Queenie is my girl!!!!! Shes never let me down when Ive taken an idea for her to do. Shes so nice as well and one thing I love is that she doesnt make the acrylics too thick but not too thin either where they break easy. For me its the perfect balance.

I have never had nail polish bubble, peel, and fall off my nail before. When i went in on a Sunday to get my nails done for my wedding on Monday. I was only able to afford a polish manicure but the technician spent the whole time complaining about the length of my nails and insisting that i get gel or acrylic. I assured her that i just need the polish for Monday and i could really care less if it lasts longer than that.I got my nails done about 2pm, 7am the next morning they were disgusting! I have been getting manicures or painting my own nails for years and i have never seen nail polish create huge air bubbles, peel, and fall off the nail without me picking at them. Within 24 hours of my manicure 4 fingers had no polish and the rest were barely hanging on.When i went back i spent the wait arguing with the manager who insisted it only happened because i didn’t get gel or acrylic and also continuously talked about how short my nails are. My nails aren’t even that short they are just to the tops of my fingers! Eventually they sent me to the same woman to fix my nails. She was very rude also insisting that it only happened because of not getting acrylic. By this point i was pretty irritated. I know polish doesn’t last, i know my nails are short but this DIDN’T EVEN LAST 24 HOURS! Her only response was about how french tips never last that long and its my fault. Luckily i didn’t have to pay but she did a terrible job at repainting them.

I have been going to Verona for all of my nail care (literally) since I was 6 years old. I am almost 25 now! This attests to the quality service they have provided for years.Ive had the pleasure of working closely with Annie and Hannah. These ladies are incredible! My dip manicures last for 4+ weeks after working with them. They also do amazing eyebrow waxes. Annie and Hannah pay very close attention to detail, and take the time to make sure all of my wants are addressed. Highly highly highly recommend visiting these two for a fantastic manicure!!

Too expensive for such a poor job and the nail lady literally slapped my hand several times saying to relax.. like uh I cant relax because you keep sleeping me and are giving off such angry crazy vibes. get my set refreshed twice a week for 15+ years and have never ever dealt with something like that ever.

Took my 10 year old daughter on her birthday to have a manicure and get her nails painted. They charged me 20 dollars and I could have done a better job. I also got a full set ask for the paint to look a certain way and they came up with every excuse why they couldn’t do it and also told me my picture of what I wanted was just shiny because of the lighting. They charged me 47 for mine. I’m really unhappy with what we got there. I went there because of the reviews, I will not be going back.

My mom and I have been going here for years, we have our go-to-girls (Hannah & Annie) that do an amazing job every time we go in! There’s many color options for any type of nail paint along with great ideas for nail art! We will be moving here soon to Elizabeth, CO. but will continue to make the drive to have beautiful nails done at Verona Nails!

Sooo disappointed. The owner Kim new I hadn’t been there for AtLeast 4 years as had moved out of the state. I was one of her & her husbands first customers when they were a no body over $ 30 years ago. She didn’t even come doesnt to us, and I spoke with her on phone telling her who I was & brought my daughter & sister. They didn’t offer any water, I asked pedicure girl 3 times to masssge my feet & id pay her xtra. She only did my calves. Seriously😡Than hail tack didn’t do what I wanted for nail design.They hv raised prices waaaay too high & service sucked. Soooo disappointed

DONT GO HERE. Not only did i wait an hour after my appointment but the manger hurt my finger drilling off my nails when not asked. My nails look nothing like the pictures and for spending 80-120 everytime i go in this is not a good nail place.

I had a pedicure done I had to go in there many times and developed a horrible looking infection from unclean for improper services. I had a bad feeling about this one pedicure. A man did it who did not speak English and then a woman came by and I said my nail hurts and she took something that sliced underneath my nail after they had tried to cover up this dark area with some type of resin. I was in so much pain and I ended up having to have both of my toenails removed. They look horrible and they never grew back properly and I had gone to a very reputable doctor to have this done. I have never been to a pedicurist but I decided I would treat myself since I had started dating again well I have stopped dating until this is taken care of. I am so sad that I cannot wear sandals and then I cannot go barefoot at all anymore because I am so embarrassed of the way they look. I thought this was a reputable swan and all they did was cover up the situation and then, my toenails had to be removed. I cannot tell you what this is done to my self-esteem and I have stop dating because I can’t even take my socks off. I’m so sad that I ever went ever ever had my nails done. I think your nails were fine but put your feet in that water because bacteria that can be in there and also The instruments that she used to slice my nail. I never write bad reviews I never even write reviews, RARELY! So saddened! 🥲🥲🥲🥲🥲

Not very happy.... I was pressured intogetting shellac by multiple people multiple times, and after declining the offer from my nail tech for the 3rd time I noticed a change in service and demeanor. She was very rushed and didn’t seem to care about my nails. They did a great job on my mom’s nails, but I’ve been continuously disappointed with the effort of the tech I end up with...Paint didn’t extend to sides of nails, and uneven paint job as well.... I plan on returning for my next set, and hopefully can leave a more positive review in the future.

