I am tired of bad customer service. So I tried a new place. The lady here was extremely rude and reckless. She filed my nails so hard she cut my skin and made it bleed.Not only that but she had the electric file going so fast she burned and cut my nail bed under the acrylic. Will not be coming back, she said nothing the entire time. She didn’t care. So extremely rude and not ok. Don’t come here.

Vivian is amazing! Everyone here is really friendly! Ive visited a lot of nail salons and this one is excellent. They give high quality service. My partner and I opted in for snowflakes on our toes for holiday season. We couldnt be happier!!!

Went in today asking for a French tip, full set / gel. All of my lines are uneven and have a bunch of little fuzzies in my clear acrylic. I asked for coffin shape and the shape isn’t bad. The last picture was my reference photo. I would’ve done my French tips at home if I would’ve known. Couldn’t even take my boyfriends off of paying because I felt so bad about what a waist of money it was 🙃

I have been going to these ladies for several years now and I love them!! They are all just the nicest, friendliest women you could ever meet and they always give me really cool nail art when I get my acrylics! I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone looking for great service!!!

Very expensive set of the most basic French I’ve ever spent. $70 and it’s the poorest quality. Very brittle and not secure and snapped off in the first five days like they were press ons. I spent $98 here and I was totally ripped off. They were rushing like they were annoyed I was there. At first I thought it was efficient until the nail tech was being monitored. I won’t return here ever again. And a week later I’m spending another $60 to redo my nails.

The employees are super nice and caring but when I went in it I got my acrylic nails done and I had to go back and get them done several times because they kept breaking very easily I’ve never had nails break so easily I have had good luck with acrylic nails just not this place sorry.

First time in a long time I had someone listen to what I wanted. Im very happy with the results and will be returning!

Beautiful salon, everything was very clean and sterile, enjoyable mani/pedi that turned out great :) was a little higher in price than Im used to ($81 for a French mani and normal paint pedi) but didnt mind too much for the quality.

They rushed and didn’t believe my age (I’m 12) and they charged extra. I have ruff edges and they did not clean up around my nail. They only did two coats and I can still see my nail. I will never go here again. It was terrible. Looks like my little sister did it😐

I’ve been going here for about 2 yrs. Vivian is the best. She takes time to address a few issues I have, is extremely pleasant and yet professional. It’s always obvious she takes pride in her work and talent. The salon is very very clean and during Covid they have done everything to keep everyone safe.

Ive been getting my nails done for 2 decades now, so its really hard to find a good nail place one that you dont have to wait forever at! The price is very pricy!!! Seriously. But you get what you paid for my nail tech made very detailed precise filling on my nails. These women were good I took my mom to this salon and she loves it there as well. I am very picky and need an almost perfect nail set, there is no deformity at all in my nails only thing wrong was one nail did not match the other but I am happy with everything!!! If you see a mark in the picture, it was me cutting dinner I nicked it! If I turn my nail to the side there is a beautiful curve which I have only had 2 people accomplish the whole 2 decades! If you in the area go here! Nancy I think was her name. FYI I have never left a Google review, they deserved it. I also love the fact that they are family oriented there is a beautiful baby boy on the back wall.

Wasnt great. My nails are bumpy. She didnt listen to me about the shape I wanted. She barely said 5 words to me. Almost seemed annoyed when she had to get more colors for me to look at. There are alot of other salons out there that do better work for a better price. Front desk lady was nice.Edit: after the experience I had and and how unwelcome I felt I wouldnt have let you guys fix my nails. Overall not a good experience to have at a nail salon.

I decided to get my nails done very last minute after work today. As a walk-in I was pleasantly surprised to be serviced so quickly. I decided to get dip, as it is my current favorite thing to do. I wanted to be a little extra and made it long and coffin shape! Everyone in the shop was so sweet and the technician that did my nails (I wasnt able to get her name!) she did such an amazing job at my nails. Usually with dipping some people do it too thick, but she made it so thin it was like I got shellac instead. I absolutely love it!Amazing and best nail salon in Littleton for sure!

I had a walk in for SNS powder with tips. My nail tech was so gentle. She helped me pick out my color for my wedding in a month amd answered all my questions. She was so patient. Best of all, she made sure my nails looked perfect before I left. It was a great experience and I am definitely coming back!

I love visiting the team at Nail Focus. Everyone is super professional. I cant thank Vivienne enough for her amazing nail art and designs. Ive been thinking about them during the shut down and cant wait to get back in there and support them!

After a visit to a different salon and a poor nail job done there, I was refreshed when I visited this salon. The staff greeted me when I walked in, and even though I was a walk-in, they took care of me very quickly. The location was very clean and organized. They even had hot towels to dry your hands with. I’m very happy with the shellac color change they completed for me. I will return here!

My daughter got me going to nail focus after I had open heart surgery and was recovering. I couldnt put up much of an argument. That was in 2013. Its really nice to just go in sit down and relax. Let alone have someone take care of your feet.It my not be some peoples cup of tea but I like it. A couple of times a year it is nice to get a pedicure.New chairs with messaging action. The staff is great.

