I went in there to get my tire repaired from having a screw in it. The guy told me the screw was so short that it didnt do any major damage. I paid the guy anyway because he told the truth. Thanks for the good service.

Ladies BEWAREI went to determine a noise I was hearing on my vehicle. While waiting I was listening to the guy and how he was speaking to customers. He had a phone call with someone that had a tow for a alternator and battery, he quoted a price of $775. My ears perked up, I got up and noticed my car was on the rack with one tire removed. When it was my turn he told me he wasn’t sure what was wrong with my car but I probably needed rotors, calipers and brakes all around. I’m not sure how he knew that with only one tire removed off the vehicle. He then went on to tell me how he would discount everything to bring the total to $1230, when I refused that he said he could just do the front for $860. I asked him to put the wheel back on my car and I left. I went a couple miles away and got brakes pads front and back for $350 and was told my rotors were fine and no mention of the calipers. Ladies draw your own conclusion, but this was my experience

The old guy at the counter was rude and was only giving me ballpark prices. I wanted prices on tires and rims. He asked if I wasn’t sure all I needed was the rubber part. Like I was too stupid to know what I asked for. We were ready to buy and I left because he was rude

Honesty and direct communication deserves +5-stars! I took my truck in asking for new bearings. They called me back and assured me the bearings were fine and the reason for the mind-numbing cabin noise was because the truck has the wrong tires on (I bought it as is). I wasn’t ready for new tires but they rotated the tires and things improved.What I appreciate the most is that they informed me my brakes were about to grind - they were 100% right and even though I changed the pads myself later, I can not express how grateful I am for their honesty and communication that saved me time, money, and unnecessary headaches.I will be coming back with any and all car concerns I have. This was the 2nd time using this group. Each time it was an emergency and my moneys were limited they filled both orders and the customer service was awesome.Plus, they did their best to stay in my budget.Even during this period of Covid when we are all tight on finances they worked out a plan so I would be safe in travel on the highway to care for a brother with lymphoma in Indiana.Personally, I give them 5 stars.

Disappointed with my tire purchase.I called ahead, and was told they would have tires for my car in stock.When I got there, the salesman said he didn’t have the same size tire—but could put a smaller size on the car. I said no, I didn’t want a smaller tire. He assured me it wouldn’t be noticeable.It is noticeable. I’m so disappointed that he pressured me into the wrong size. Also, now my speedometer is off by two miles an hour; since the tires are smaller.I feel like the tires are an $800 mistake that I’m stuck with. The salesman gave bad advice.

My senior mother choose this place to have a tire repaired. The tire had a large chunk of metal in it so unsurprisingly it needed replaced no big deal. The tech told my mother the brand she currently has (Cooper) was discontinued but that it could be replaced with a brand made by Cooper with similar tread pattern so she says go ahead and do it. After everything is complete I come to see how the work looks since they replaced tire and rebalanced. First thing I notice is they have replaced her non directional tire with a directional which is a safety hazard as both have different handling characteristics, secondly after calling around her current tires are NOT discontinued in fact the firestone down the street can get them next day. Very unprofessional as putting the directional tire on her car prevents us from being able to properly rotate the other 3 that are still good not to mention it forces us to replace the tire on the other side if we want the vehicle to handle safely in wet conditions. Owner refused to admit that he lied about the tire being discontinued would not make it right. Shouldnt have to come to the store with my mother to insure she is dealt with honestly I dont recommend this place at all who knows what else they lie about? They put the well-being of my mom at risk just to make a few bucks ordering through their supplier. We will fix the tire ourselves as for this place I wont be sending any of my family back I suggest you do the same.

I had brought my vehicle in for suspension repair work and the work was done excellent very good service.

I bought tires from them about 18 months ago. From the very beginning the tires leaked air. I took the car in so the could check it. The put air in the tires and sent me in my way. I went back a few weeks later and they took the tires off and did “something” put them tires back on(without matching the sensor to the tire) put air in the tires and sent me off. I went there 5 times!!! They would not help me. I went to Firestone Complete Auto Care and within minutes they told me the brand new tires I bought had used valves in them and they were leaking! I will never use this place for anything again! The owner is a nice man...manager is an idiot!

Got out of work a little early on a Friday and called them for a decent amount of work. They were able to fit me in that day and I was able to get my car back. Chris is very professional and easy going. Highly recommend using them.

Went there to get wheel alignment. I get back in my car, now DRL light is on. Guy says I have a headlight out. $65 for bulbs, another $50 to change them both. I tell him no. I get back home after going to Murrays to replace the bulbs, only to find out someone unplugged my headlight! These guys are scam artists! DO NOT GO THERE!! My vehicle still steers funny. I dont think they did ANYTHING to it! Ripoff Artists!!!

They lied to my mother telling her that the tire she needed was discontinued but they could help her get a similar one. The tire is not discontinued and the tire they put on was wrong. They refused to admit any fault or to try and fix it. Do not trust this place!!! I wish I would I have read more reviews before we decided to go here.

