Lynn does a truly wonderful job! I havent had a set this nice in a very long time! I had the great pleasure of getting a dip manicure today with Lynn. She was very gentle and precise with the use of her files. My nails came out so smooth and even. Lynn is also friendly and made for great conversation. I was so comfortable sitting with her and chatting! I most definitely look forward to getting my nails done by her again!

Nice people and very relaxing place. I came here to get a pedicure and I had a grown nail that was growing into my skin and on the side it was purple it had been hurting for a while and I ask the lady to cut it short so it wouldn’t hurt that bad. Then when she was doing my nails she couldn’t get inside it so she proceeded to say just put Vaseline on it when you get home like I did not just pay 30 dollars for her to not remove it and tell me to put Vaseline on it. Overall she did good on trimming and cutting the cuticle and massaging my leg, but nail polish was old and she didnt cut the side of the out grown nail so it still hurts and is the same.

Sloppy job. Manicure didn’t buff nails nails uneven done in less than 12 minutes polish on fingers. Terrible job. Deluxe pedicure not worth it either sloppy never buff nails either and dry ruff skin still on feet. Certainly not deluxe. Don’t waste your money here.

Walked out very unhappy with my rebase. I paid $60 for something that looks like a toddler did it. The nails are thin, flat and narrow, the polish design isnt great either. For this kind of money I definitely expect better. Its safe to say next time Ill wait for other nail tech to have an opening. Not gonna return.

Beautiful and calming space! I was offered water upon my arrival and Tina was phenomenal!!! She payed such attention to detail and made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. My pedicure was beautiful and Tina did not rush through it. I called ahead and was able to get an appointment 15 minutes later- I will be returning! Thanks for making me feel so relaxed!

Ann is one of the best nail techs ever. No one else gets my business. Drive 30 min to get them done and always done right. Love that lady.

Second time getting my full set of nails at this salon. They were very busy when I walked in. After I waited for 10 minutes, I got my new set polished. The lady that did my nails was very nice. She offered me a bottle of water and focused on my nails. They turned out perfect. She was able to put three coats of gel polish but my nails still looked really natural. I love my nails so so much.

The deluxe pedi with the hot stone massage is seriously amazing. But they could do a better job with the polish application. I got a dip mani and my nails are kind of lumpy in places

Salon was quite busy when I went in. All employees were very hard working as they took time on my nails and did the neatest job on my gel polish. I loved the shape of my nails and the gel color really shines and pops out. I love my nails so much!!

This salon is the best salon that I had never gone. I go there a lot and they have best service. All the girls there are nice and patient even I don’t speak very good English. They always have smiles on their faces. I feel so relax and have best experience there.

My mother and I came for the first time! We were really impressed with the brand new pedicure chair here. The Royal manicure and pedicure was amazing! My mom and I had an amazing experience and we’ll be coming back soon!

I’ve been going to Ann (with short hair) for almost 4 years now.I’m an incredibly picky person and have never had a bad experience. She is thorough and does a fantastic job!Can’t speak of the other technicians but I know I will continue going to Ann for years to come!!!

I highly recommend this place! The facility is clean and accommodates a lot of people, and the service is always great. I see Ann for the dipping powder and she does a wonderful job - doesnt make them too thick, checks to make sure the buffing doesnt hurt me, and they always turn out perfectly. Make an appointment if youre going in the evenings or on the weekends, but otherwise you can generally walk right in and get helped.

I love this place. Im always happy when Im in Happy Nails. Such a great experience!!! They was really nice and always taking care of me like offering a bottle of water and adjust my massage chair.

I am from out of town and just randomly stopped by Happy Nails & Spa to have my manicure and pedicure and Lee has helped me with both. I was so relax and enjoyed the services here and so happy with my manicure and pedicure.

I would give a negative if possible. Came in with a bridal party we all left with nails lumpy & crooked. Was asked MULTIPLE times if one of the ladies in our party wanted her eyebrows waxed after being told no every time, we were followed out the door still being asked. I asked for a nude pink nail polish that they said they had, left with see through nails. The poor bride to be asked for a French tip & left with nail polish that was incredibly uneven. We all left feeling incredibly rushed & way over charged. Do not recommend

They were very friendly and did a great job on my nails. I took my 6-year-old daughter and they took extra special care of her...painted flowers on a few of her nails and were so sweet to her even though she was a little squirmy. I highly recommend Happy Nails!

I have had probably 35 pedicures here over the past 4 years and have always been happy with the level of service received. Today, I felt like I set $25 on fire. In fact, I did not tip at all and I have never not tipped. I was pawned off from one employee to another and while I received the basic pedicure, he did not trim my cuticles and he almost used a pumice stone. I feel like I spent $25 to have my toenails painted. It was not relaxing at all. This may be enough for me to never return.

