Lupita is great at what she does! You can’t just trust anyone with your taxes, she takes the time to explain it to you in a way that helps you understand it. I would give her 10 stars if I could.Super recomendada, exelente servicio al cliente.Le diera 10 estrellas si pudiera.

The owner (lady) is very rude! She gets in your face and pressures you to do something you dont want to. She also charges for an income tax quote after saying quotes are free. I dont not recommend this place. Very disrespectful and misleading.

Worse customer service! My parents got into a huge mess with these people. My parents are always on time filing theyre taxes and they kept on receiving payment notices after they paid everything off. We called the IRS and it turned out that they received the taxes late in August when my parents had filed them back in February and thats why they kept receiving all these payment notices. We didnt even bother telling them anything anymore because they were rude about it saying they were busy and to call the IRS. No recomiendo este lugar para nada. Muy unprofessional
