Its hit or miss at Supercuts for a short haircut. This time it was a miss. Not shaped very well and sits flat on my head; looks a bit choppy. Stylist was super friendly and made my experience enjoyable but the haircut was a miss. Eyebrow waxing was perfect!

No service at the desk, no covid precautions, overbooked. Took far more appointments than they could handle, backed up three deep and didnt honor appointments over walk-ins. Basically said, you can wait and see.Twenty minutes after we got there someone showed up but didnt bring his tools, was more interested in taking supplies for another store and complaining about staff being reassigned to wrong sites. Someone else came in right behind him and started taking people immediately, but the shop talk was really off-putting, especially since the guy that came to raid the shelves acted like nobody else was there.The final word seemed to be this store is closing anyway so no one cares.Customer care level: Walmart greeter

Tried to tell me the customer that I should tell them the service I need, you should ask. But she did stay over her shift to finish me & did a good job.

Let me start off by saying that whoever scheduled me for today (Friday) didn’t even show up BUT thanks to the lovely manager Kourtnee She still made it happen even though she was running around that place multitasking like no other thank you again and I really really appreciate it!! You do a great job at what you do and I can tell you love doing what you do!! They are very lucky to have you as an employee.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. I came in for a wash and trim. First of all my hair dresser had body odor.. ok I understand it happens sometimes but still.. onto the shampoo when I got home I had dried up clumps on the sides of my head. Then while she was drying my hair she used her fingers to comb through it 😑. To make matters worse I got home and realized my trim was uneven!

I went in to get a hair cut, showed the lady what I wanted and asked if she could do it. She said yea, no problem. I walked out of there with my hair 5 inches shorter than I wanted. I have to wear a hat now for the next 2 months. I will never come back here again.

Kourtnee is very friendly and does a good job cutting my hair.

Don’t come here unless you are prepared to blow your entire afternoon, because online check-ins are ignored, they call people out of order, they don’t care about their customers and just generally have no regard for who should be called next. There is no reason to come to this location when everyone else can figure it out and no one else seems to have this problem. Hire someone who can work the computer and keep track of this stuff.

Terri was amazing!!! She was careful to make sure I was happy with each stage of the cut and the end result was perfect. Careful...she has a gentle touch that will probably put you to sleep. Youll definitely feel relaxed. The hot towel...magnificent.

I arrived on Wednesday October 23rd 2019 at 7:40 p.m. with 20 minutes to spare the doors were locked the sign was off. We came to this one specifically without any time to go to another one because those girls that work in there decided that whatever they had to do was more important than their damn job. I will never be back again

Called me to cancel my appointment last second because and I quote the stylist that you were scheduled with DECIDED TO GO HOME EARLY then refused to have someone else cut my hair which would take less then 10 mins and told me Id have to wait upwards of 2 weeks before I could get in again. Will never give this place another cent. Horrible unexcuseable customer service.

Been here 2 times sence they changed borics to super cuts and both times they messed up. Uneven edges and they dont cut all of my hair ill find missed spots or spots that werent soposto be cut in the first place then theyll stick out beacuse its shortter than evrything els.. its ridiculous, never again will i come here.
