everything that he does. He will regularly go far above and beyond the call of duty to deliver a level of care for his patients that simply cant be found anywhere else. He has devoted his life to becoming one of the best health care providers, while specializing in dentistry but also having a firm grasp on all other facets of medicine so that he can best treat the whole person and not just fix teeth. You are not a number with Dr. Saeed, you are a part of his extended family, and you can be confident that he will care for you in the same way he would care for a loved one. My wisdom teeth had been bothering me for sometime, and I kept putting off the extraction. However, I had a great experience with Ace Dental. Theyre really accommodating when it comes to scheduling a visit at a time that is convenient for you. I wanted to have my teeth pulled out during break and they kindly scheduled a surgery within a few days.Dr. Saeed also made the process as painless as possible. I needed all four of my wisdoms to me extracted, and he finished the entire procedure in half an hour without rushing. My lower extractions were tricky, but I honestly felt like I was in experienced hands. He is friendly and approachable, I was kinda nervous and found the entire staff to be supportive.I believe that the providers at Ace Dental do a great job providing care and treatment to their patients.

I have been going to Ace Dental Center for about two years now and it has been one of the best decisions that I have made! As soon as you walk in the door, they greet you with kind smiles. The wait is very short for the amount of patients that they have coming and going. Personally, I am a baby when it comes to mouth pain, but I have done two oral surgeries and gotten my braces on and the whole staff is very put together. They showed genuine compassion and gentleness and assured me that everything would be ok. Dr. Saeed is very friendly, personable and great at connecting with the patient and making sure that they know that they are in good hands. The two surgeries and braces went very well and I hope that everyone makes the unregretable decision to go Ace Dental Center! :)

I had a lovely experience here. Dr Saeed and staff were very accommodating and made me feel at ease. I was nervous going in for a procedure to repair a damaged tooth but Dr Saeed went over my X Rays with me and did an excellent job explaining the procedure so I felt well prepared and comfortable. Dr Saeed did an excellent job with the repair and made sure it would be as pain free as possible. The office was very clean and his staff was friendly and professional. Ive recommended Ace to my family and friends and definitely plan to go back!

I got my braces put on may of 2016 I only needed the 4 front bottom teeth straightened, but was told to just do a full set ok well a year went by I go in to get them changed Dr.Saed says my braces are ready to come off I repeatedly told him I felt like one tooth wasnt ready he said if thats the case hell give me the invisalign after I pay my balance ok sure no problem, well I got my retainer & it didnt even fit but still tried to wear it I went back twice & called to tell them with in a week it didnt even go on all the way like come on Ive seen retainers before still didnt want to re mold them unless I paid $125 for another set. the 1 tooth I thought wasnt ready was crooked in 4 days of getting the braces off so I went in he said ok pay your balance & well do invisalign, well here it is 2.5 months later & I dont even want to go back for the free invisalign or to pay my balance my 4 teeth are back to crooked again & I threw away almost 3,000 & they want me to pay the balance for crooked teeth? More like fix what I have already paid for than Ill pay the balance & do invisalign, Im a single mom so I worked hard to pay my braces it was a mothers day gift to my self & for what? I started woth crooked teeth & ended with crooked teeth, they brag because they are the cheapest around yes the cheapest quality & customer service. When I called to speak with Saed about this problem she said Ill have to pay the remainder balance before I could get an appointment so I said can you ask him to call me, well 2.5 months later still no call back-Stevi Valois
