I took my 2 kids to get hair cuts they had real bad experience cuts all over it was burning them so bad NEVER again will i take them to stars and stripes. Not a good place to take kids to get hair cuts and no my kids didnt move

Horrible experience! Unprofessional. I have given Mark (one of the barbers at this location) countless chances to improve or do better yet time and time again, I have been treated in a sub par manner. As if my patronage is of no importance.The owner of the barbershop is an antagonizer and lacks adequate customer service skills. He also negatively influenced Marks ability to provide appropriate service. I have since switched barbers. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone patronizing the Stars and Stripes barber shop located on 1009 Atlanta Hwy Ste 8, Loganville, GA 30052. They are disrespectful, rude, provide poor quality service, and do not appreciate criticism especially on thier subpar work. Also Mr. B is a bitter old man and barber who further lowers the integerity of this establishment. -2 stars.

Wow, I’m in complete disbelief on the experience I just had at this barbershop, if I can even call it that. I asked for a simple fade from Mr.B, and I got two inches removed from my hairline and razor scars and irritation as extras. He completely ignored my directions, and when I complained about the haircut, he tried to blame it on my hair. In reality, he was so focused on two women who had just entered the shop that he made multiple mistakes that he kept trying to adjust. The result: my forehead looks like I borrowed it from Jamie Foxx’s. Instead of simply apologizing for the mistake, he was unable to even admit that he had cut well beyond my hairline. Then he became really aggressive. I felt threatened by him and the owner of this establishment, a heavy gentleman claiming to be Jamaican (but has no idea what part of Jamaica he’s from). My entire family is from Kellits, and he nor Mr.B would survive a week back in Jamaica, though they spend most of the time complaining about America. The sentiment “costumers come first” are complete foreign to these two gentlemen, caught up in their egos and pride. I will never recommend this place to any body who wants a haircut. In fact, across the street there’s a Dominican barbershop that does way better work. Unfortunately, my normal barber was unavailable, so I made the stupid mistake of walking into this experiment on haircuts. Literally, the worst haircut I’ve ever received, and then he still expected to be paid. Utter and complete unprofessionalism was all I saw, and if google allowed me to rate this business at 0 I would.

The atmosphere is far from what Im use to, I walk in and the shop and they look at you crazy! The 1st chair to the left, the guy just looked at me as I walked in. Didnt say hello or nothing! The other guy stated he was leaving as if he didnt want to cut my sons hair. The guy who did cut his hair cut his hair mediocre. Same thing happened a 2nd time when I went. Being new to the Area I figured I would try them, but NEVER AGAIN! i will drive 30mins to his old barber where they treat their customers like theyre supposed to! I hated my sons cut and hated the whole experience here! Not worth anyones time to even go here!
