Great experience! Staff is great and friendly. We came here because our last dental office kept having billing issues. No issues here! Would definitely recommend this place.

Michelle has always been so kind to me, she works with me the best she can and has always been so understanding of my situation. Both Dr. Geirman and Dr. Sweeney have been kind and direct with me. I have been so happy with the level of service and kindness they have provided me.

Sadly, this was my last visit as we are moving out of state within the next two months. To illustrate how good this practice is, I first began as a patient there when I lived 3 blocks away; later on I moved and am currently over 50 miles away and until today (again, as we are moving out of state) continued being a very satisfied patient there. The staff is very helpful and professional. It has been my genuine pleasure to be a patient there. Obviously, I have been extremely satisfied and you will too!

Everyone at Glenbard Family Dental was so nice & extremely helpful! My appointment was originally for tomorrow at 6PM. I had today off & called in the AM to see if they’d be able to get me in today instead. At the time, they were fully booked. Shortly after Alexa at the front desk called me and was able to get me in today since someone cancelled.The two women that did my exam & cleaning were both very sweet as well. The process went by quickly but thoroughly. The hygienist I saw made sure to let me know what was covered and what wasn’t beforehand which I greatly appreciated. She did an awesome job cleaning my teeth. The dentist was also very friendly! I was in & out in less than an hour. I highly recommend Glenbard Family Dental to anyone looking for a new dental office!

Needed an appointment for a cracked tooth - new patient - got me in quickly and went to work. Dentist and staff were so thoughtful, polite. Explained what was needed and out of pocket costs after insurance. Over-all a very good experience - we have found our new dental office.

Today I met hygienist Chris, and she was fabulous! I always gag when I get X-rays, but she kept it to a bare minimum. Also met Dr. Sweeney and he was very friendly, professional and gentle.

Worst dentist in Lombard!!! If I could give negative stars, I would! My appointment, scheduled 5 months in advance & fully paid upfront, was canceled by mail because the office manager didnt like my opinion. I was not rude but did express my frustration that although an elective procedure, still invasive for someone with high anxiety. They didnt even have the decency to discuss in person. Find a better dentist that has manners & actually does care about their patients.

I was really impressed with Dr Gierman. I’ve been a dental “chicken’ most of my life, but Dr Gierman did an excellent job with numbing the tooth and explaining each step of the procedure which was very interesting. She is very calming too!

Outstanding service. The team was able to get me scheduled ASAP due to my situation. As always Dr Geirmann, was able to take a very complicated tooth extraction seem effortless.She is the best In dupage county, her skill set is unmatched.

I have been using this practice first with Dr. Howard Zuckerman, then Dr. James Weiss and now Dr. Melissa Gierman. I hope this speaks for itself. Whenever I have faith and confidence in someone I continue with them. I also want to put a plug in for Naven Cabrera and Michelle at the front desk. Both Naven and Michelle are true professionals.

Dr. Gierman is a wonderful dentist who is highly knowledgeable and very friendly. She has by far been the best dentist our family has ever had.

Let me start by saying Im not a fan of going to the dentist (several bad experiences). I was looking for a new Dentist after I chipped my tooth and the dentist I first went to was trying to tell me I needed 10k in work (very slimy...). I knew I needed to get it fixed, so after looking at some reviews, I choose Glenbard. Let me just say WOW. First, the office staff are amazing. Very responsive, friendly and very knowledgable about insurance costs and expectations. Then comes the actual Dentist and repair.... They explained everything before they did it, were always respectful, never judging and overall, just amazing. Already scheduled my cleaning and plan to be a lifer!

I found Dr. Sweeney’s office staff; Michelle and Alyssa to be very pleasant and efficient with scheduling and explanation of billing and insurance. I never had to wait for my scheduled appointment. I felt safe before I entered the office because I knew they were taking extra time to sanitize between patients, taking temperatures, and limiting the number of people in the waiting room due to COVID. I found Dr. Sweeney to be very thorough and gentle throughout my dental work process. He took the time to answer all my questions. I appreciated his education, as well as his perfectionism. His assistant, Bianca especially made me feel comfortable. I found all of his staff to be a warm and friendly team of professionals. I would definitely recommend them for dental care.

The whole experience went smoothly. I called from my car upon arrival and they were ready for me early. It was a very thorough check up and there was plenty of opportunity to ask questions.