This may be the worst manicure/pedicure I have had. I felt rushed and there was NO reason as the salon was empty and staff was waiting for something to do. they did my shellac manicure while doing my pedicure so that it was not relaxing at ALL as I crossed one arm across my chest where I had recently experienced surgery. The manicure was sloppy, with polish extending onto the skin. When I went to pay, the posted prices were not only inaccurate, but without telling me in advance they split the services, so there was no mani/pedi deal since I had opted to add shellac to my fingers. I have never experienced this, only paid the difference on the mani/pedi deal for adding shellac. I have been considering writing a review, but what sent me over the top was the shellac manicure did not even last a full week.

Thought this place was very nice. Came with my mom and cousin for gel manicure and pedicures. My cousin and I had our pedicures done quickly and were brought to get our manicures. While getting my pedicure the man who did it was very rough.By the time my cousin and I had finished our manicures my mom was still sitting in the car waiting to get her old polish removed. She had sat there for an hour with her feet soaking in water while the man went on break.Because we waited so long it wasn’t hard to notice that the man did not clean the pedicure bath nor the tools. The man used the towel her bare feet were on. Wiped the inside of the tub and then wiped his bucket of supplies. Disgusting.Another person came to help my mom get finished. Waste of money. Spent 70+ per person. Not coming again.

Came with a friend and her mom who has had good pedicures here. Ended up being not very happy - first off, the nail tech was on her phone basically the ENTIRE time. It was to the point, that when I tried to remind her to do French tips, she must not of heard because there was no response and my nails are fully covered. As I was leaving, I debated leaving a tip, but felt bad so I did - later saw that there are areas of my nail that have no color - some nails are streaky, some have bubbles, and some are not shaped well. Overall bad experience - I would probably only go back for a refund!

I read all the review before coming this salon. The staff here was very good at pampering customers, and they did a great great job too.I tried Manicure and Pedicure and felt really satisfied with the way the technicians serve their customers.Definitely come back here soon to try many other services.

I got my first full set today with white powder recommended by the nail tech and i’m so happy with how it came out. i was scared going in but it was a very comfortable experience. i love how my nails look and ill be sure to come back again.

I went to Happy Nail to get a full manicure and eye brow wax. Another employee took over my manicure half way through. She appeared very angry that the original employees shift was over. She painted my nails as fast as she could and she was not gentle when she waxed my eyebrows. Nor did she take her time. She did not use twizzers and she left part of the wax in my eyebrows. My eyebrows were uneven. I was very disappointed. I will never go back to this place.

This was the BEST experience I’ve ever had at a salon, and I’ve been around, I love love love how my set of nails came out . No one has EVER done them this well in my life . 12/10 definitely found my new place !

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!!I went there for acrylic nails and right away they were rushing me and they were rude. The women that did my nails was on the phone calling someone the whole time I was getting my nails done, with her headphones in. She put one of my acrylic nails on super crooked. And another one of my nails was cut crooked. Not only did she cut them wrong but she cut them with KITCHEN SCISSORS. Next, she was using the electric nail filer and burned me skin to where I was bleeding. Lastly, they wouldnt let me stay for my nails to dry and kicked me out. I went back the next day and all they said is they could repaint them. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

They have really great customer service I always come here to get my nails done, and they always do a great job on them the nail technicians are really sweet and friendly, I recommend that you come here to get your nails done.

Mike! Mike! Mike! Remember that name. He is the worst nail tech there. Plus hes rude if he actually talks to you. Ive gotten stuck with him 5 times now and every time its been bad. Nails lifted that same evening. Uneven. Poor quality. Both the Anns are good though. The others are a hit or miss depending how they are feeling that day and if they are focused. Sometimes it feels like you have to remind them to actually do their jobs. They are so into their conversations that you have to keep saying excuse me to talk about the nails they are working on.

This is my go-to nail salon. I’ve been going here for years and have had many of the ladies do my nails. They are extremely friendly and Ann (short hair) always does a fantastic job with my shellac manicures. They end up lasting 3-4 weeks because she is so meticulous. She did my nails (mani and pedi) for my wedding because I wouldn’t trust anyone else!They also have competitive prices and will always charge a little less if you pay cash.

Do NOT let them talk you into waxing your eyebrows or anything else! She took half of my eyebrow off on each side and it was not even. One side is shorter than the other when I mean she took my eyebrow off I really mean it. I have two stubs where there once were two eyebrows. I should have known something was up when she didnt even show me a mirror when she was done. It was pretty suspect but I was in a hurry so I paid even gave her a tip and got in my car and WOW red bumpy skin where there once were eyebrows. They try to talk you into everything under the sun and saying no once is not good enough you have to say no again and again. DO NOT GO THERE FOR A WAX OF ANY SORT. I had my nails done and it was okay but I am used to better service at my regular nail shop. I will not be going back there! There was no use in going back in to talk to them about my eyebrows because I know how these nail shops are they will try to give you a discount to come back next time knowing full well you wont come back so I saved my breath and blood pressure from a conversation with these people.

Absolutly horrible experience! By far the WORST pedicure I have ever recieved! I could have painted my toes better at home ! Staff was rude and did not engage in conversation at all. My nails were left jagged and caked on with nail polish that looks horrible. If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT GO HERE!