I took my vehicle in this morning to have bulbs on driver’s side headlight & passenger side brake light replaced. When I brought the vehicle there, I was able to open the drivers side door without any issue. After I took the vehicle back and came home, I attempted to get out of the vehicle and at that time noticed whoever had handled my vehicle had damaged inner door handle. I took my wife with me back to this location, and the owner/manager had the nerve to lie to my face that they did not damage my vehicle.Unfortunately, I cannot give anything less than 1 star.

They charge $90 for a five minute diagnostic and their labor prices are too high. Their work and service people rate a five star but you can get the same at other places for less. They need to evaluate their pricing.

Went here last week to get a valve stem replaced. They found more damage to the tire and said they couldnt help me but no charge. Sweet, no big deal, I ordered a new set of wheels and figured Id give them a call to see if they were able to mount them. They were so kind and helpful the first time around. $20 a tire to balance and mount, very reasonable. Called back again because my new wheels were already balanced, just to double check price. By the end of the call the tech on the phone was screaming profanities at me about how they dont mount my size tires(even though they clearly dismounted and remounted for the stem and tire damage). Some of the service techs here are super kind and helpful. Some of them scream and curse you out on the phone. Use at your own risk.

We have gone here for 25 years. They are truly excellent at what they do. They have diagnosed difficult issues, and they always do a great job fixing these issues. They also back what they do. I would never go anywhere else. The prices are great and the work is excellent. In addition....they are great guys who are super friendly and professional. Recently, one of my sons had an issue with a car many miles away....didnt matter....we still got that car into Metro 25 in Livonia because we know we can trust them for great service at an excellent price! Thank you Metro 25 for all these years of great service!

I really like this place! Fair prices and willing to work with your budget. Total time for walking in the door, having 4 new shocks installed, tire repair, and alignment in under 2 hours... perfect! Even offered free pizza for lunch. I wont be waiting for hours at Belle Tire anymore.

DO NOT GO HERE!! Got an oil change and one of the guys said it was cheaper than I was quoted for all synthetic oil. The owner said no its synthetic to the mechanic...I shouldve just left. I stayed and allegedly got full synthetic oil, needless to say, my car, 2019 spark, now has a check engine light on and the Metro 25 clerk said to check the engine diagnostics costs 98 dollars...when its free to check at AutoZone. No sympathy, no offer to help, just another a-hole business out to gouge the customer to get more services out of them.

Horrible, they give extremely high prices to African Americans, not friendly at all, comes across as if they dont care for blacks. We will never go again, nor I recommend this place. The manager is horrible.

$40.00 Oil change a little much

Awesome place to go! Vacation bound I took my family vehicle in for some new tires before we hit the road. When tires were being changed I noticed one of the guys walking around my truck doing a check of everything WITHOUT me even having to ask. I never told them I was a Mechanic to see if they do what most shops do and just try to up sell and sell people things they dont need. The sales guy Chris asked me to come out and see how low my brakes were and to my amazement they were almost grinding. My family was ready and waiting for me to get home to leave for Vacation and I had no time to do the brakes at home. Chris tells me he can have it all done in under 2 hours. Im thinking its going to be more like 3 hours I give him the ok he has my truck all done with Front brake pads, front brake rotors, 4 tires and an Alignment just over an hour from me telling him to do it. I had to give this store a shout out for being great on price and very fast service. Thanks guys.

This place has tough competition. Bell Tire, Discount Tire, Goodyear and Sears all within a city block. Their prices are competitive, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful and most importantly, I was in and out of there in no time.Bottom lineI would recommend this place to anyone. I was able to get two tires and a front end alignment in roughly an hour. Chris the manager was very helpful! One piece of advice, if you call for a quote and are planning to get road hazard coverage, make sure to ask for it up front so its included in your quote.

Waited 4 hours for correct diagnosis after they incorrectly told me my engine was blown, they called someone on the phone who correctly diagnosed timing belt. They quoted me a $795.00 price for belt without a water pump and when I said I would take it somewhere else an employee told me I was crazy, that the other shop didnt know how much work was involved. This coming from the same guy that told me he determined the engine was gone. I had my car towed to another shop and had the timing belt, water pump, seals and both serpentine belts changed for $510. When I reviewed my service on the owners site there was no apology given for the initial misdiagnosis or for the way his employee spoke to me when I left the shop. Make sure you check pricing at other shops before you let these folks complete repair work other than tires or basic oil changes.

I stopped in this afternoon with a leaky tire needing to be plugged. I had stopped first at a big name tire store just up the road and was told they couldnt get to it today. I pulled in to Metro 25 Firestone, was immediately helped and was back on the road in fifteen minutes. Both Chris the technician and the manager were friendly and helpful. I need four new tires for my pickup truck and will be returning here in the next few days. You have earned my respect as well as my business. Thank you.

They should take note from the Discount Tire down the street and provide free tire repair. $26(!) to remove a nail from my tire and plug it!! Will be going to Discount for further repairs when needed.

Have some spark plugs and spark plug wires put in my car they use cheap spark plug wires and they did gap my spark plugs right had to take it to a dealership to pay and have it done right
