We have been going to Lead Dental for about 3 years and love everyone there. At first the decision was made because of sheer location and proximity to our home, but over the years they have gained my trust and I now know a lot of them by their first name. They have mine and my childrens best interest at heart. I have come to trust them as we have had to navigate hard things like expander, braces, etc. Thank you Lead Dental!!

I have never liked the dentist until I began coming here! The staff is always friendly and they always make sure I’m comfortable as soon as I sit in the chair. All the chairs are massage chairs, they put on a movie on the TV and gave me headphones so that I can distract myself. I love that they have a variety of drinks in the waiting area for anyone to take. This office is always very clean as are the bathrooms. I highly recommend this office for anyone who would like to get their teeth in order!

Wish I could leave 0 stars, had a crown molding done here and it fell off in two days. Called the office right away and was told they couldn’t see me until 3 weeks. When I informed of the urgency I was told maybe I could find another dentist. Super unprofessional ! I was told if I had better insurance maybe they could fit me in !!!!!!

Excellent service! I had two gum grafts done with Dr. Mailapur at Lead Dental and I am so glad I did. She did a great job thoroughly explaining the procedure to me and thoughtfully answered all of my questions. She and her assistant Angie were calming and friendly during the surgery, keeping me updated the entire time. Angie even gave me her cell number so that I could quickly get in contact with her during the recovery process. The receptionist Claudine was always very sweet, patient, and accommodating. I am extremely pleased with my experience at Lead Dental.

I’ve always had a great experience coming here! Claudine (front desk) has always been so helpful with breaking down my insurance benefits and letting me know everything up front, in terms of my co-pays. I’m very pleased with the whole staff here - receptionist, dentists and dental hygienists - especially Kelly. She does an extremely thorough teeth cleaning! She’s super nice and overall makes the experience great! I always go to her. I highly recommend this dental office!!! I even brought my parents here :)

Loved it! I brought in my 2 young children for their first cleanings. The staff is great with kids, made them both feel comfortable, and we left tear-free! Claudine made scheduling the apt super convenient and easy. The office is nice and clean, and the staff is so friendly! I will be back soon, and will definitely refer to others!

Absolute scam artists! This place is like a mechanics shop. Inquired about ortho, but they spent the whole time trying to up sell me on getting a filling for one of my cavities ( apparently I have several cavities) and then I could see an ortho ..... In the next breath they contradict themselves by saying an ortho wont see you if you have ANY cavities. Would even allow me to speak to an ortho and just said if you arent getting the filling you can leave.

This dental office is the only one I will go to from here on out! I have had a dentist phobia since I was a child and the staff was ever so gracious helping me overcome that. They assured me they practice painless dentistry and there was no need to be afraid. Dr Christian went over a thorough description of the work needed to be done to make sure I was comfortable. The office is newly renovated and very welcoming. Keep up the great work you guys!

We move a lot due to my husbands work and it is always a challenge to find the right dentist. After much research, we found Lead Dental and have been extremely happy with their service and treatment quality, ease of access and guidance on all aspects of treatment. My husband got his implant done here and, me and my 4 year old daughter go here for annual checkup and routine cleaning - quality of treatment and service we have received has been consistently great for all the services we have received so far. Staff here are great - very positive, welcoming and pleasure to work with! I see that each and every staff member are passionate about what they do which makes the overall experience outstanding!

I had an emergency dental issue with one of my wisdom teeth, and it was taken care of effectively. I had been annoyed by the tooth itself, but it was extracted (what remained of it) in a very professional and courteous manner. I was just happy to have it done. Thanks much!

I am someone who had neglected my teeth for a VERY long time, and recently had horrible pain and swelling, so realized that I had no choice. I had to finally make the dreaded dental appointment. Checked our insurance and decided on Lead Dental, as they were close to home, accepting new patients.Boy, was this the right choice!! Best decision ever!! Everyone in the office has been friendly, kind, understanding, professional and competent. EVERYONE.I was so embarrassed to go in, but honestly. They were not remotely judgmental at the YEARS of neglect my teeth endured. And as it turns out, I dont need as much work as I would have thought.I have had the deep cleaning and a couple of fillings done. A root canal remains. No pain, no even much discomfort, if I am being honest.If I can call anything related to going to the dentist a great experience?This would be it. Highly recommend!!

By far the best experience I have had at a dental office and I have been to a few in the Naperville/Aurora area ....the doctors and staff are friendly, knowledgeable and caring ....I wish I had discovered them much earlier ....would highly recommend them....

First they took a mold of a tooth and while removing the mold they broke the veneer next to that tooth and said it wasnt there fault its a old veneer. Then I had a root canal to save a tooth and one month later a part of that tooth broke off. You think a dentist would know what part of a tooth was going bad and fix it right the first time. Also they would set appointments up and then call me the day begging me to come in early. Um there is a reason I made the appointment at a certain time. I could understand once in a blue moon but it was every appointment. In all they did more damage then good and Im out thousands and thousands of dollars and it will cost me thousands of dollars more to fix the damage :(
