I wanted to try a different nail salon..and I request ombre nails. Ben did exactly what I requested. He took his time and was polite. Place is nice and clean. Smells good too! 🥰I will definitely return as a frequent customer! I recommend this place because how the environment gives a nice warming welcome and because how amazing they service is! ❤️👍🏼💖
Ive been to this salon/spa a few times before and have always had a wonderful experience there.
I thought it was decent at first. Then about a week later, I kept feeling a burning sensation on my nails. I had to get them off because it wasnt going away and was continuing to get worse. When I took my nails off, (safely), and I found chemical burns on my nails. I also found that on several of my nails, the nails were so dead because of this that on one of my thumbs and 3 other fingers my literal nail is now half gone. I take good care of my nails and rarely get them done. Ive always been nervous of situations like this. On top of that, the person who did my nails didnt listen to me at all and went with whatever he wanted too. I will not be going back here
I appreciate their customer service.
Great service, clean, relaxing, and nice massage chairs to boot! Highly recommend.
Omg... what a great place to go, I am new to the area and they were the first place I called and got me in within the hour...the gentleman that took care of my pedicure and full set with matching color, was amazing and friendly!!! He did an excellent job and was thoughtful throughout my experience, asking my opinion along the way...the prices were competitive and I will definitely be recommending this salon to anyone... I will be returning for future visits and bringing friends!!!
Best place. Ben is awesome..
We had a group of 5 of us go in on Saturday. It was my first there but I will DEFINITELY be going back. Lynn did my pedicure and did such a superb job. We all had a really wonderful experience.
As always had an amazing experience. They are very very clean highly recommend!
I got gel nails and the wait was totally worth it
Wonderful clean professional job.
I have been coming here for years and am always pleased with the friendly and professional team, clean environment, calm atmosphere and consistent quality service. I will continue to recommend Sunrise Nails and Spa to family and friends.
Best place to get yoyr nails done. I take every precaution to keep you safe.
I just love this place and it will always be my go-to nail salon. Im a bit of a germ freak so I truly appreciate how clean this place is. Even before the pandemic, they took great care in their cleaning practices. Everything is in good condition and always looks clean and new. I love that they use disposable liners in the foot bath and all of their tools are in individual, sterilized packages. You can even see the autoclave that they use for sterilization. The staff that works there is just wonderful. Every body is friendly and personal. They tell me about good places to eat around town, or if Im tired and dont feel like chatting they are polite about letting me enjoy my pedicure in peaceful silence. Their prices are competitive and they really give top quality service. The devil is in the details and I just love that they massage my legs and slap the bottom of my feet after the sugar scrub. Ive only used their manicure services a few times but that was top quality as well. Give this place a try, you wont go anywhere else.
My nails turned out great. The environment is very soothing.Edit: super disappointed. I usually ask for the owner. He does a great job. But this time he wasnt there, so I got the girl in booth 4. My nails turned out awful. She left the red polish in in places and rebased over it. So now I have red blotches. When i asked for a specific paint job she laughed at it and refused to do it. The laughing really embarrassed me. I had to reshape myself because they were all different lengths. Id be surprised if she even had a license. She was sweet but maybe this wasnt her day. I still tipped hoping she improves.
I have been going here for 2 years now, and I love this place! I love this place so much I now book appointments ahead of time just to make sure my spot is saved for Nina/Tom to do my nails and Lyn to do my pedicures!!!! Highly recommended.
Love this place. The staff is always very friendly and professional. The salon itself is keep very clean and organized. All the tools they use for pedicures/manicures are bought out of sealed bags, including files and foot scrubbers and the pedicure bowls are bagged. So you know everything is properly clean and hasn’t been used on someone else. Finally an awesome nail salon in our local area!
This was great. Walked in on a Saturday. Waited maybe 10 minutes. My 9 year old daughter and I got manicures and pedicures. Their kids prices are very reasonable. We will be back!
Hands down worst pedicure Ive ever had. I think her file only hit my skin. It would help if she was looking at my feet and not around the salon. She didnt do anything for my cuticles but put the instrument on my nail or half a second. The massage was great, but thats not why Im here. I want my nails in great shape. Ugh. Fix this.
Always great service! Lovey nails and the shape.
My girlfriend and I went on a Sunday just before closing. Even though the ship was busy they treated us beautifully. The staff was professional, the shop was very clean and the service was excellent.
I love sunrise! They are nice people, always get me in ever if they are crazy busy and have great pricing.
Tom at Sunrise nails is amazing!! He takes pride in his job making sure you leave happy. I went in to get a rebase and a paid before I went to Vegas an he took the time to fix what another nail salon did, he took the time to explain what he was doing and how it would help my nails last longer. I am going back today after 3 weeks to get my nails redone even though they still look great I am ready to change the color (which EVERYONE loved and kept asking where I got it!)
