Amazing Experience. Ive required the need of a bodyshop twice with my current car. First, when a tree branch fell on my car, and second when someone scraped my car in a parking lot. The first time I had my car repaired by my auto dealership where I purchased the vehicle. While the repairs were good, the service experience was definitely lacking. Poor communication, and slow service. The second time my insurance company recommended I use King Brothers, and WOW am I glad I did. Everything was just stellar. They communicated with me, my insurance company, and the car rental place in a timely and proactive way. Not only was the body repair great, but they gave my car back clean and detailed inside and out. And they had my car back to me in 3 business days. It looked practically new again. I could not recommend these guys highly enough. Use them, you wont regret it.

My truck was vandalized the windshield was cracked on the driver side mirror was broke off and the metal panel between the window and the mirror was damaged. Kings brothers did a outstanding job to my truck and good timing to and they also washed and detailed the truck after The repairs were done. They really put me at ease because my truck was vandalized and they were able to get the truck in the same day they have excellent customer service I highly recommend this collision shop for any work the prices are fair the people are friendly. I personally will never take my truck to any other collision shop but Kings brothers they are the best

Absolutely the best service! I was visiting Michigan to see my daughter. On the way up, I hit a truck tire on the interstate. I was a wreck since I was three hundred miles from home and was scheduled to be back at work on Monday. They did everything to get my car in quickly. I dropped my car off and was planning to fly home and fly back up when my car was ready. Nicole contacted me and shared with me that my insurance will pay for a rental and even shared all the info to quickly get that covered. The best thing of all was picking my car up that following Friday. It was beautiful. They not only fixed the front end, they detailed the entire car. The car looked like it was on display in a show room. Now, even two weeks later, it still looks great. My car is a 2018 430 convertible BMW, so it truly is my pride and joy. These folks exceeded my expectations and did a fabulous job. So, rest assured that if you have to have auto collision repair, you are in good hands!

Ive had multiple cars serviced here and the work is impeccable. They treat my cars like they are their own. My 96 Chevy pick up keeps getting better and better every time they touch up the factory paint. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Nice experience. Answered my questions, and gave good customer service, towards the issue at hand.

They gave us a $600 more expensive quote to get our car fixed. When they were going over everything that we so called needed, we asked them if they were sure that we needed all of that because we wanted to understand a little more. Instead of saying yes and telling us why we needed it, they did a condescending laugh and said yeah of course we’re professionals. To us, that seemed very rude and we will most definitely be going with a different company.

I had my 2014 charger repaired. The front end was damaged badly. They replaced and repainted my entire front end. The car looks beautiful but it was not perfect. The drivers side headlight was replaced but was not adjusted to match the passenger side headlight. The driver side headlight beam is noticeably shorter than the passenger side. Also my passenger side AC vent was not put back in the bracket of the dash board so it’s just hanging down.

Very professional. As if I were their only job. They had my car back to me before promised. And it looks as good as it did new. I highly recommend King brothers collision.

Their techs make a special soul to soul bond with every single injured vehicle that is lucky enough to make its way thought KBCs pearly gates. I heard from a friend that even God takes his holy rollin high flying automobile fleet to KBC for all thier body work. like a blessing for your car!

Amazing Quality, Great Prices, and Excellent Customer Service.The detail of the work they did is excellent. Let me tell you that I am a very tough customer with a great eye for detail. Both fenders were replaced and my bumper was fixed and repainted. On top of just doing a great job, they went an extra mile. Somehow they were able to remove two big globs of hardened tar on my hood and the painter clear coated it. It was not something they could charge my insurance company but it was still done because the painter wasnt comfortable with my dingy hood sticking out.If that wasnt enough, I had the audacity to point out that my hood had slightly more gap on one side than the other causing it to over hang the grill a little bit. Without any resistance they took the car back and straightened it out.I had the repairs quoted at Gerber, Service King, and a GM dealership. King Brothers was the cheapest. My car was also cleaned inside and out!

Amazing attention to detail. Had minor body work done on my van. They returned it to me spotless inside and out! Very professional! Highly recommend!

Poor attention to detail shows in the work they preformed. Hood was not bolted to hinge correctly causing it to shudder while driving. Headlight installed incorrectly. Plastic retaining clip to headlight broken causing headlight to move. Body molding installed incorrectly. Blending of paint looks terrible.I may chalk it up to simple mistakes if it were one or two small things. But this is multiple issues including terrible paint blending and improperly installed parts. Think about what your goal is in having body work done on your car before you go here. Do you want your car to look as if no repairs were ever done? I would not recommend this shop to my enemies.

Took my 1990 Honda in because the bumper was falling off since it was so rusty there was nothing for it to hold on to and it was hanging into the wheel well. They said theyd charge us $40.00 and when we went to pick up the car, they had drilled 2 holes in to the quarter panel (found some actual metal) and put in 2 bolts to hold the bumper in place and wouldnt charge us even though we offered to pay them somethingCant believe how nice and what an excellent job they did. All you see are two bolts on the outside.And then refused to take any money?? Who does that?. (yes I have an old rust bucket....it starts every time and everything works and good gas mileage too.....so I dont care what it looks like.....they saved it!)

I was rear ended and took my car here on a recommendation. It works because its very close to my work. Jeff and Susie were incredibly helpful!! They broke down the damage, gave me an estimate of cost and time, and helped me deal with the insurance company. They made sure to get me the best deal and were very timely.

I have had King Brothers, remove decals from a F350 work truck, Repair my wifes rotting fenders on her Mountaineer and I am dropping off a new Navigator to have 2 small dents bumped. Always great service and work completed on time.

The worst customer service EVER, extremely rude and has taken over 5 weeks now . When this place was suggested as the “fastest” to fix my car I should NOT have listened to that because I have now been out of a car for weeks— and when I asked when it would be done since it has been SO long I was suggested to “get rental coverage next time”.DO NOT RECOMMEND.
