This was the most professional service I have ever had. They took us in immediately ..so friendly..so efficient. We needed car insurance and they made the whole process fast and easy. I have gone through nightmares with these brokers. From my car totaled to not even covering my windshield. These brokers don’t care about you they just want your money. They over charge you as well. They’re called brokers for a reason because they will make you broker.

Ryan is extremelyy knowledgeable about the current covid regulations at the dmv and knew everything I needed to do and it made registering my vehicle as painless as possible .. Worst insurance company there is! Employees dont care about you. Theyre rude and not dependable whatsoever. Tried communicating with the office for two months prior to renewal. Kept saying weve got plenty of time, we wont know the price until the renewal. Never returned my phone calls and left me without insurance over the weekend. Never returned my phone calls thereafter.

Horrible experience. Im four months in to having least a new vehicle using lighthouse insurance as a broker and I am still trying to get my insurance squared away it has gone up in price twice because of the negligence of the office in Patchogue. first something was written wrong and the price had to go up because of false information. Second Ive been getting phone calls from a debt collector from my prior insurance company because lighthouse failed to confirm that my old insurance was canceled and now my prior insurance companies trying to get money from me for three months. and now my new company is threatening to cancel my insurance because of information that was not provided on proof of insurance of others in the household. I recommend finding somewhere else to go if you do not want to have 3 to 4 to 5 months worth of headaches when you think your insurance is all squared away. im still trying to figure out what Im paying them for
