They were by no means cheap and they found additional work that needed to be done and paid for. They postponed giving me my car because they did not meet their own quality and had to redo some paint work. I appreciate that. But ~2 months after the work was completed a trim piece that should not be up popped up. I have tried for the last month to call them but they will not answer their phone or return my calls. I will catch them and they will fix it!

Took my 2003 TJ Wrangler there from an accident. Had a lot of work done on it, it was a great experience. They contacted me regularly. I was extremely impressed with the service and will continue to go back!

Had my rear and front mounts replaced from here with very reasonable price. The staffs were nice and knowledgeable. I have been to many other auto repair shops and no other places can beat Marx Collision when it comes to the services and efficiency. The manager named Gary helped me out with many questions I had. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely will visit there again.

Unfortunately they dont mechanical or oil changes any more. They are strictly collision and body repair now.

The customer service was great! They are very knowledgeable and honest.I called on Saturday morning explaining that I had a warning light flashing and blinking about the oil pressure the night before. I was afraid to drive it but Gary assured me it would be fine if the light wasnt currently on and it was a short commute. He got my car in immediately and was able to fix the problem without costing me a ton of money.They worked on troubleshooting the easiest/cheapest potential problem by starting with an oil change (which I just had done previously by Meineke) and found that the viscosity of my oil was way to thin for the Audi A4 requirements. I really appreciate all of the attention to detail and time that the guy took on figuring out what was needed. He also was very helpful in discussing future preventive maintenance plans.I will definitely be back with both of my vehicles. I came here a couple years back to get some damage fixed on my door and quarter panels. Eventually I got new damage from other people hitting my car with their door. Upon review from the insurance estimator, they said cheap filler was used to fix previous damage (i.e. what was fixed here at Marx) and that they cant cover what was previously damaged. So the shop is not only fixing the new damage but also what wasnt adequately fixed in the first place here at Marx. I paid at least 2k at Marx to fix this damage so Im a little disappointed to say the least. The customer service was good though.

The staff is very knowledgeable and efficient. I had a insurance assessment and I had been to a few other shops but they never came outside to even look at the car. The staff at Marx came outside and inspected and gave feedback and once I dropped off the car they immediately called insurance while I was still there. Overall they were very knowledgeable and efficient with their work.

This is the best automotive repair place I’ve ever experienced!!! They were able to help me out in an emergency the other day. I had a flat tire the day after 8” of snow had fell. Even though they were closed, they opened to take care of me and sent me on my way! I love this place they go above and beyond what is necessary. And they do Great work! They are an excellent member of our community.

Best auto repair/collision shop I have ever encountered. I spoke with them on the phone first and described my problem. Even before seeing my vehicle, they were trying to save me money. Once my car was in the shop, the service was quick and exactly what was quoted on the phone. The environment was friendly and the waiting room was very clean and comfortable. If I ever need service again I will be going back to Marx.

My car was rear ended two weeks ago and I brought it to Marx for repair. The guys are fantastic. Very friendly and super professional. My car was restored as good as new and painted. Im extremely pleased with the work and I highly recommend this place of business.

This is one of the best collisions shops Ive been to. Not only do they do collision work they also do motor repair. Ive had my wifes Q50s repaired here with rear quarter damage repair as well as getting my Audi S5 serviced here (oil change etc). Give them a call and ask for Nick or Mark. Cool guys!

I tried servicing my AC with one of kits from the store- over-pressurized my system, so it stopped working, blew hot air, and was making noises. These guys took it in 10 minutes after I called, drained the system, made sure everything was working, refilled, and didn’t roll their eyes at me once! The service was way cheaper than everyone else around, and even gave me a generous military discount. I’m going here for all my automotive needs from now on!

Marx collision is the best collision Ive been to hands down. From friendly top notch service to minimal wait time, Ive never had a problem with the service I received here. Marx makes you comfortable waiting for your car. Marx has a lounge filled with comfortable chairs, flat screen tv, a plethora of magazines, and complementary coffee and drinks which makes the wait fly by! At Marx I get a personal relationship with the staff here, which I never got for the 5 years I was going to the dealership. To top it all off, Marxs prices are significantly cheaper than anywhere Ive been to (only $8.95 for an oil change!) I highly recommend Marx Collision
