I’ve gone here a few times and left happy but not this time... Decided to step out of my comfort zone and get longer nails with a design for prom... I ended up paying WAY TOO MUCH for nails that quite frankly are laughable. From a far they’re fine but seriously for the price this is a joke. The first two photos are the ones I showed for reference and the second two are what I got.*update: they do not do refunds at all. They offered to try to fix but I didn’t trust that I would like them the second time around so now I’m down $64 with nails I hate.

I get the s&s they do an amazing job Jayden is such a perfectionist at what he does and. I love the fact that they are family owned everyone here can do nails Ive had my nails done by most of the staff and they all do an amazing job!

From reading these reviews, the owner does not know how to treat their customers. Especially with the response for Madison. If thats how you respond to criticism, this nail salon wont last much longer. Not only are you rude, but you are disrespectful. That response not only makes you look bad as a company; its embarrassing that this dump is still up and running. The customer is always right, and if you dont know that, then stop running a business. Ive been here, and its very uncomfortable. Everyone is very judgemental and rude. Theres better nail salons. This one is costly, and the nails dont last longer than a week. I havent personally had my nails done, but from friends and other people I know have gone here have always had a complaint. Its time you reevaluate your customer service and quality of product.

I just had my nails, manicure and pedicure, done in this shop. I searched for a place that offered designs as I was looking for something Hawaiian. We are going to Hawaii to celebrate our 30th anniversary next week. I called to make an appointment and told them I wanted a design. I also said I had an image I downloaded from their site that I liked. When I arrived, I showed them the design and the tech who did the original work in the picture acknowledged it. However, she wasnt the tech I was assigned to. The design was disappointing. It didnt match the image and I had the tech redo one finger that was smeared. I wasnt looking for an exact replica, but... The original artist saw the work and offered to redo. I had already been in the shop over 2 hours and couldnt afford to spend more time. The design was disappointing, but my main concern was not the artwork. It was and is the cuts on one of my big toes and on one of my fingers. They are both very sore now. I will not be going back. A frustrating, expensive, experience as we prepare for our special vacation celebration. I do not recommend. Sad🙁

Best spot for dip nails and they do it right! Huge color selection and very fast. Always call and make an appt if possible though- they get busy!

Been going here for almost 2 years and I’m never disappointed with my results 😊 All of the staff is awesome and the prices are reasonable. Kevin always introduces me to new nail trends and designs which makes getting my nails done fun! Highly recommend this place! Thank you for caring about your clients so much!

The entire staff here is wonderful but Kevin is my absolute favorite. He always does a wonderful job, my nails last 3-4 weeks and they look great the whole time

I used to love coming here and now I don’t. I got the sns and I loved the color and shape but not the length and when I was finished I noticed the length wasn’t what I had wanted and they said it was my fault. Worst costumer service I have ever had.

I had a complaint about how an employee treated me and the manager didn’t listen to me or try to make things right. So disappointing that the customer service here is so bad. I called back to tell the younger receptionist that I had been going there for 2 years and she didn’t believe me. How embarrassing to tell someone that they don’t believe them when this company has had my business for that long. I feel so degraded and embarrassed I wanted to make a google review as well.

My manicure is good and the girl who did my nails was very polite, but the male technician made me very uncomfortable. He was extremely combative and patronizing. He jumped into my conversation with my friend several times to tell us that what we were talking about was wrong and then attempted to debate with us.This was my first and last time at eXtreme Nails.

I havent had a manicure in about 7 years. Regular nail polish was too harsh on my thin nails and the one time I had acrylics it was absolutely horrible. My daughter recommended coming here and getting SNS since thats what she has been doing for about a year. I was skeptical but figured we could make it a fun mom daughter day while shes home from college. I cant stress enough how much I LOVE this manicure!! Kevin was incredibly nice (the whole staff was incredibly nice) and did such a fantastic job. Im never going anywhere else and im glad to be back in the fun nail world again!

Very impressed with their friendliness and cleanliness. If you havent tried SNS dip nails, I highly suggest it. Youll love it, so many gorgeous colors to choose from.

Very uncomfortable experience! I had a manicure and pedicure. I rarely have this done by a professional and will not return to this shop.During my pedicure I had the person taking care of me talking to a young man, in a foreign language, the entire time. Switched to the manicure and got pretty much the same treatment. (Anybody see the Seinfeld episode?) Anyway, felt unwelcome. Still tipped very well as all looked good and held up fine.I am not looking for counseling or any deep conversations but feeling welcome would have made a difference for me!!

Very busy, you must make an appointment. If you stop in to purchase a gift certificate or a bottle of nail polish expect to wait about 10-20 minutes!

Not a fan of “Amy Kim”. She seems highly manipulative and gives misinformation to upsell services. So go in knowing what you want before hand. Other than that everyone else in there is very sweet and the quality is good. Looooove the pedicures!

I have been doing my own nails at home for several years because I am usually disappointed in the quality of service I receive at nail salons but not anymore! It was a fluke that I stopped by here on a random Monday afternoon to get a pedicure and SNS manicure. Thanh gave me the best pedicure I have ever had in my life! Four weeks later the polish hasnt even chipped. My initial SNS manicure was nothing to write home about but shes not the one that did it. However, I have gone back and gotten an SNS manicure from her and it is excellent. I will no longer do my own nails at home.

Absolute waste of time and money. They cant do any decent nail art. Or french manicures. They took over an hour to do my nails.... a rebase!I even waited half an hr before they could get me in!!!There were 2 people there. Then they Charged me 55$ for a rebase and eyebrow wax.When I went back in they offered to fix one nail only or refund me $20. I took the $20 and left after she said I dont think u will ever be happy with our work. Then proceeded to blame the bubbles in my nails on my previous nail salon (funny they werent there before coming here!).I told them upfront that I was specific about my nails and looking for somewhere closer to home. (My other previous salon is now 30 miles away)The tech who did my nails was extremely rude. (I believe this lady is also the owner) When I asked her to redo an art work on my nail she literally rolled her eyes and exhaled sharply in protest. I left without ever getting the original two heart design I had wanted because she could not make a heart!
