I have been getting my nails done here for probably 4-6 months now and have always been pleased. However, I got a birthday coupon and when I went to use it, the guy charged me more money than my normal price and I ended up paying more than usual. I didn’t say anything because I don’t like conflict, but I’m really disappointed with how dishonest that was and what he pulled with me. I won’t ever go back after that experience

Got cellutitus from a manucure here. The dr. Visit cost me several hundred dollarsNot to mention the pain. When i calleddto inform the salo In was treated like I did sonething wring. I have been coming here for years and will never return

I had a great experience with Cindy. She suggested removing the 7 nails I had left and I was concerned it would hurt but she was right they just all popped off! Now I have gorgeous nails!

I have had my nails done at many salons throughout the Denver metro, Lakewood and Littleton area.Not only is this salon professional clean and friendly, my nails have been perfect every single time.I finally made the decision to go a step further and allow the manager (Tien) of this salon to put on a full set of eyelashes on as well. They look amazing! I feel so much more confident. I have been doing my lashes now consecutively every three weeks for months on end there with Tien.Everything about this salon is so wonderful, from the amazing service that you get the moment you walk in, to the relaxing feeling you get while the services are taking place. ❤️I typically do not write reviews so it is very important for me to share the good word about Kay Kare Nails!!!I hope whoever is hunting for a new salon and comes across this review gives them a chance so they can fall in love with the salon just like I did.

I’ve been going to Cindy for years now and she always does an amazing job on my nails. She’s quick and gives me advice when I ask for it and my nails always look great. I recently moved to a different part of Colorado and still make the 40 minute drive to frequent Kay Kare nails.

I went it TWO MONTHS AGO with one of my besties because she always gets such beautiful nails I decided to get some with her before my trip. I got black stiletto nails with a clear ring finger with purple on the tip and a black heart that I wish I hadnt gotten because they wouldve been cuter without it and they upcharged me $15 for the cut and style for a total of $55 nails. BUT the whole ISSUE is that my nails still havent healed since I got them. The nail tech continued to use the automatic filing machine on my nails so much that four of my nails bled at the cuticles because she used it for taking those off too instead of soaking my nails and taking it off with tweezers. When my nails bled she stopped on it covered it with a towel and moved on to the next one. All of my fingers are indented and have been painfully breaking all the time since I took my nails off. My nails bubbled the day after I got them and I got one fixed but she made that finger bleed too so when the other SIX bubbled I didnt go in to fix them amd fixed them myself. They were so thick and clunky so much more ao than they shouldve been that when I was cutting them to take them off they were breaking off in shards and bits because the acrylic was so thick. I will never come back and recommend others do the same.

The lady who helped me did not seem very happy to help me. She filed the skin on my nails. I understand once or twice but it was every nail and it hurt pretty bad. She used an old used nail file on me which is not sanitary. My nails were crooked and uneven. She put and iridescent powder on my nails but didnt do it even and left scratch lines on them. When I nicely asked her to fix them she told me it was my fault and I should have asked her to fix them sooner. She also charged me for a full set when I was just getting a fill. My nails are also starting to peel up so Im going to have to get them done sooner then normal.UPDATE: I went to another salon to get my nails redone and they were horrified then they saw how filed down my nails were. They were so thin and sore. The ladies told me if they would have done it anymore it should have broken through my nail to my skin.

So amazing!!! I love my new set of nails. Tien did a beautiful job, the shape (coffin) and length is PERFECT. Then I had my lashes done. This is the first time Ive done my lashes. All I can say is WOW. Again, Tien did an amazing job and I love them so much. I would highly recommend this shop. The staff is friendly, professional and VERY clean.

My feet hurt so bad working in the medical field. I go for my pedicure and Diane fixes me and I leave feeling so much better! She is wonderful!

I love this place the people who work there are nice professional and just do a great job. They give many services and they have you separated by plastic wall and they wear masks.

The girls are awesome, I have my nails done every couple of weeks and the owner Tien does such beautiful work.

I have been coming here for almost 20 years. My mom, grandma, and daughter all come here now. Ive tried other places with friends and they have always been super disappointing. Tene knows my family and asks about them often. They ask if Id like anything above what I asked for but never push a sale. I have gotten acrylic, dip, shellac, and regular polish on both my nails and toes. I have been to almost everyone in there and they are very efficient and professional. My daughter is 9 and they treat her like any other client.

Cindy ALWAYS does a great job. I am very happy with her and Kay Kare in general. I would not go anywhere else.