They always do a great job! Ive been getting my nails done, every 3 weeks or so for 20yrs. I started coming here about 6 months ago, around the time the ownership changed. Ive never been disappointed. They always get me in & out quickly while doing a great job. Never hurt my fingers either & they are always very polite! I agree that, at times, the pricing has been misleading but always within reason also. Ive recommended them to several family & friends!!
Waited for 1/2 an hour just to get to the table and be told they couldnt do an almond cut french tip and a 4 leaf clover on my ring finger!! Never been before just noticed it leaving King Soopers one day. Ill say if they cant even do basic stuff I doubt itd be worth it anyway.
The salon was well kept and very nice, however, there were multiple problems with the nail treatments I received. I went in on a weekday evening - there was one other customer. I asked for a shellac manicure and polish pedicure. We began with the pedicure which they never soaked, worked on the calluses, or any of the typical pedicure items - they only painted the nails which I could have obviously done on my own. After this, I felt better about the shellac manicure, even though both were completed in approximately 30 minutes. I am now about a week in on the manicure, and there are significant marring to the manicure job, as well as many hang skins that I have had to work on. Sad to say, this is one of the worst nail jobs I have had. Wish it was better since my family has tended to have good times here.
Tom and Nina are both very nice and have a good salon. Friendly employees and I feel its a lot cleaner than other nail salons Ive been in. Very convenient for those living in Governors Ranch
I absolutely love coming here for all my nail. They do wonderful work
I visited Bella Nails while killing time in Littleton and had a shellac French manicure done. They were busy when I arrived, but I barely had a ten minute wait. The decor is great and relaxing, as is the overall atmosphere. I didnt use the pedicure chairs, but they looked amazing and comfortable. The nail tech was friendly and meticulous, and the staff was professional as a whole. I am very pleased with the end result and wish they were located closer to downtown! Ill definitely revisit.
They provide great service and do a wonderful job!
Great shellacs in general. They sterilize their nail implements every time, use an autoclave. Cant say Ive seen that at other salons. New owners are trying hard to make their salon a success. Give feedback if youre upset and they will remedy it.
Pedicures there are amazing. However, manicures are horrible. I needed a rebase and wanted something as simple as a French manicure. It’s so horrible I have to go somewhere to fix them today (got them done yesterday) and I had to ask her multiple times to fix them. Definitely a waste of money and lots of time.
I got a mani/pedi and my friend got shellac with extensions. My experience was great. Its been a long time since Ive gotten a pedicure and the lady that helped me was very helpful in explaining things to me. It was so relaxing and well needed. My manicure was perfectly how I wanted it. She kept my length and just painted the tips. Very simple and very cute!My friends experience wasnt what she had hoped for. She wanted stiletto nails with every other nail burgundy/black. After going back and forth, he did coffin nails for her. He kept telling her stilettos break easier and that coffin was the style now. He then tried to use regular paint and she had to stop him and tell him shes paying for shellac. Then they get her colors and as hes painting he tells her itd look better on just her ring finger.I know they were short staffed and getting busy but this guy was trying to hurry through this nail job. She just didnt fight with him and let him paint how he wanted to.I tipped $10 for both artists but when we walked out and she showed me her coffin nails, they just looked square and long.I definitely will go back but I wont be helped by that guy. I love their pricing and the overall appearance of the shop was amazing. My recommendation is if you go, and someone isnt doing your nails the way you want them done and try to argue with you, ask for someone else to finish them. And enjoy yourself!
I’ve got my nails done with Helen from Sunrise Nails for years! She’s now moved to Linda’s nails on Kipling and Alameda.
Wish they had a no starts option! Using dirty tools and extremely rude.. dont waste your money and dont risk getting an infection or worse.
Only has two pedicures here but both were excellent. Friendly technicians.
Absoute worst shellac job I have ever had! And I have been getting them done twice a month for 3-4 years. My nails were different shapes/uneven and I told the manicurist; she said no they werent and theyd be fine with polish. And she was clearly the owner or day manager. I had to come home and reshape my nails. Waited 20 minutes and found them rude. Would never go back.
Had nails done, pricing was misleading to begin with but then after telling her I just wanted a basic full set, she put glitter nail polish on my nails and charged me an extra 8 dollars for a NAIL DESIGN! Will never go back to this establishment again.
Absolutely horrible job. The pedicure was painful and sloppy. There was very little massage involved and the technician hurriedly tried to finish to the point of skipping steps.Save your money and time. And go to a better nail spa. This place is a rip off and totally sucks.
I DO NOT recrecommend this place, I asked for powder and they gave me polish. I wanted a heart and it was backwards. Very disappointed!
