Ladies doing nails act like they’re not happy with their jobs. No smiles. Not a fun experience. The manager had a major attitude problem. Not a nice experience. Would not go back. Felt so uncomfortaanle with the woman doing my pedicure that I actually told her to skip the manicure. Bad service. None of them seem like they want to be doing nails.

Edit: My aunt was recently diagnosed with breast cancer and I bought a full set of shellac nails to be mentally strong for her. She has has nail extentions my entire life. When my nails were under the UV light I could see all this stuff coming off off my nails. After thinking about it for a while I realized I have never had this happen while getting nail extentions before. I think visiting this salon would be very dangerous, especially for someone with a medical conditon. I am going to go back to my old nail vitamins, this time crushed with boxed soy milk. It did feel good to support a local business, however I do believe that salon has very bad hygeine and sanitation.Five stars and so happy. Good classic shellac and serious technicians with psychedellic options. I hope that makes sense? I have a cuticle biting history (×= and she respected that.

Do not go here!! I had my eyebrows waxed and the girl almost completely took them off after telling her I only wanted them cleaned up! I have never been so upset!!

I walked in without an appointment and was almost immediately seated and a technician came over to set up her station only to quickly regather her stuff and leave me waiting at her seat without an explanation for about 15 minutes. Another technician took me instead and I asked for shellac and she was nice, but did a mediocre job. Shellac should last at least two weeks— within less than a week, the polish began to peel by the cuticles and chip at the end of my nail.... I can feel the nails beginning to peel off just by touching them. They now constantly get caught in my hair and on clothing and it’s unfortunate that the manicure only lasted a few days. Definitely not worth it.

Better than expected. Max did are nails and did an exceptionally good job. This is going to be come by regular place from now on.

I went here on recommendation from the hair salon next door. I was in a pinch for a rebase before the weekend. Mimi was kind enough to squeeze me in for the 40min she had prior to a set appt. She was very quick, thorough, and kind. I was very particular which may have irritated her some as Id never been there before and I am a communicator. She did exactly what I asked (thin on the rebase, matte on the topcoat, file the corners a bit, design as requested) and the result is literally the best acrylic nail job Ive had in a long while. First nail salon I’ve been to where my experience was relaxing and the workers were talkative. My nails turned out beautiful and the prices were very good

I have been going to this nail salon for awhile along with other family members but now we will never go back! They do not want to see one of my family members because she is too picky. I will not name any names but an employee literally answers the phone and tells my family member she needs to talk to the person who normally does her nails and when asked why she is told the lady doesnt want to do her nails because she is too picky, and my family member said okay I guess I will find somewhere else to go and they said okay and hung up the phone. Where is the customer service. I think it is ridiculous how people here treat their customers. In another instance with another family member there was comments made about her not leaving a big enough tip for one of the ladies that does not normally do her nails. Be grateful for any tips you may receive. FYI you need to remember when speaking in your language some people know when you are saying rude or derogatory things. There is no obligation to leave any tips at all, that is a choice that your customer makes. You are not the only nail salon around and we will take our consistent business somewhere else where they provide customers with the result they ask and pay for. If we pay our money we should be able to leave the salon with what we want our nails to look like. Never think you are above any business if you treat customers like this your business will decline quickly.

I just got my nails done! Such good service. I had a really nice manicure and shellac French tip. Highly Recommend it. I thought the price would be higher but it was just right.

They do an amazing job on pink and whites! I moved and hadnt gone in there for about 6months. I tried five different places and none could do nails like these ladies. After 6months they still remembered me AND my preferences! Definitely check them out!

The customer service here was terrible. They made it seem like they only wanted to paint nails and did not want to do full sets. They told me they wanted to do shellac instead of the powder tip because it was easier for them. When another lady walked in and told them she needed a full set, the employee asked the lady if she was sure that she wanted acrylics and asked if she had ever had acrylics before? The lady said she had and then the employee told her they didn’t have any times available and started talking to another employee. The customer just walked out. It was terrible customer service. The lady doing my nails continually told me to relax my hand after she was the one straightening my fingers. I left with a space already underneath my nails. I will not be coming back to this place. A great place to go is HD Nails on Bowles. I unfortunately couldn’t get in there today because they were packed.

Well, brought in my own decals to put on all my nails......the nail tech put 2 decals on, decided she was done and sent me on my way. The decals are crooked and nails are not shaped very nice. Wont be going back. It would have been nice if I was asked my input about finishing the job 😑

Ive been going to this place for quite some time now. These people really know what theyre doing! I believe they just changed new management and WOW, what a difference!!! Everything from the decor to customer service is much improved and my nails always turn out fantastic! Definitely worth a try!!!

I live 30 minutes away, and have been going to this salon for 10+ years. It is clean, cozy, yet airy and relaxing. I see Tracy for gel nails, and MiMi for acrylics.Most of the technicians have 15+ years of experience doing nails. They have a couple of specialists who do amazing acrylic nails (a lost art in todays popular gel nail trend). They have an incredible selection of colors for every season and occasion, and they are up-to-date with current trends. They also carry organic and eco-friendly polishes, as well.The techs are friendly, polite, and most importantly...talented! My gel nails always look on point, and last longer than expected. Go to OPL nails for a reliable and refined nail experience!

I don’t get my nails done frequently but when I do I usually come here. They do a pretty good job and the prices are great! However, you get what you pay for.I just got acrylics with shellac on top on Tuesday. She didn’t not soak or cut/push back my cuticles and she did not offer lotion at the end of the service (I was with a friend and her tech did offer it to her). 24 hours later they look like they need a fill already. There is a clear space between the acrylic and the end of my nail bed. The nails are also very flat and don’t have the strength from a good arch. They do feel a little flimsy but not enough to break.Overall, I will probably keep coming to this salon for my fills and other mani/pedi’s. It’s not the most amazing place but it’s worth the lower price and your nails still look decent when you leave.

I’ve been going to these ladies for almost 14 years. I followed them to this salon from the OPL on Wads. Even though I only see them once or twice every 3-4 months, they always remember me and are always super friendly.

I really enjoy this salon. Fast service. They do a great job with my nails and waxing.

It’s ok. Expensive for what it is. When I call I heard $32 so when I walked in I didn’t ask. When I left it was $42. The color selection is ok. The manicure itself was. Ok. Nothing special. Wasn’t perfect like other places and at $42 for a mani pedi it should be. This was the basic version for mani pedi. Most other places I’ve been is $24-30 for a mani pedi.

I usually have the best experience here but today was awful. I asked for a simple heart and they lady completely butchered the whole manicure. It is so blotchy and missing on the edges and the heart is absolutely horrible. My interpretation of a nail salon is to get better service than you could do yourself but I honestly could of done bette . Horrible and I will never return to that lady again.