Teen is amazing! I’ve been putting my eyelashes in her hands (literally) for the past 6-months and have fallen in love with her work! My eyelashes stay strong and pretty for four or five weeks at a time!

I have been a regular bimonthly manicure client of Cindy and Teen since 2014.Teen, the salon owner, takes great pride in delivering outstanding service to her clients.She and her techs wear surgical face masks and gloves, and they did routinely, even prior to the Covid outbreak. She continues to do everything in her power to uphold all sanitation guidelines to keep clients and her staff safe. Each nail technician work station has plexiglass barriers and dividers, plus hand sanitizer. She even offers complimentary face masks at the front desk upon check in.I highly recommend Kay Care Nail Salon. (Images attached)

I have gone here since I got married and have loved every experience. I always go to Snow because I prefer to read while getting a pedicure or listen to a book on my iPhone while getting a mani and she respects the fact that I am generally a quiet person who isnt great at small talk though all the women seem very nice. Snows work is always impeccable. I have also gotten my eyebrows waxed here and they are perfect every time. I always feel like the equipment is very clean which is important to me. As a regular customer who visits twice a month, I highly recommend this location.

Have been going there for quite a while and have had great service there til today. Got a pedicure done and waited for my nail tech to return to me to check if my polish was dry and to assist me to exit the chair as there was quite a water leak under it. Water on tile is very hazardous and could result in a nasty fall. Seems she was more interested in her phone than the satisfaction and safety of her clients. Makes me wonder if I will return or not. Right now not seems to be the answer.

I went in for the first time today and got a basic mani/pedi. The young man who did my nails was awesome and Im very happy with the results. The business was clean and has very friendly staff. I will definitely be back.

I was there with my daughter for pedicures & manicures. But I dont know why Snow just polished my daughters finger nails & toe nails only. That is not what I expect for. Snow doesnt want to give a full service even I requested and would like to pay for. I feel so disappointed.

Came here for the first time on mothers day. I was a little disappointed my nails are shaped crooked, they are uneven and my skin got nicked with the file. The atmosphere is.good

Nails are very crooked and uneven. Nail tech told me its fine, she would not fix it. I paid $50 dollars for nails that I need to go home and fix. Very disappointed.

Fist time ever going to a different nail salon and I regret it. I got my nails done on august 16. I did an ombre acrylic coffen shape. My nails finally came off 2 months later🙄 (My nails usually come off after 2-4 weeks at my regular place). The lady that did my nails filed my natural nails waaayyy to thin, so they are very delicate until they grow out. My nails were super thick and unatural looking after she finished. May I add she made me bleed 2 times while fileing my cuticles off. She tried playing it off as if I didnt notice my fingers bleeding and didnt feel that paper cut pain. Never going to this place again! I wish I could upload a picture but theyre very similar looking as to someone elses review who added pictures. 👎👎👎

Best mani pedis Ive had in a very long time. They serve you water while you wait and are all extremely friendly and remember your name. Also had my lashes done and was by far one of the best lash thats Ive ever had.

Decided to try this salon despite seeing a few disheartening reviews but was really disappointed. The lady that helped me was rude and did a very poor job with my acrylic rebase, they ended up being covered in air bubbles totally uneven and super thick. I ended up filing them and painting them at home myself.

Ive been hear 6 times now. The last 5 times were good, yesterday I went in and had a rebase, and pedi. I had a lady that was super pushy. I didnt know what I wanted for my toes. She keep coming up saying did u pick a color. At that point I just picked one. First she didnt tell me, second thank God I just started looking before she told me. So I got my pedi, then I got my rebase done. She asked if the shortness was good. I asked if she should shorten it a little more.... she rolled her eyes at me and said something under her breath. Then my nails are all messed up. Im not to picky on my nails because I know that time to time there not going to be perfect but this is bad! Blobs of nail polish in some areas and not others. One of my nails is complete off not even going with my natural nail growth. There definitely cheaper but Ill pay a little more to not have attitude or nails really messed up!the middle finger is the Crooked one that doesnt align up with my nail bed.

Charged me $5 extra for taking off shellac, even tho I got a mani. Saying if you are not a regular customer, we charge you. Great way to treat new clients.

Linda and ven are my favorites there. They are my only highlight of this place. It isnt really relaxing there as there is a lot of talking/yelling to friends who sit away from themselves and workers having side conversations. One man was getting a Mani and pedi at the same time and felt her was entitled to talk very loudly on speaker since he couldnt hold the phone.

I am a dedicated customer. Im there every two weeks like clock work.