My manicure lasted 4 weeks! Recommend an appoint.
I tried Shelac twice and it did not last. So I went back in and asked for a manicure. The women was rude and actually kind of insulting telling me my manicure would never last even though I agreed to pay $25.00. She pushed and pushed to have me do gel nails then became angry when I said I just wanted a manicure. She complained the entire time and here it is 2 days later and the polish is all chipped, because she sanded the top of my nails down???. Everyone there seems unhappy. It is too bad because I just threw away $30.00 (she kept $5.00 for her tip without asking!!) but the atmosphere is nice.
Bella Nail salon is awesome. Usually, when I enter into a salon, Im rearranging all the salon items while I get my treatment but here, I can relax and enjoy my mani/pedi treatments. The only weird thing was. the massage chair, it has a massager that pumps your bottom hole. Its frightening and startling to say the least. Other than that, I go here because they dont try to up charge you, they show/ask before you sit in the chair. Very, nice and professional. I approve.
The salon is very unsanitary i saw them reuse the parafin wax which is disgusting and the techniction overcharged on a kid pedicure she charged me the same price as she would charge an adult 25 dollars for a kid pedicure and she would charge 5 dollars to add a flower which is usally free
Every 2.5-3 weeks, for the past 6 years, I go to a salon to get a rebase and a pedicure. I moved to this area and have been trying to find a good salon to spend my money at. When I first came to Sunrize nails (fka Bella Nails), I was just waiting for my friend to get a nail fixed (she got her nails done the day before and one already broke) and they explained that she would normally have to pay $3 but since she had a card they would give it to her for free. I cant forget to mention the terrible customer service they had from the get go, I was instantly upset and thought to myself Id never step foot in there again. Well today I thought Id give it another try.. They had just started with the new owners the time before and maybe they were better now. Plus, my friend stayed a customer there during that time (about 2-3 months). Well, not a single thing has changed. Yes, they have a clean shop and its very nice, by their attitude and talent is the WORST Ive EVER experienced. Meme (or so she said) was the biggest b*tch Ive ever seen or dealt with in my life. I have zero tolerance for an attitude when theyre working for my hard earned money. My friend asked her is there another gold? Meme said I dont know, go look.. My friends daughter was getting her nails and toes painted, she YELLED to me (not even my kid) just toes? Just nails? I said woah! And looked to my friend for guidance. She then convinced me that with my rebase to leave the white tip (now three weeks old) because it looked good and just rebate the pink. Either she was lazy and knew she couldnt do as good of a job, or she flat out didnt want to do my nails. Regardless, she asked me at least twice so I just said screw it, just leave the white. As my friend and her daughter were leaving, I tried to reach down to give her daughter my love goodbye, Meme held on to my hand and wouldnt stop drilling. I had to tell her, pretty rudely at this point, if she could hold on a second and rip my hand out of hers. Im typically a very nice person and by far an amazing tipper, but it took every ounce of me not to smack this lady for being so rude. oh, I cant forget to mention that she asked the four year old if she wanted flowers on her fingers and toes, an extra $5, without asking the mother for approval. My last complaint on Meme is not only does she have the worlds worst attitude, her skill set is absolutely sub par. Im sure Ill be at another salon, paying another $30+ to get another rebase within the week. When I tried to talk to the manager there, she ignored my question and could have cared less if I had a complaint or not. She just wanted me to take a card to come back again. I confirmed Id never be back. They lost my business that they never should have gotten from the get go. I do not recommend anyone to go here. Too bad the owners dont read the Google reviews and dont actually care what their customers think.
I went here to have a french shellac manicure and a pedicure done for my wedding when the salon that I had been planning to go to had an emergency with their nail tech and had to cancel my appointment on late notice. I found them through the CND Shellac website. I looked specifically for CND because their shellac will come off with acetone, and does not need to be drilled off, etc.I was very nervous, because I had never been here and I obviously wanted my nails to be perfect for that one day, if they were ever going to be perfect in my life. The atmosphere was really nice here. Everything was very zen. My pedicure was performed at a very big, very comfy massage chair with a jetted tub and included a massage, scrub, etc., even though I opted for the inexpensive mani and pedi on their menu. The nail tech didnt seem to speak a word of English, but that was fine by me because she knew what she was doing, and Im not a chatty person anyway. The mani and pedi were both beautiful when she was done, and the polish lasted not only the next couple days leading up to my wedding, but most of the way through my two week honeymoon afterward.
Mani pedi by Victor! Great Job!!
Very disappointed in the customer service.
Walked in, she stated $71.00 for gel nail and pedicure. 😂 walked out. I have never paid that much for a local salon in my life. I get my nails done once a month.
