Great place for a mani pedi. They were not rushed and did an EXCELLENT job! Highly recommend them!

This salon has the best staff! They are attentive and make it a really pleasant and fun experience. They make you feel welcomed and treat you like family. I love this place and the staff. 10/10. I plan to use them for my regular mani-pedi!!!

TERRIBLE I will never go back!! I went in for an acrylic fill and shellac polish, I came out with a wavy thumb nail and different shapes for each finger!! Six hours later my nail polish and acrylic started chipping off!!!! DO NOT GO THERE

WB nails is open for business! They do a fabulous job. I’ve been coming to them for over 10 years. They are always welcoming and have great massage chairs.

Have gone to several others locally, other places more expensive and quality not any better than WB. Although I take my own polish off before going because one time my nails were soaked in acetone and they pealed like wet paper and were that way for a couple months. My shellac looks good for weeks, only have to redo it when nails have grown out. Nancy and Tina are the best, others are great too, just don’t know their names. And if you do have a problem they fixit free of charge even though it’s not their fault. Would highly recommend.

Amazing experience ! I’ve used them several times in the past for pedicures and they’ve always done a great job. I’m a chronic nail biter which is why I hadn’t tried their acrylic nail service until today - I have an interview tomorrow so have to hide the bad habit ;-)My fingers are super sensitive because of the frequent biting and they put on gorgeous acrylic nails that look natural and were so gentle when applying them, I didn’t even feel it! Not to mention great prices ! Definitely recommend and would give 10 stars if I could.

Went here on 5/13/17 for the first time. I didnt realize it, but I called a few minutes before they closed and the girls were so incredibly nice as they stayed open past 7 pm just to accommodate me. Got a shellac pedicure and was super happy with the end results. Very reasonable prices as well. Ill definitely be back!

HORRIBLE - took the lady 2 hours to do a straight line design on my nails, she kept wiping them off and starting over. The lines were still crooked when she was done. Then she put little crystals on them when they were wet so the edges of the nails she pushed out so the edges were all jagged. During the acrylic process, they use a different kind of pink powder she told me & 2 of my nails started to BURN like hell after they had already hardened, I told her my nails were burning up and she was like oh! & ran over to get some alcohol & poured it on the 2 nails to stop the burning!! I asked for a coffin shape, most of them ended up to be rounded.. They were about double the length that i like.. I had to go to a different nail place the next day to fix them bc i couldn’t even type at my office job.. The lady at the other place felt so bad she only charged me $10 to cut them down, reshape all of them, & top coat on them all..

I dont understand the bad reviews. My mom and I have been coming here for years and we love it! Tina is so friendly and always accommodates us when we need both our pedicures and manicures (acrylics for me, shellac for my mom) done at the same time. Henry, who does acrylics, has always done an amazing job at making sure my nails are as short as I like them and making them look fabulous. One recommendation to those complaining about him hurting them, SPEAK UP and hell be very sensitive. My cuticles are very delicate and he always ensures he doesnt hurt me. Thank you to the staff at WB, you all rock! :)

I got a shellac manicureand it chipped the next day! They happily retouched it and even put a too coat on all other fingers,within a week it chipped again! Something is wrong with their shellac polish although the staff is nice! My friends pedicure with regular polish outlasted mine. Avoid!

The design wasn’t very good, and the shellac was starting to chip on my nails the day after.I went with my friends and we all had the same experience...not very good.

I never leave reviews but dang, this place is not good. The staff was super friendly(at first) but my nails got done horribly. I got the pink and white. Its hasnt even been a week and 2 nails are cracked and one broke. They also look like they are about to pop off. Definitely not worth 38 dollars. I accidentally tipped the man only 2 dollars so I went back to give him more of a tip once I realized my mistake and one of the ladies yelled at me saying you only left 2 dollars! Even after I went back apologizing for my mistake!

Pedi was great. The employees are really nice. I dont think I would get my nails done there again. I just got them done and they look like I have had them done for a couple weeks. Poor quality in acrylic nails

What an awful place. They claim shellac when in reality its cheap imitation gel. Real shellac takes an hour and precise timing. This guy was rough with my nails, kept grabbing my hand, digging his fingernails in my nail beds when he messed up. Then when I asked him to be more gentle, he talked/complained to his friends there and of course I couldnt understand. Not sure why I tried a cheap place like this and for sure wont again. Spend the extra and get a true shellac and a great experience down the street at the Nest Nail Spa on Union.

No, no, no. I read the reviews and still gave them the benefit of the doubt. So disappointed and I am so not picky. The lady was super nice but she did a horrible job. I took the polish off about 45 mins after I got the mani. There is still a lot of cuticle where they should be after a mani.

I tried to be loyal to this place but the man who does the acrylics rushes and they look lumpy and sloppy. The women who work here are nice but thats the only positive

Last Saturday, I went to this salon to have my gel nails taken off because of I was having surgery on Monday. They soaked my hands in acetone, then used a grinder on them. They never completely removed the gel mails, now my nails are a total mess. I will never go back!