I went here last Monday due to my normal place being closed. The nail tech was not gentle at all and even said to me that she was trying to rush. I went back on Wednesday because some nails already started lifting. She told me all she could do was cut my nail. I wanted to keep the length so I asked her not to.. then of course she pulled out the super glue... it did not hold. Saturday I noticed 4 different nails lifting and now two of them are almost completely off with over half of my nails that have chipped. I will not be going back here.

This was my first time going here. I have never had such a bad job done. I did dip nails. My nails have so many bumps in them and look horrible. It was supposed to be French tip with pink glitter tips and the part that should have been light light pink was a bright pink. The nail tech kept blaming it on the girls that handed her the dip saying they gave her the wrong color. If it was the wrong color then why would you continue to use it?? I will never go there again. I should have stuck to the place I knew great. Save your money and go elsewhere.If this is made right I will update.UPDATE: I stopped by and they gave me and my friend a full refund. I do appreciate that you made it right.

My sister and I came here because the usual nail place we go to was too busy so as we were running errands we stumbled across this place. The people here and the environment is so friendly! They definitely made us laugh! Usually when we go to nail salons we feel like the workers are talking bad about us but not here!! We got luxury pedicure and manicures, they were they best we have ever gotten!!! I think the only bad thing is our nail polish has dents and chips even though we let them dry completely. But this can be fixed easily the next time we go and explain to them! Nail Focus is definitely our new spot to get our nails done! I highly recommend coming here!! And if 21+ they have adult drinks while you get your nails done!!

They were absolutely spectacular, my friends and I came before our Vegas trip, they had us sing karaoke to whatever song with microphones! They did everything amazing, the mani pedi shellac I got is spot on and I reserved the place for my wedding next month with 10 women, if you want to have fun or relax, come to this place! They give you everything you need!!

I went in yesterday for a shellac mani and pedi and wow I’m so happy I found this place. It’s amazing!! Best pedicure and mani ever.. LITERALLY the best. Vivian was awesome she did amazing. My go to now. ☝🏼 So welcoming and friendly. 10/10 recommend.

Clean and great job on many pedi, I like that they put a plastic bag in the tub to ensure cleanliness. Good bbn prices too.

I showed them a simple picture of a faded French acrylic or also called a French ombré and the woman took my phone and wouldnt give it back and caused an uproar because I asked for it. Then no one could do it so I chose shellac instead. She didnt take off the white powder from my prior regular pink and white and then tried to cover it with the white shellac. It didnt work you can still see where the white tip is underneath but I was so annoyed after 5 coats of shellac that I just said it was fine and paid and left. Not worth it. Dont go there.

Nancy does the best pedicure in town! I definitely enjoy coming here and my nails always look wonderful because of her.

I came to Nail Focus in Littleton with my GF and her family. I can speak for most males when I say hesitant and anxious when coming to a nail salon I received the best service EVER! Ask for Vivian and Wendy, they are so meticulous and professional. Such funny passionate at what they do. I have only been there twice but had a good experience both times. They are professional, courteous, and clean.

I was scammed here. Do NOT come to this salon! I came in for 2 manicures with gel and when I went to pay they charged me double the price... $100. When I asked why they told me they used a special gel which I didnt consent to. I didnt even bring that much money to the salon and almost had to make some calls for help.

Came here with a large bridal party and they were able to quickly accommodate all of us. We were able to toast the bride while getting our toes pampered.

My girlfriend and I went in for a basic mani/pedi and the shellac on our fingers. The only conversation consisted of the nail tec on there phone or talking to eachother. They also were not clear on the price. When we went to pay the price was alot more then we thought we where getting. Didnt know that is cost 20.00 each to shellac they said 7 each. In stead of spending 90.00 with tip. It was 160.00 they. Didnt even say they where charging 5.00 for a flower I could have done myslef for free. My bff is the on that took us out for the day. I was still getting my nails done and didnt know what had happen till we left. The service wasnt worth 160.00 will not go back.

Tnhis is the cleanest nail salon lIve seen. Usually they will put two people on my mani/pedi and they spend all the time they need. Just got brand new chairs to relax in. Vivian and NAncy...the best.

The first time I came to this nail salon I chose them because they offer the SNS dip polish. I sat down at a desk for 20 min while the tech opened and slammed drawers for her to then tell me she didnt have what she needed, it was locked up and only the owner had access. She told me to com back the next day. Needless to say I went somewhere else. I went back a few months later for the SNS more in the middle of the day when the owner was in. The tech that helped me was rough and rude and didnt say a word to me. I left pleased with my nails had never having the SNS. They put a gel polish on top which they shouldnt have and that started peeling 2 days later. On the third day of having my nails done the SNS started chipping off. On day 7 I went somewhere else and learned they put acrylic powder on my nails and didnt have any of the correct product to do SNS. I dont recommend this place if they will use random product to get paid on top of being rude to customers.

I have been getting my nails done for four years from various nail salons and I have never had as bad of an experience as I have had with rebases at Nail Focus. It looks very professional and clean in the salon, but the lady who did my nails was either inexperienced or just didnt realize what she was doing to my nail. She had buffered my real nails down to nothing and continuously cutting me. I didnt think it would have effect on my nails days after I got them done, but the next day my nails were bleeding under the acrylic and I had spots where my nail had scabbed from her cutting me. They broke within a week of getting them done and when the acrylic came off so did what was left of my nails. I wont go back there to get acrylic full sets or rebases.
