Great, personalized service. Everyone there is friendly and attentive. They always welcome us by name. The foot and leg massages are the reason I wake up in the morning. My dip manicures last for two weeks easily, probably longer. I get so many compliments on my nails.

Set up an appointment a few days a go online. Very fast to verify my appointment. Came in sat right in the pedi chair. My tech was great. Wish I would have asked her name. So rude of me. I got white toes with crystals on my big toe. I already wasnt to sure of the bright color. But I love it. She did a great job. Love how she took her time and paid attention to the details.I also got a re base only reason I start getting my nails done in the first place. Being a mom and trying to grow out your natural nails just dont work out too good sometimes. Anywho love the way that tech kept my shape. A classic French tip is always the way to go.Mias customer service was beyond greatI say all this to say lol Ive found my place. Thank you ladys!

I called and the sweetest person answered and told me they were available for mani and pedi. She asked my name and remembered it when I walked in. Staff was great and facility was bright and welcoming. Also, none of upselling and pressure sometimes you get when you go somewhere new. Recommend to all .

I took my daughter here after an awful experience at a salon is highlands ranch. The owner and her staff were super friendly and the shop was clean and practicing social distancing very well. My daughter got a full set and my 4 year old got a manicure and pedicure. Everyone was amazing from start to finish. My girls had a wonderful time and I am so glad I found this place. Very reasonably priced and I am so glad I found my new place to give my girls a treat. Thank you for making our experience amazing!

This was my very first time getting my nails done at a nail salon, so I wasnt quite sure what to expect. The interior was clean, nicely decorated, and had a very relaxed atmosphere, overall. The owner and staff are all very friendly and the service there does not disappoint. I was very happy with my overall experience here. I will definitely refer friends over and Ill be coming back in the future!

Wow! Wow! Wow! Im LOVING everything about the salon now that its under new management and Mia is just the sweetest. She did a great job and was very fast. The place is much cleaner and TONS of colors to choose from.

Just went here today, first time going to a salon since March. Everything was very clean, everybody was wearing a mask, etc. so I felt super safe. I think it is under new management because I saw some new faces, and honestly everything was better than I remember. Highly recommend here now, I was super impressed and love my new nails!

Hands down my favorite place to get my nails done. The lady (I always forget her name - darn it) is so friendly and upbeat every single time Im there. Even their phone etiquette is outstanding. She acknowledges me by my name which is quite rare these days. That have a huge polish selection so I never have an issue finding one to match my mood that day. I dont have a go to person there but everyone seems to know what theyre doing and Ive never had an issue. Other than that I love love love this place!

This is my first review and I really felt like they deserved an amazing one. Their attention and customer service is amazing. The receptionist is very kind and even gives suggestions to some of the best products. The entire staff is very welcoming and the environment is really calm and relaxing. Really awesome nail salon with a super friendly staff. Their SNS manicure is really great and lasts forever! This salon is definitely my go-to. Always reliable. Doesnt smell chemically either. Creative doesnt have that typical nail-salon smell, which I appreciate so much!

Love this place! I don’t understand why people nit pick about one tiny imperfection when it is physically impossible to get perfect nails by yourself!For the price, this place does great work. Her work is superb...Im very picky about my nails and my gel manicures always look fabulous. During the summer, I get pedicures every other week, too. Van always does a great job.

Horrible customer service. They were extremely mean and rude to me. No wonder they had no customers in there on a Saturday morning/afternoon. I Walked in today and showed a picture of what I wanted and they literally said “ugh, aye aye aye” and refused to help me and made an excuse that they don’t have the color. It was a French manicure with gemstones on the ring finger. They made me feel unwelcome and they did not want my business. I can only believe that it is because I am white. The style I was asking for was not outrageous. I told them I will go somewhere else and they did not care at all. The next nail salon I went to, I showed the same picture and they said no problem, yes we do that and it is not difficult. DO NOT GO HERE, THEY ARE AWFUL AND RACIST. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Just had my granddaughters nails done and couldnt be more happy with the service and attention to detail. Yes she was talking to another employee in their language but it didnt distract her or takry away from the service she gave us. Definitely will go back and have already made plans for my daughter.

So I called and made an appointment with Lee today. The owner answered and set appointment. I arrived at 10:55 for an 11 oclock appointment. was greeted by another employee that told me Lee was no longer with them. So the owner lied to me to drum up business. She treats her employees horrible and I refuse to give her any business. After I left she continued to call my phone five times in fifteen minute span! Dont go here she ( the owner doesnt even know how to do nails) horrible business, horrible to employees, plus her staff has to give her part of their tip money! Good luck Lee you were the best she had!

Im giving this place 5 stars even though Ive only has one visit and it was opening day. Ill be sure to return to make sure it wasnt a fluke. LOL. The owner was great. Very personable and thorough. There was a good variety of colors to choose from for the gels polish and the regular polish was all OPI and Essie, I believe. The decor is nice and and the entire staff was friendly. This is within walking distance to my apartment so I will def be a repeat customer.

Ive tried so many nail salons but this has to be my absolute favorite. A lot of people say its pricey but I believe its pretty reasonable priced +most salons can be even more expensive than this. Worst experience ever! I told them I had only half hour. They said, no problem. After 48 minutes of the worst dip manicure I’d ever seen, and now I was late, I told them I needed to leave. I asked them how much to pay even though they weren’t done. They said full price. I refused. They began to scream uncontrollably. I then paid so I could leave because I was late. They even stood in the doorway. I’ve never seen anything like it! Disgusting place! The lines weren’t crisp, what a terrible job!!! Don’t go here!

This place was fantastic! Van and liLi were extremely polite and still playful when we cracked jokes. I barely do my nails because they usually arent done wtite but Lina made my nails beautiful and the exact shape I wanted. Van also did an amazing job on my sister and cousin. Will definitely be back!

I came to Creative Nails with my bridal party for some pre-wedding pampering and we were all instantly in love. The ambiance is instantly relaxing and comfortable with soothing music and the most comfy couches ever!We were all scheduled for mani-pedis and were instructed to pick out our colors. I chose a matte purple for my toesMy pedicure was the best Ive ever had!My manicure was just as fabulous. All of my bridesmaids had finished and there were other customers with appointments but I was never rushed. The manicurist took her time and did a wonderful jobI would highly recommend this place if you havent tried them yet.

The nail tec I had was amazing! Great service, clean ness, and wonderful customer service! I will definitely come back. I had this nail tec who was a great with combination and did a great work with my acrylic nails. She had a flower mask on.

Over all the work is pretty good. Its very uncomfortable to sit in the customer chair and not be able to understand why English is Nikki spoken during business hours. I dont know what is being said. So, I paid for what was done and left.

Since the change in staff, Creative nails is incredibly unorganized and unprofessional. I made several attempts to call and schedule an appointment but the phone was not answered. I did a walk-in and only one woman was working, in which i noticed her ignore the phone all together. She was on her cellphone however and only acknowledged me when she went to make a phone call to another technician to come in. I waited about 10 minutes before the nail tech finally arrived, she was frazzled and seemed irritated. I tried to be polite and tell her to take her time setting up but she insisted she start right away because she had an appointment after me. I could not believe how fast she was filing my nail with nail buffer and looking back i should have walked out at that moment, because what followed was one nail prepped and a severe cut on not only my finger but her hand as well. What a mess. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I waited for an hour to get my sns removed. And once I was finally in the chair it was rushed and sloppy leaving my natural nails in terrible condition. My nails would’ve been in better condition if I had removed the sns at home. I am very disappointed. And my nails will not stop cracking horizontally and it splitting. It is very uncomfortable.