I switched my dental care about two years ago and have received excellent care at Glenbard Family Dental. The quality of their checkup and cleaning is more thorough than my last dental office. The doctors are kind, the hygienists are wonderful, and the front desk staff -top rate professionals!I spaced out and missed my appointment recently and they called and took me 30 mins late and didn’t make me feel bad -I wouldn’t expect any office to do this, but it was much appreciated.I don’t have severe dental issues, but I’ve had some cavities filled and should I ever need more intensive care I will not hesitate to put my teeth in the care of the doctors here.Make an appointment you won’t regret it! Glenbard Dental is an excellent choice for all types of dental work. Especially Dr. Geirman and office lead Mitchell. Over the yrs, I have had crowns, cavities and cleanings performed. All the work was performed with a high level of professionalism and skill. During Covid the office space and procedures for my safety were of the highest standard. From entry to exit there a great team of professionals and would highly recommend them.

A class-act dental clinic!!! I have been coming to Glenbard Family Dental for seven years now, and want everyone who is considering establishing himself/herself as a patient to know Ive not seen this level of professionalism, friendliness, and competency at a dental clinic beforehand. Having moved many times within Illinois and within the country Ive been to at least 12 other dentist offices in my life time--this one fulfills every expectation. I found them originally through my workplaces healthcare network and since have moved to Springfield (IL), yet am so satisfied by their supreme level of care that I drive three hours to each appointment! There is nothing more to say...this place is the perfect blend of personalism and expert dental care! A shout-out to Dr. Gierman, owner and operator of this fine dental office! :-)

Going to dentists in the past has usually been high stress, but the people at Glenbard Family Dental have been so understanding & patient with our entire family of 5. They do not scold (Ages 9, 12, 16 & us parents), they only encourage good habits. That is key in keeping us motivated to go regularly & maintain in between. After going to another dentist for 15 years, I was a little nervous to have to switch. But I couldnt have been more pleased. The office was very clean. The staff was very professional and so friendly. They were fast and efficient in their work too. My teeth feel great! I would highly recommend Glenbard Family Dental.

Not exactly the friendliest dental office Ive ever been to. They seem to be on a very tight schedule and wouldnt even take the time to introduce themselves as they entered the room from behind. The hygienist did a oral cancer exam at the end as an afterthought as if she forgot to do it and the first thing the doctor did was stick her fingers forceful ly under my chin. There was a big difference in one of the gum readings from the hygienist to the dentist and the dentist kept probing it to show her. It was quite uncomfortable. Somehow theyre giving me a 30% discount over the insurance so I dont know if thats a deal or if the insurance is getting overcharged.

I started coming to Glenbard after I cracked my tooth. I don’t like going to the dentist and put it off for a long time. Unfortunately a cracked tooth was painful. Finding a good dentist office is tough. I picked Glenbard Family Dental because it was pretty close to my kids school.I just went again today and am still very pleased with the service. Everyone is friendly. Dr. Sweeney explained everything beforehand. I didn’t feel any pain. I put off my dental work I needed because of COVID so this is the first time I have been here, since early this year. This office is taking all necessary precautions and cleaning everything throughout the day. That put my mind at ease. Great office if you are looking for one.

Do not go here the dentist yells at employees during appointments,they give information out to people who aren’t on your account and when you call to get the balance to pay they don’t return calls and accuse you of not paying .

Simply the BEST dentist in town! Need I say more?

I had to schedule a last minute appointment for a damaged tooth to be extracted. It was one of my wisdom teeth, and I have had 2 already removed. Even though this one was way more damaged than the other 2 I had to have removed, the dentist was able to remove it without breaking it and having to cut into my gums etc....on top of that, because it came out in one piece, the office changed the insurance code from a complex extraction to a basic one, saving me money. I highly recommend this practice to anyone needing any kind of dental work. Very honest and friendly.

This office is amazing! The staff is do friendly and always willing to help if they can. My child needed an emergency tooth pull and they brought her in right away and were so patient with her fear. Very clean! I am picky about where I take my child for care, and Im so happy I found them.

The best dentist staff around! Very friendly and non-judgmental.

Long story short, I broke a tooth, called here and was able to be fit in later in the evening. I got there, filled out the paperwork and got in the chair. The wait wasn’t bad and they kept me updated on when the dentist would be in & made sure I was comfortable. When the dentist came in, she explained everything to me that was going to happen. Both my son and I have had great experiences here.