This is a terrible place to get your eyebrows done, she was rushing and took off half of my eyebrows and I asked her to fix them and she said they looked fine. One was bigger than the other one and they did not look even, never again will I come to this terrible nail salon.

I came in just wanting a basic pedicure. The second I sit down the lady try’s up selling me. I agree to the next level spa pedicure for $3 more. Then the girl asks if i want parafin wax, no thanks, eyebrows waxed, no thanks, sugar scrub, no thanks, manicure, no thanks I just wanted a pedicure and to relax. I had to tell her like 6 times no thanks on whatever she was trying to sell me. Well what I got was a foot wash and my toes painted,the whole thing took about 15 mins. I would hate to see how little less they do for their “basic” pedicure. Then when she goes to paint my toes it turns out the very basic color I picked was $3 extra. So I said okay just give me a color that’s included for this $30 pedicure. This was ridiculous, the place I go to by my office it’s $22 and last about 45 mins any color included and they never try to push more services on me. I will not be back.

Posted hours online and on the front of the store says 7pm - if you show up at 6pm on Friday for a pedicure everyone left already and the one guy in the shop wont help and tells you to come back tomorrow. Great customer service here

Super disappointed full maní pedi done in 25 minutes. My feet dont feel like I just had a pedicure they feel like I just had a shower. Polish short. In too much of a hurry.

She didnt put a base coat or a top coat on my nails - nail basic 101!! She also didnt offer to help me get my shoes back on. Most likely will not go back.

I love the staff at Happy Nails! They are always very friendly and happy. I go there every two weeks on a friday during my lunch break and I get a gel mani by Kacey. She is so sweet, we have built a good friendship and I look forward to going there and chatting with her. My gel mani always lasts two weeks and if for some reason it does chip, Kacey always tells me to come back in and she will fix it for me no charge. I love that! Her station and tools are always clean and when you walk in she greets me by my first name and offers me a bottled water. The owner at Happy Nails always thanks me for coming in and makes me feel welcomed. I feel Happy Nails is #1 nail salon in CO!

This spa was horrible and unclean. First of all they scrubbed my friends toe RAW during a pedicure, she kept complaining to the tech that it hurt but the tech kept scrubbing. Secondly the nail file the tech used on my manicure was old and dirty. When I asked her to use a new one she refused and just kept on filing. I should have gotten up and left. I will NEVER go back.She charged me 3$ extra for a polish that supposedly lasted longer but it had chipped on 3 fingers only 2 days later. Absolute waste of money.

I live right across the street from this spa, and several friends like it here so I really wanted to like it, but after several bad experiences, I will NOT be back. The last pedicure was VERY sloppy and lasted LESS than a week!! which they then blamed on me (I am active...hike and run). I have never noticed them cleaning/disinfecting the tubs between customers (I hope they do); and the implements do not look like they are disinfected....the last pedicure I had here, I actually watched the woman drop the cuticle nipper on the floor, pick it up and keep working. No one speaks very good English here...I often had trouble getting them to understand what I needed or wanted. They always pressure you to upgrade services; and they do the manicure and pedicure at the same time with two different people working on you so it may be efficient, but is not very relaxing. If you get a shellac manicure, they might pay closer attention to you, but for basic services, forget it...uneven shaping and rough edged nails that split or break within days and sloppy polish job that doesnt last.

Went in for a mani/pedi and the whole thing was bad! The techs were cutting the cuticles so aggressively that 3 of my fingers were bleeding. They upcharge $3 for polish they claim lasts 7-10 days longer as welll as $2 more to pay with credit card. My fingernail polish started chipping within 12 hours. It was so thick the tech kept adding thinner while painting. It was too expensive and took too long for a bad result. I would never go back and recommend against it!

They up-charge! $3 more for certain colors, so chose selectively. $2 more if you pay with a credit card. Oh, and the nail technician cut my toe when clipping and didnt give any sort of discount. It wasnt a very happy experience.

Terrible I went with my friend for a pedicure she got the worst pedicure ever in the end she paid 57 dollars for a really shitty job she was complaining they didnt do anything, I picked my nail color polish and just before to applicate that she said that I had to pay 3 dollars more because it was a long lasting nail polish in that point I say ok I did want to get up with my feet wet and choose another color, well that was 2 days ago and my nail polis is gone in 3 toes! Worse service ever, I really recommend you dont go I supposed to pay 25 and in the the bill just went up more than the double and I didnt even realize how!

This place needs to be closed down. Paid $45 for pedicure and the girl did a horrible job. 5 days later my heels are really rough. While removing the old shellac polish, she slipped off of the nail and jabbed her tool under my nail!!!!!!!

Worst experience ever! had a scheduled appointment with specific tech but she had just taken another customer. ended up having 3 techs work on my rebase non of which spoke English an had to keep having another tech over to translate. started out with a nail lifting an ended up with same nail lifting they did not listen an did not fix even though I specifically requested to fix it!! will never go back...
