I have been taking all my cars to these guys for the last 14 years and not only they have been professional and right on with every problem I have had with my vehicles they have also been fairly priced and very polite about explaining everything. Fair and honest assessment of your vehicle Ive taken 2 vehicles 1 they told me exactly what the problem was and whether they could or couldnt do 2 vehicle I took for belt check a/c check front end check they truthfully told me they couldnt find anything wrong with my vehicle now they could have told me I had issues because I was the one speaking about a problem. My daughter and grandson have found them to be fair and honest as well

( they over tighten my oil plug also. It states 14nm on the pan next to it for a reason. Now its stripped and wont come off even with vise grips or the proper tools. . They didnt use a torque wrench as specified by car manufacturer and now its costing me.)Im willing to bet nobody in this shop is state certified at all. This place is shady as all can be. They tell you they put full synthetic oil in your car and charge you full price.. but the oil wont hold up as synthetic oil should. Basically only explination is they are using conventional oil and telling people its full synthetic. Wonder how many people have had their engine blown from oil becoming sludge given they think they have longer time between oil changes. Lying crooks. (My oil life sensor says 15% left on the dash. How is the oil black and starting to turn to sludge when I havent even reached the full term of the oil change interval? Clear indication a conventional oil is used as they charge and claim they use synthetic) now why would they tell everyone to come back at 3000-4000 miles for oil change if the oil life is rated for 7000-10000? Either way they are misleading people. Stay clear of these liars and crooks. Now I have an engine full of really bad oil because I was under the impression they used A full synthetic. Ill be lucky to get this engine clean again. Car had 25,000 miles when I bought it. Its now at 36,000. They tried claiming it was a dirty engine before. Completely crooked people. Hope people understand the full severity of what these people did to my car. Deceiver and liars. The other 2 reviews were done by their friends of course.... stating I changed my oil already? Wow you people are hilarious. How can I change my oil if you ppl tightened the plug so much I cant get it off now? And no you were very dismissive of the FACTS... you continued to try and pursued my thoughts about the reality of the situation. I have CLEAR EVIDENCE YOU PPL ARE CROOKED AND YOU CANT TAKE SOMEONE CALLING YOU OUT ON IT. SO YOU CLAIMED TO CALL POLICE BECAUSE YOU KNEW YOU WERE WRONG AND OFFERED ONLY LIES AND DECIEPT AS ALTERNATIVE TO YOU SCRWWING UP MY CAR. YOU LIED AND SCAMMED ME AND I CAUGHT YOU PLAIN AND SIMPLE. TRUTH IS TRUTH. Specs on the dipstick are pieces of dried up oil. Thanks alot for the service I paid for... maybe people start leaving bad reviews because of being taken advantage of by poor business owners with no ethics. Get your facts straight. You screwed up and got caught. NO FULL SYNTHETIC OIL SHOULD BE PURE BLACK AFTER 6000 MILES.. EVERY MECHANIC KNOWS YOU SCAMMED ME. YOURE A BAD PERSON TRYING TO ACT LIKE A GOOD GUY. SIMPLE.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE I took my car there 1/2 because I was told by the mechanic that my oil pan was leaking and it would cost me $550 so I took my car to my personal mechanic who I have known for 30 years and he told me I just needed a sealer NOW RACEWAY was going to charge me 550 for something that I didnt need I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.

I was told to go here (from rightway auto) Mechanic is extremely rude! Told me my part wasn’t covered under warranty and i would have to pay him $300 to get my car fixed, took my car to a dealership, not only was the part covered under warranty but they fixed it and gave me a rental for my trouble. He probably gets over on a lot of people that come there, don’t do business with these people.