I got the deluxe pedicure and it was amazing except online said it came with a paraffin wax dip but when I got there they said it didnt pretty disappointed.

Lisa did a pedicure on me and it was awesome. Chris always does my moms nails, and always knows how she like her nails done. She has never disappointed her. They always turn out beautifully even if I have to have someone different do them. We do acrylic on top of our nails and do shellac. The quality of the nails products that they use at Verona is top notch. My mom and I have not ever had any problems. We would highly recommend Verona Nail Spa to anyone. I have had my nails done in other states and had problems.

Pros: nails were cheap, part that of nails that is painted looks good.Cons: technician made 3 of my cuticles bleed significantly, nails look like they are already 10 days grown out (didnt paint down to the nail bed), technician had very poor english and filed my nails in the opposite way I asked.

I am visiting from Florida and Queenie was my nail tech, she is super sweet, does a fantastic job and is very attentive!! I highly recommend Verona and go see Queenie for excellent work.

OMG Ive never written a review before let alone visited a nail salon but you have to go Verona Nails & Spa just to experience the best service and hospitality than you ever expected. I went with my mother and while I was waiting on her I decided on a pedicure and manicure. Queenie was the one who did her magic. Not only did she clip my nails and hold the best conversation she also gave me a foot rub and hand massage which was the icing on the cake. Being on my feet most of the day for work, Queenie made my feet feel like they were in heaven. What an unexpected treat for sure. If you ever go into Verona ask for Queenie she will also give you one of the best nail experience ever. Definitely worth the extra tip and another trip.

I hadn’t gone to get my nails done since the pandemic, but was given a gift certificate from a friend who praised the salon for proper social distancing. Unfortunately, right when arriving they kept changing the prices of services, saying their services on the website and brochure were incorrect. They then tried to sit me next to a complete stranger. (We were not even an arms length apart).In attempt to be kind, and safe I asked if I could sit next to my sister who I had came with. She said that they couldn’t accommodate that, so my sister switched spots with me. In attempt to still make the best of the situation I tried talking with my technician, unfortunately to receive a conversation where she continually put me down. She was extremely condescending and rude, and I felt like I had to defend myself and my beliefs the whole time, when I was there to relax. I had brought $20 to tip in an effort support the salon during this time, but after being treated so poorly I just tipped $5 and decided to throw away the rest of my gift card. I was so upset With my overpriced experience I would have asked to speak to the manager, but unfortunately she said she was in charge of managing a bunch of the salons in the area.However, my sister’s nail technician was extremely kind and wonderful. If you do decide to go here make sure you show them the prices on the website and they stick to them.

This is a very nice, clean & well organized nail salon. It is managed very well due to that reason it is properly structured. Everybody know what & how they need to do. My girl Kayla is the best. Even though it is pretty far from where i live, i still go there first because of Kayla, second because of the nice salon.

Ive never been to this place before last month! This was my 2nd appointment. My wife & I went there for my birthday. My fingers get really bad bc of my job, so my wife took me here to get them cleaned up. Its going to take time, but my fingers well start to feel & look better in time. We had a great time, great service, clean floors. If you like to get your nails done for a far price come here!

I called to get a pedicure they said come on in we can take you right away, from the min I walked In I was greeted by a very nice Lady who asked me what kind of pedicure I wanted and for me to pick out my polish they set me up right away with Ivy As I was talking to Ivy during my pedicure I expressed to her how I really would love to get my nails done again because I don’t have any and my hands just don’t look pretty but I always go to salons that do acrylic and for some reason I have become terrified of the drill you can say I have been burned more than once at other nail salons I told her I get such anxiety from it that I feel like I’m going to the dentist she suggested why don’t I try dip nails she said we do use the drill but not as much as we would if you get acrylic plus these are easier on your natural nails than acrylic so she did a dip manicure after I had my pedicure and they both came out beyond exceptional I will definitely be returning they are also very nice there every single one of their employees are very nice it’s a very relaxing spa

If I could give them zero stars I would the customer service was terrible. They charge extra just for shaping the nail. They screwed up the pedicure and wouldn’t fix it and blamed me for messing them up and threaten to call the police when I asked for a discount. After the lady fixed them and messed them up again.

I had both a shellac mani and a basic pedi. Love going there as it is a treat for me very relaxing and I always walk away happy! I really enjoy my manicurist Annie she does a really good job.

I have been going to this salon for a while, but hadnt in a few months just due to trying to save money. But my sister and I decided to go get our nails done before going on vacation. I dont know if management and/or rules have changed recently but the nail techs were just horrible. First he asked if me or my sister were re-doing our nails or just getting them done, I didnt have anything on my nails but my sister did and he told me that he wanted to take me instead of my sister because I would be faster. However after I sat down at the table he proceeded to take a 5 minute phone call. My sister was able to sit down at the tech next to me but then the two techs proceeded to laugh and make fun of how short both our nails were, like how rude! Then 3 or 4 times while he was doing my nails he stopped to text someone back or take a phone call on his cell phone... which besides the fact that he was in the middle of doing my nails, and Im sure a text can wait 20 minutes, it is so unsanitary! Overall it felt like he was rushing and not taking his time like other nail techs in the past have, then when he was done he said wait 5 minutes for it to dry then you can go and then he went and sat in the corner by the pedicure seats to play on his phone some more, so I watched the time on my phone and after 5 minutes I got up to go pay. At which time he frantically got up and practically yelled at me to come back, just to put some oil on my nails and then say ok now youre good and walk away. And then when I went up to pay the receptionist was on her phone and gave me the one minute finger while she was clearly just scrolling through social media. And thats not even the worst part, during my vacation, not even 3 days after getting my nails done they have all started to crack and/or chip and I literally was doing nothing but chilling on the beach or by the pool. My thumb got the worst of it, so thats the picture I attached (now about a week after getting them done) but almost every nail has a crack or chip somewhere on it. In the past Ive been able to type on a keyboard all day, shut my nails in doors on accident, lift weights, you name it, and they wouldnt even chip, Id only get them re-done after 3-4 weeks because of how much they had grown out. The quality of service and product has definitely gone way down. I will for sure be finding a new salon.

If someone has an appointment and the nail tech calls off for that day, the business should call the customers and let them know. This has happened multiple times where I show up and they tell me I have to reschedule. The owner is rude, to customers and the workers.

I have gone here a few times. Each time is getting worse. Most recently I was rushed through a dip manicure. When taking off the old color they drilled down through my natural nail and sent me out with nails that had several jagged edges that kept catching on everything. Additionally, the owner is rude and unprofessional. I will be looking for a new salon.

I have gone to Verona for over 3 years having manicures, pedicures and waxing done on a regular basis. I was recently treated disrespectful by the male owner and will no longer have any services done at Verona. Anthony Vince has won my business. The Tech I used at Verona is Hannah and absolutely love her but the owner has zero interest in customer service/satisfaction.

When they are busy, they are polite but do their best to provide service as quickly as possible and get you out the door. When slow, they take their time and are thorough. Super popular place. Never had a bad pedicure here. Staff is always friendly.

Poor attention to detail. They are very rushed to accommodate more clients. Nails came out poorly. I was cut multiple times with the nail file. Shape of nails are uneven and lumpy. I won’t be returning.

I really appreciate how I am always welcomed by name when I enter the salon even though I go infrequently - kudos, indeed! Only went today to get my eyebrows waxed but would have appreciated being told who the young woman was who did the procedure without having to ask her name. She was very thorough and even trimmed my eyebrows afterwards which I had never had done before. Will definitely be back and ask for Ivy next time.

I love coming here when I want to be pampered. The environment is not like many tiny nail salons. This is large and beautifully decorated. Their massage pedicure chairs are new and I could sit and sleep in them all day! I have always had great service from them. I’ve been coming here for over 29 years (when they were Lee nails— same owners just bigger and better space)

I have not been out for months since covid was afraid to go anywhere but it was time i must to go :D, verona made me feel verry comfortable with the process of my nails and pedicure. the techs wipe down the tables and chair before i sit down. and the pedicure chairs was clean after i left. my sasquatch foot feel brand new!

Stephanie and Tracy are great. The owner is horrible and treats his staff and customers poorly. He stands outside smoking and comes in smelling bad, doesnt wear his mask, and does nothing to take care of his customers when there is an issue not does he try to listen.

This is by far my favorite salon. The decor inside is absolutely gorgeous, and it really feels like you’re in Verona! The nail artists take measures to ensure cleanliness, the staff is friendly, wait time is little to none, and my nails have always looked great! They now include a yummy smelling lotion with your pedicure (green tea, lavender, or orange I think)! I always get my nails shellacked and people ask me if they’re acrylic, when they’re actually just my real nails. Definitely try this place, they’ve really upgraded it to make it luxury.

This is the only nail place in a Littleton that I trust will do a great job! The staff is very friendly and the prices are very reasonable. I ask for RICHARD every single time. He always makes my acrylics the perfect shape and they are never too thick (which is a problem I’ve had with many other nail salons). Dee and Annie have also done my nails before and I’ve never been disappointed with their work. Great place to go!! And once you build up customer appreciation points, you get major discounts!

Today I got a black and grey ombre dip with a stiletto shape and Jacqueline did an amazing job! I even slammed my thumb in my car door last night and she took extra care of that nail and was very cautious about my comfort level. I love everyone in this salon and will always recommend it!
